Excellent hotel customer service means going beyond expectations—and Hotel Osejava truly delivered for us.||We arrived in Split on 27th July, only to discover that our luggage had been left behind in Amsterdam, along with many other passengers’ bags. Sorting out the paperwork at the airport took a long time, and to make matters worse, our drive to Makarska was through a dramatic thunderstorm.||Despite all this, Hotel Osejava made us feel genuinely cared for. Before we arrived, my wife sent them a message on Instagram explaining our situation. When we finally checked in, the reception staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They provided us with essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other toiletries, which we really needed.||To top it off, they had arranged a plate of food in our room, knowing we’d arrive late and exhausted. They even organized a parking space for us, which was a huge help.||This thoughtful and proactive approach made a difficult day much easier. It’s rare to find service this attentive, and we’re truly grateful to the team at Hotel Osejava. Highly recommended!
