Extremely Disappointed with Service – Not Recommended for Corporate Stays I had a very poor experience during my 4-day corporate booking at this hotel. The room service was completely absent — not even once was the room cleaned or maintained during my entire stay. Upon check-in, I requested to keep my luggage in the locker room, but to my shock, it was carelessly thrown in a corner near the kitchen area. One of my bags was even damaged in the process. What’s more disappointing is the hotel’s complete lack of regard for corporate guests. The service standards were unacceptable, especially for a corporate booking. @Hotel Management – I hope you seriously reconsider how you treat your guests. I strongly advise corporate travelers to avoid this property.

This place is good for a small family function, only when you have limited participants about 20 or less as the seating arrangement is divided between indoors and outdoors. Food was good. The service is okay. I visited this hotel situated at T.series lane, opp Fame Adlab, Andheri West..for a friend's birthday celebration.

Elegant Stay with Warm Hospitality From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The front office team was courteous and helpful. The place was spotless, had an authentic vibe, and gave a true touch of luxury. Loved the experience!

Excellent location. Loved the staff, they were very accommodating and helpful. And the rooms were clean, neat and smelled good.

I booked a room through Cleartrip today, while checkin hotel staff denied checkin and asked me to pay 1000 rs plus tax extra without any reason. I was literally forced to pay them extra amount unwillingly They charged me 47 extra for cold water bottle At 12.57 pm when I called to order food, they said tandoori items already closed 🔒 Lots of mosquito in the room I booked this hotel for one night , but I checked out within 2 hrs from here Mattresses is of very poor quality 😔 Pathetic staff, very bad experience (-10) Rating This people cheated me , so beware of this fraudulent

Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, authentic, and had a luxurious feel. The front office staff was very cooperative. Truly a pleasant experience!

Crammed room. The WiFi is bad and often expires in the midnight forcing you to go down to the reception to renew it. Wouldn’t want to stay here again

Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. I had book a hotel for 9 days and it was a standard room. Till 2 days continuously I used to raise issues that hotel water is not coming and laundry is not getting collected, plus lot of mosquitoes in room. Then I decided to check out and was immediately upraged to a deluxe room and was also offered a 15% discount on food for incobjen ( which I never requested). Then after 5 days i was told to shift to another room which I denied. Then immediately the reception staff told me to clear all food bills saying its our policy. I said I am checking out on Tuesday morning and will clear all bills during check out which is normal practise. On this reception kept saying sir month end hai....Such a pathetic hotel ..i am a frequent traveller and not seen such poor service. It's very disturbing to change frequently.
