Very unprofessional staff.Here are two bad reviews specifically about hotel staff:
1-Star Review: Rude and Unprofessional Staff
I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff as I did at [Hotel Name]. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed annoyed that I was even there. No greeting, no smile—just a cold, unfriendly attitude.
When I asked a simple question about my reservation, the receptionist rolled their eyes and acted like I was bothering them. Housekeeping also had an attitude when I requested fresh towels, and they took hours to bring them.
Worst of all, when I had an issue with my room (the AC wasn’t working), the manager refused to help and just kept making excuses instead of finding a solution. The lack of customer service here is shocking. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else!
1-Star Review: Staff Doesn't Care About Guests
The staff here clearly doesn’t care about their guests. From check-in to check-out, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The front office staff is very rude.
There is No Hot water from last two days . Simply there are give lame excuse.
I asked them that for hot water and waited more than 2 hours . They didn't have the hot water finally.
When I called to th le reception they will disconnect the call on face. We are not staying here for free.
I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Place is totally unsafe. May be they will hit u if we ask more
