It is an excellent hotel with great service and rooms in the heart of St. Petersburg. It is situated in historic building with great interrior where antique meets comfort and all the modern amenities you would need. The experience from front desk to the rooms and complimentary breakfast in restaurant was flawless. It is outdoing many brand chain hotels I stayed in. Never mind absence of elevator, it is only three froors and the staff will glanly bring the luggage up for you. You.actually don't want to miss walking the stair there. The rates are very reasonable. Really low for the classy hotel like this. It is walking distance from Moscow Railway station and has lots of restaurants and shopping around. So don't hesitate.

The locationis good. It only takes 5 mins walk to one of the biggest shopping centre (which is loctaed exactly opposite with the hotel). 20~30 minutes walk to city centre. Perfect, Clean and cozy room with a large bed. Perfect hygiene with clean linen and everything tidy up in the room Super nice and helpful staff with good english.

Our bedroom was large and comfy. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely, plenty of hot water, good pressure in the shower. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good. The whole place was spotlessly clean, probably the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Location very good for sight-seeing and plenty of places to eat in the evening within easy walking distance. Internally, the hotel was incredibly quiet - we could have been the only people staying there! ||||The noise from the street was really bad. Our room was on the corner of the hotel, main road to the front and a busy side street. Trams driving round the corner made the tea cups in our room rattle - the whole room shook! Room too hot at night but couldn’t open the windows because of the street noise so had to sleep with the air con on, which I hate - although it did drown out the street noise!

Excellent boutique hotel, fantastic service and great location. Bed was super comfortable, rain shower is divine and overall experience is superb. Restaurant on premises serves very good food and freshly made breakfast. Highly recommend.

Exactly what you want from a hotel - comfy room, good bed, excellent bathroom - with a jacuzzi! - and helpful staff. Position is excellent, just down the road from Nevskii Prospect with a bus stop right outside (number 3 goes almost to the Hermitage!) and 2 metro stations within an easy walk!||||Breakfast is very Russian - two fried eggs or omlette with a range of toppings, cold and hot drink and pudding! Perfectly adequate to set you up for a day of sightseeing...||||Our room (101 - we couldn't believe it!) looked out on a street where trams passed regularly until midnight and then from around 6: but we weren't disturbed by them at all! We slept really well - so don't be put off just because they're there!||||Well worth the reasonable cost!

We stayed here for one night and am glad it was only one as the traffic noise from the trolley buses going passed definitely wasn’t a plus. The staff at front desk were very friendly but I would not recommend restaurant. We tried to order two things from menu only to be told they didn’t have them. It was only 6.30pm so they hadn’t run out.|The bed was very comfortable and room clean and hotel had lovely atmosphere. Be aware that there is no lift. We were assisted with luggage but my husband did carry heavy bags up four flights of stairs.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was spotless! Location was good. Breakfast was good. You are given a list to choose your breakfast. It consists of starters, mains and dessert. The Crème Brule was so good. You can also choose to have a glass of bubbly if you like. An easy to walk to the train station, shopping malls and numerous eateries. A good walk to all the attractions as well. Such a lively vibrant city, St Petersburg. Enjoyed our stay very much.
