SCAM SCAM SCAM --- Reise All Day Bar & Kitchen I had booked through Zomato (District) with a 20% off offer, which the restaurant had clearly agreed to at the time of booking. However, the entire experience turned out to be very disappointing. During our visit, they kept sending incorrect dishes to our table — the waiter even served veg crispy in the name of chicken, due to which I couldn’t eat as I’m a vegetarian. Despite this confusion and inconvenience, when the final bill came to around ₹12,000, they suddenly refused to apply the Zomato discount. Their excuse was that they don’t accept online bookings or coupons, showing their own terms and conditions — which was never mentioned earlier. Before the party, they had no issue with the offer, but after the party, they completely denied it. It honestly felt like a scam and left a bad impression, especially since I was there with my wife and friends. The entire experience ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant evening. Now I understand why this place has only a 3.9 rating. I would strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant if you’re planning a party — there are far better and more transparent places nearby.

Very bad experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the staff at the reception were rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, not clean at all, and had no basic items. Even the TV was not working, and they took almost 1 hour to fix it. Despite wasting my time, they didn’t give me any extra time for the delay. The room quality was terrible compared to the price I paid. I strongly recommend no one should ever stay here. Worst hotel and worst service ever! 👎

Don't book a room here; it's a very poor and worst experience. My clothes went missing during my stay, and instead of offering help or accountability, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. The housekeeping staff were equally unprofessional and careless, showing no concern for guest belongings or comfort. This hotel completely fails in basic hospitality standards — zero respect, zero responsibility.

Yeah the location was an eye opener to be fair. The streets are not a pleasant experience but again everyone is friendly and hell they all speak English. The hotel for the money was spot on and anyone who complains is an idiot. Food very good, rooms good but air con units had a mind of it's own. Ended up switching it off. The elevators took forever to engage your command. Staff we had great fun with.Then the TV system. If you seriously want that place to be a full international hotel you've gotta get the TV channels to suit all nations and not just Indians, and the internet needs to be connected to it all the times which didn't happen for us. But all in all we were satisfied.

1. size of room very small even when I have taken big room their Premium Room. I can hardly roam in the room. Bathroom was even more smaller. When I was taking shower, it was even difficult to move. Staff was not professional & not welcoming (As I cant write Rude). Location not as good. Very small property.

The service provided by the hotel is horrible, specifically the reception. They have disabled a lot of facilities provided by the hotel, but none of them are in action. I requested a simple pillow change and the receptionist straight away said no,as they don't have pillows But when I asked one of the housekeeping personal I got a set of softer pillows. This was a perfect example of the level of service provided by the receptionist. I would have left the same day but as this booking was paid by my company I had to tolerate the hotel staff during the stay

Have stayed at Oriental Aster a few times and I highly recommend giving it a try. Great location, understanding and accommodating staff and great food. Special mentioned to Mr. K.K, Mr. Ram and Mr. Sahil. Apologies as I do not remember so many other name however a special mention to all the reception staff. Thanks guy 🙏

Don't book a hotel here. Worst service. Lost my clothes during the visit in laundry, and daily delaying. The receptionist is too rude, and housekeeping staff is so irresponsible here. I attached the photo of my bed, where hair is clearly seen, which shows how much hygiene they provide. Worst hotel.
