Everything about this property was perfect, it had the most scenic views and it felt like a place where you could truly feel calm. The property is very beautiful in itself, i didn't feel like I was missing out on anything if I wasn't out exploring. The staff was so kind and so wholesome and the food was amazing, loved the vegetable Maggie and aloo Puri! It was cozy, vintage and perfect. The environment was very safe as well, loved staying here, I would love to visit again!🌷

I had a wonderful two-day stay with my family at Padamini Niwas Hotel. The experience was truly fantastic — the staff were warm and attentive, and the service exceeded our expectations. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with great attention to hygiene. Located right on the prime Mall Road, it offers both convenience and charm. I absolutely loved the vibrant energy of the place. This four-acre property is close to the mall near the Library Chowk end. We reached the hotel early in the morning and they were kind enough to open a room for us where we could use the washroom and rest for some time until our room was ready. They also offered us a free upgrade to a heritage room.||The standard room on the lowest level (21 to 24) are quite small but they have another small room attached to them which has a swing, a table, and two chairs. The room has a tea/coffee maker, a room heater, and a table fan. It doesn't have AC or a fridge, which we didn't miss at all in Mussoorie in October.||The hotel has several small gardens with swings and seating, so you're not stuck in your room all the time. You can have your meals served outdoors at one of several tables around the property. The restaurant menu is vegetarian only. The food was tasty and the portions were generous.||The management is very responsive to any complaints. Anything reported to Mr Vikram is fixed promptly.||Housekeeping is done every day. Mr. Dinesh was assigned to us, and he not only kept our room spick and span, but also took care of us in the dining room. All the staff were polite and helpful, and several of them gave us valuable advice about the tourist attractions and traps.||The hotel has parking space for a few cars. Private cars can use the hotel's front entrance from the mall and park in front of the Reception. Mussoorie's Mall Road is closed to taxis but Padmini Nivas has a second entrance on another road. If you have a lot of luggage you can phone their front desk from the second parking area and they will send someone to help you.||Padmini Niwas is a beautiful Heritage property with well-kept gardens and lots of outdoor space and seating. We spent five days here and had an enjoyable stay.

I have to say this place is carefully located in Mussoorie. Really really awesome location. You have access to mall road anytime. Also you have access to Dhanaulti highway anytime (Your cab can drop you here this is awesome). My wish is this tradition of this hotel should continue for years and years. As of now 2025 Nov the caretaker here who helped us take our lots of bags, then showed us the room, then served the food was really a 5 star treatment and hospitality. I can't forget this experience. Sadly came for 1 day have wish to come again here. We had dinner and breakfast here in i house resto. Just awesome. Tepla and all other food just homly. Have skipped dinner and breakfast in mall road . Best decision. (Hygiene and clean wise I was concerned in mall road). The matured garden and views outside the hotel is unparallel. Room facilities really a needed ones. Let this place bloom with glory. Thanks.

We had planned just a night’s stay at Padmini Nivas, Mussoorie, but due to heavy rainfall and landslides, the roads got badly damaged and we unexpectedly had to extend our stay for 4 days. In such a stressful situation, the management and owners were extremely supportive and kind. Not only did they allow us to stay without any extra cost, but they also ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during those days. Their generosity and concern truly touched us, and it showed how much they value their guests beyond business. Thank you so much to the entire team who made us feel good in such an extreme situation. Highly recommended—not only for the heritage charm and beauty of the property, but also for the warmth, care, and humanity shown by the people who run it.

I had the nicest experience staying at Padmani Niwas💗|It's the most cozy and cute hotel I have ever stayed at and the view from the hotel is chef's kiss. The staff is so kind and heartwarming, they're very helpful too! And the food, to say the least i ordered room service wayyy too many times, it was delicious⭐|I would definitely stay here again if I come back to mussoorie!

Padmini Nivas is our sanctuary for when we need peace in the heart of Mussoorie. The managers are exceptional human beings and the staff treats you like family. The food is fantastic. This is ideal for families and couples who want to relax and unwind. We keep coming here and will keep coming here for all foreseeable future. Kudos to Vikram and Jai for running this place so well.
