Hotel Palace Sevilla

I had a great experience with this hotel because of the staff. The staff earned the 5-star review. I did not like the room selected for me, it had an odd layout and an odor issue. The hotel was empty, I am sure they could have selected a better room with a view to las beautiful Setas, or something better but it was disappointing. One thing I liked was the decor, it was vintage and modern at the same time. Super cool. The staff on the other hand was amazing, the breakfast attendant (a lady with a Colombian accent :) ) was the sweetest The breakfast selection was great and the price absolutely reasonable. All the front desk agents I interacted with were a delight, especially the ones who checked me in and out. I left a precious object behind and they made sure to contact me in a timely manner to go over and retrieve it, I loved that gesture. By the time I checked out, I felt they were my family. The hotel is located in a great accessible area, I walked everywhere and because it is right in front of Las Setas, it is very easy to find, you won't get lost ever! The terrace was closed but I was given the key to go up and enjoy the view :) I recommend this hotel if you to Sevilla.

Very comfortable, large room in the ground floor courtyard. Quiet considering right in the heart of the city. Lovely staff. Easy 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral area. Breakfast was ok & reasonable value at €10 if booked night before. They also have their own underground parking available. (payable extra) Quite tight but well worth it for convenience. Road access looks like you shouldn’t be taking a car down it (through a pedestrian) area but it’s ok! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment which was nicely furnished, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very reasonably priced for such a lovely standard of accommodation. Id recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay close to all the historical and cultural sites. We had a little trouble locating the apartment. Theres no sign with the name of the apartment. Clearer, more detailed information about the location would have greatly helped. Luckily,|another couple who were also staying in the apartment block helped us - they had also had some difficulty finding th e apartment block too. The taxi driver was also unsure about the location.

Small but comfortable room, lovely helpful staff and a good breakfast selection! Noise insulation between rooms could be better as we had noisy neighbours, but the room itself was quiet, despite the hustle and bustle outside. Very good location for exploring the city.

From the moment the receptionist welcomes you to the moment you check out, staying here is an absolute pleasure. The location couldn't be better either. The hostesses are so helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned thoroughly every day.

We stayed at Seville Palace Hotel in September during our trip to Seville l. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of Seville’s main attractions, which made sightseeing easy and convenient.||Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing — very small, with a musty smell. The breakfast was average, with limited options, and I was surprised that there was no provision for tea or coffee in the room. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Even the phone in the room was not functional. ||The best part of the stay was the reception staff. The beautiful young receptionist from Morocco was exceptionally polite, spoke excellent English, and went out of her way to provide clear directions and tips for exploring the city. Her professionalism and helpfulness really stood out.||Overall, while the location and staff were excellent, the hotel facilities need improvement, especially the rooms, Wi-Fi, and in-room amenities.

Nice rooms with en suite. Beautiful shower. Could do with a handrail. Luck of toilet brush. Bed extremely comfortable. Location is excellent! Has a rooftop/sun terraz with bar which was not open at the time of our visit.

Fantastic, central location. Location, and despite being central it was quite a quiet plaza at least in the winter time; front desk reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.Beds and pillows and were quite comfortable.

Out of 6 hotels I stayed at during my two week trip in Spain, this one was the best and definitely the best value for the money. I booked it through priceline.com and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is self is very modern and beautiful. Our room had a bed with a memory foam mattress and a shower that had 3 different types of jets. The ladies who work at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Not only did they make flamenco show reservations for us but they also helped us book train reservations. Highly recommend!
