Hótel Örk

We loved our one night stay here! We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was beautiful! Very clean, spacious and modern room. It was quite warm in the room, but plenty of windows to open to cool it off. Loved the simple touches with all of the amenities. Breakfast was a large selection and delicious. Across the street is a really cute food hall!

Staff was very friendly at check-in. The superior room was very spacious and the standard was spacious enough! Both were clean and comfortable with decent-sized bathrooms (note that we had renovated rooms). Location was a perfect 2-day stop as we traveled South Iceland and the Golden Circle. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Probably the best of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Iceland! (Note, we visited in May)

We enjoyed Hotel Ork the most in our 12 day tour, staying 2 nights. |Rooms were very spacious and well planned complete with a very large bench suitable for two open suitcases. |Room furnished with a couch and small table and lovely view. |Quiet and comfortable however some traffic noise could be heard into the evening if the window was open. |Good sized bathroom. |Staff very helpful and a good restaurant offering and well appointed bar.

It was a nice hotel and had a pool and pool table, however, you had to pay for the pool and the air hokey table was broken, as well as there only being one table tennis racket. Despite this, the rooms were clean and suited our needs despite the small size. The bathroom was good and had everything you need. The staff were very good and quick to fix any issues that were had. Overall a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our wonderful sleep! Great location to walk to restaurants, groceries and yummy bakery. Easy drive to amazing activities. We hiked to the hot springs river. Other nearby activities were horse back riding and zip line.

May have been mold in the bathroom above the shower but couldn't tell for sure? Also the LED bathroom mirror was broken, wouldn't turn on Hot tub was HOT, perfect for sore muscles! The pool was nice, we were sad the slides were closed.

The pool was great. Rooms are pretty nice and the staff is really friendly. You can have dinner in the restaurant for a reaaonable price. Overall a good experience. I can recommend it to everyone. My 7 years old felt very good and enjoyed the pools the most.

Quiet and comfortable room, big enough for a few nights. The breakfast was simple but good enough för a good start of the day. Lacation was perfekt for us, as well as parking possibility. Best of all - very friendly staff!
