Hotel Ornate

Ornate Hotel is the best budget Hotel. Clean rooms although they are small. Included breakfast is good. Hot water. If you ask they do provide heater. Rooms have inverter ACs.

My experience at this hotel is very bad,UN professional staff, lazy worker,even paid charges for water,so noisy outside,the manager don't care about the customer problem they face during at their stay.Dont waste your money to stay at this hotel.😑.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for people traveling for leisure or immigration services very near to all major attraction sand diplomatic enclave. Definitely recommended

Parking Conjusted.... Noisy and busy area... Outside not recommended for Good and Healthy Foods...Polluted and Substandard Dhabas and even Food Park.

A three star hotel in Melody Market behind Islamabad hotel but more neat and clean than a big Islamabad hotel. Reasonable rates and well maintained. Its owner Mr. Chatha is nice person and knows how to run the hotel. Nice place to stay in the centre of city. It has become little bit expensive due to general price hike in the country, inflation and devaluation of currency. Today while checking in I have noticed that renovation is under way, and definitely it will add grace and value to the hotel premises. Staff is always courteous and cooperative. Administration of the hotel is doing renovation of the hotel and i do hope it look beautiful after completion of renovation work of the hotel.

The hotel doesn't have 247 hot water service. They don't have any alternate if the gas load shedding starts, they do not have gas cylinders to keep the kitchen running. They give hand made receipts, unless you ask for the FBR tax invoice and also, they don't have facility to pay via card. So you'll end up paying more 15 percent tax than 5 percent. The house keeper on second floor would always try to indulge in unwanted conversations, sneak into room and is very shaddy. Could have been a great stay, but ruined by what mentioned above.

I am staying in this hotel for last two weeks but the thing is everytime manager ask me for room rent and they are charging too much mean they are doing over billing and sometimes there behaviour is too odd .Anywhere in the world or in pakistan if you check in they wont ask you for payment but in this hotel the manager everytime ask you for money whether your guests are there if you are coming from outside he will stop you at reception and ask for money like beggars and calling you in room that is pathetic and if you dont answer the call manager will send the staff in the for money and bill payment. Food quality is just ok and too much expensive and no complementry water is provided. If they cant run this hotel they should close it instead of humilating their customers.This behaviour is very irritating form management. I will not recommend this hotel better options are available.
