Hótel Örk

We loved our one night stay here! We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was beautiful! Very clean, spacious and modern room. It was quite warm in the room, but plenty of windows to open to cool it off. Loved the simple touches with all of the amenities. Breakfast was a large selection and delicious. Across the street is a really cute food hall!

My family stayed here for 9 days and had the best time! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the showers are divine. It’s in a beautiful location, so you’re always greeted by a picturesque setting when you look outside. The best part, however, was the staff. The front desk was so helpful every time I needed them, especially Nuno, who went above and beyond for us! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel and had a pool and pool table, however, you had to pay for the pool and the air hokey table was broken, as well as there only being one table tennis racket. Despite this, the rooms were clean and suited our needs despite the small size. The bathroom was good and had everything you need. The staff were very good and quick to fix any issues that were had. Overall a pleasant stay.

The pool was great. Rooms are pretty nice and the staff is really friendly. You can have dinner in the restaurant for a reaaonable price. Overall a good experience. I can recommend it to everyone. My 7 years old felt very good and enjoyed the pools the most.

Staff was very friendly at check-in. The superior room was very spacious and the standard was spacious enough! Both were clean and comfortable with decent-sized bathrooms (note that we had renovated rooms). Location was a perfect 2-day stop as we traveled South Iceland and the Golden Circle. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Probably the best of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Iceland! (Note, we visited in May)

I would love to give this 5 stars, given the helpful and friendly staff, amazing food and quality amenities. The only downside is we were on the first floor not far from the elevator and stairs that go to the main lobby. The door that everyone has to walk through had no damper on it, so starting at 6:30 AM every 5-10 minutes the door would slam shut. Tough to get quality sleep, but these things happen. I would not let it deter me from staying at this hotel again. Overall excellent.

Enjoyed our wonderful sleep! Great location to walk to restaurants, groceries and yummy bakery. Easy drive to amazing activities. We hiked to the hot springs river. Other nearby activities were horse back riding and zip line.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the beds. They were extremely hard and the bedding was rough (not soft).
