Hotel Palace Sevilla

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the historic part of the city. Being opposite the 'mushroom ' structure made it easy to locate! The staff are all extremely helpful. The maid noticed our air-conditioning unit was not working effectively and we were immediately offered an alternative room.

Wonderful hotel in a central position. Reception staff were friendly and the check in very quick. |The room was an ok size, comfortable bed but lacked a little in storage space. Would have liked the towels changed daily. Nice to have a fridge in the room but did miss a kettle. |Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants close by. |The hotel was in an easy walkable situation to landmarks. |Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville.

Booked a reservation through Booking.com in January for a stay in October. Total cost was US $469. Hotel contacted me in July to verify a credit card, giving me six hours to complete before my reservation would be cancelled. The verification failed on several cards, even after setting a travel notification with the bank. Total cost to book the same accomodation now is US $718. Ended up booking a different hotel, which was probably Palace Sevilla's objective, to replace a lower paying reservation with a more lucrative one.

It's a 3⭐️ hotel (not 4⭐️ as google maps states). PRO's The location was excellent, the bed very comfortable and the rooftop was a plus. Happy we booked this hotel. CONS The airfreshner in the hall/room is not pleasant (maybe a cultural thing?) And the walls are very thin so you can hear all your neighbours talking in the hallway in the middle of the night..

It was a great stay, all was fine and the location superb with lot of places to see and to enjoy around or in the vicinity. We really had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Next time we'll stay there again. The host was reactive and assisted us with any request

Location is superb you can reach everywhere within 15 mins walk . Staff very friendly from receptionist that speaks good English to the breakfast hosts . We had a room with balcony which was amazing the only thing missing in the room was coffee making facilities

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the old city! The roof top bar had beautiful sight lines to the city and the incredible "waffle-like" architectural structure. The staff were very helpful and supportive of any needs!

Personnel is nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable with everything a person nerds to rest. It has been easy to check-in and check-out.

Out of 6 hotels I stayed at during my two week trip in Spain, this one was the best and definitely the best value for the money. I booked it through priceline.com and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is self is very modern and beautiful. Our room had a bed with a memory foam mattress and a shower that had 3 different types of jets. The ladies who work at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Not only did they make flamenco show reservations for us but they also helped us book train reservations. Highly recommend!
