### Terrible Experience: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Here are the main reasons why: 1. The rooms are stinking with alcohol and cigarette smell Upon entering the room, I was hit with a nauseating odor of alcohol and cigarette smoke. It was so strong that I had to leave the window open the entire time. Despite requesting a room change, the staff simply sprayed air freshener which did nothing to alleviate the stench. 2. The hotel staff were unfriendly The staff at the hotel were incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, I was met with curt responses and a lack of basic courtesy. Any questions or requests were met with eye-rolls and sighs, making me feel like a burden rather than a guest. 3. Food menu is too costly The food menu was ridiculously overpriced for the quality offered. Simple dishes were marked up exorbitantly, and the taste did not justify the high prices. There were very few affordable options, forcing guests to either overspend or seek food elsewhere. Overall, this hotel failed on multiple fronts. I would not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and reasonable pricing. Save your money and sanity by choosing a different place to stay.

Its a good hotel to stay in budget and an apt place to dine in. Located in the most convincing place. Good breakfast with multiple option . You may hear the sound from street in some rooms as it is not soundproof. Window curtain was too short in width ;they didnt took the complain seriously. You have will get inhouse kitchen so you can order from room and inhouse bar.

Neat and clean room, courteous and helpful staff are the positive sides of this hotel. Location is not impressive. View is also not good. Tarriff is very high.Charging Rs 5500 for one night for a room for 2 is certainly unreasonable.

The room fell short of our expectations given the price paid. It was quite small, and the bedsheets felt rough to the touch. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odour throughout our stay. Furthermore, we were surprised to find a strict policy at the reception prohibiting guests from ordering food from outside establishments.

Happened to stay at this hotel mainly due to its location. It is just 15 to 20 mins away from the airport and that too due to traffic . The rooms were very clean the staff were extremely helpful. Special stars to the chef I had ordered for ceaser salad and fish fry both were remarkably delicious . The breakfast was limited but very delicious.

Stayed here with my partner over the weekend. Our stay was comfortable, with excellent service and kind staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the food was delicious.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly and honest staff. By mistake was overcharged in restaurant but the came and informed me and corrected the payment. Much appreciated 🙏👍
