Hotel Pachamama

Hotel Pachamama in Mahahual offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who maintain a tight & polished ship to ensure a smooth-running establishment. We enjoyed our stay. Nestled in a great location within town, 1 block away from the main strip, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat. Guests can shop the cute boutique store at the entrance, showcasing a variety of bracelets, bags, and clothing. Cute senior cat that always greets you in the main room. The rooms, though basic, feature lovely cozy patios to take in the vibes, you are equipped with fridges, big closet space and a safe for valuables. For those willing to climb a few stairs, the rooftop patio offers breathtaking ocean views. Bathrooms could maybe use a little love, but did have really nice water temp & pressure. Thank you! Kassia

An absolutely charming hotel with the loveliest staff in the world, right by the beach. We booked the sea-facing room and the views were magical! We even extended our stay by several days because we felt so relaxed and at home here - cosy vibe, hot water and super comfortable beds. Would reccomend!

What a fantastic little hotel! It's right by the beach but not on the busy boardwalk that gets crazy, plus the beach that is right behind it is really nice for swimming. I was on crutches during our trip and we had a bottom room with a private courtyard, there were only two steps to navigate into the hotel and everything was one level from there. Having a private courtyard was awesome and it was beautifully decorated. The rooms and whole facility were very clean. The biggest questions for any Mexican hotel room are, how is the shower and how is the bed. I am happy to report both are fantastic and the best we have had in Mexico! Shower water was hot and there was actual water pressure. The bed was one of the best I've had in any hotel, seriously. There were also plugs by the bed for the husband's CPAP machine. The WiFi was super fast too and never dropped signal. Having a mini fridge was great because we could have a cold beer on our private patio after a day in the sun. The hosts were very friendly and having them present added a level of safety, this would be a good spot for a solo female traveler to stay.

Beautiful little gem hotel, very clean, friendly and great service. We got some good recommendations on where to go and what to eat, which I advise you to follow. We’d go back again!

What I found at Pachamama Hotel MaHahual was beyond stay and accommodation, it felt like a spiritual retreat. The most friendly staff Princesa, the owner Micky who made me feel like family. It was precious stay, you also gonna find sometimes the company of Pachamama cat and Rocky dog. The space is eco friendly oriented, ocean view from the back rooms, convenient location right in the middle of Centro, short walking distance from Chetumal/ Tulum daily coletivo. I’d book group retreats easily at this location. The atmosphere, vibes and philosophy are the right fit for it. I’d recommend to anyone visiting MaHahual and hope to return soon.

Everything perfect as per the description. It is located in a fantastic position right by the sea and with an easy safe parking in front. ||Rooms were super clean and functional. The owner was fantastic and always very kind and available to accommodate our requests and provide advices on where to eat and where to spend the day at the beach. Overall, highly recommend and good price for quality.

Not worth at this price, little bit too expensive in compare what’s offer the hotel… no parking, small room, little smelly in the bathroom… Man at the the reception is speaking good English and other European languages! It is a big plus!

A really nice place to stay. Very kind and helpful owners! Clean and nice room with balcony, aircondion, safe and large bed. Room 7 and 8 can exclusive use roof top terrace. A few meters to the beach. Thanks a lot! 🙏😎
