Hotel Oriental Aster

The rooms of this hotel and the service of the people of the hotel are very good. I had gone there some time back to roam with my whole family, that is why I had booked this hotel. They paid full attention to cleanliness and their staff was also very good.

Had a pleasant and hassle-free stay at Hotel Oriental Aster near Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Morning breakfast was included and had a good spread of Western, South Indian, and North Indian items. The in-house Diner restaurant was a paid service but served excellent food. Overall, a great experience with a convenient location and friendly staff.

Unprofessional Staff I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff as I did at oriental aster There is no managememt qualities poor qualities. Miss communication Food also very bad . Waste of money thats all. Worst of all, when I had an issue with my room (the AC wasn’t working), the manager refused to help and just kept making excuses instead of finding a solution. The lack of customer service here is shocking. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else The staff here clearly doesn’t care about their guests. From check-in to check-out, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The front office staff is very rude. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Place is totally unsafe. May be they will hit u if we ask more

Rooms are insanely clean and comfortable. We have stayed here for more than 4 times now. Last 2 times they’ve upgraded our room to a larger room voluntarily. Service is at par.

Simply there are give lame excuse. I asked them that for hot water and waited more than 2 hours . They didn't have the hot water finally. Disappointing Stay Due to Unprofessional Staff I recently stayed at your hotel and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the bellboy known as KK, rather than the front desk staff, was responsible for assigning rooms to guests. Traditionally, room allocation is managed by the reception or front desk personnel to ensure proper coordination and guest satisfaction. ​ Hospitality Management Training Furthermore, the bellboy called KK exhibited a dismissive attitude throughout our interaction. When I inquired about the possibility of an early departure, he threatened that no refund would be provided if we chose to leave before the scheduled date. While I understand that refund policies vary, such matters are typically handled by management or front desk staff, not by bellboys. ​ This experience left me feeling unwelcome and apprehensive about seeking assistance from other staff members. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems.​

The sockets in the room are hissing with the sound of electricity and I'm scared to touch any switch!Electrification is a 0/10. Most of their accessories are in an awkward place- the table, the towel holder in the bathroom The room stinks of some cheap air freshner and doesn't feel classy at all.
