Hotel Palace Sevilla

Small but comfortable room, lovely helpful staff and a good breakfast selection! Noise insulation between rooms could be better as we had noisy neighbours, but the room itself was quiet, despite the hustle and bustle outside. Very good location for exploring the city.

Loved the apartment which was nicely furnished, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very reasonably priced for such a lovely standard of accommodation. Id recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay close to all the historical and cultural sites. We had a little trouble locating the apartment. Theres no sign with the name of the apartment. Clearer, more detailed information about the location would have greatly helped. Luckily,|another couple who were also staying in the apartment block helped us - they had also had some difficulty finding th e apartment block too. The taxi driver was also unsure about the location.

From the moment the receptionist welcomes you to the moment you check out, staying here is an absolute pleasure. The location couldn't be better either. The hostesses are so helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned thoroughly every day.

We stayed at Seville Palace Hotel in September during our trip to Seville l. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of Seville’s main attractions, which made sightseeing easy and convenient.||Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing — very small, with a musty smell. The breakfast was average, with limited options, and I was surprised that there was no provision for tea or coffee in the room. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Even the phone in the room was not functional. ||The best part of the stay was the reception staff. The beautiful young receptionist from Morocco was exceptionally polite, spoke excellent English, and went out of her way to provide clear directions and tips for exploring the city. Her professionalism and helpfulness really stood out.||Overall, while the location and staff were excellent, the hotel facilities need improvement, especially the rooms, Wi-Fi, and in-room amenities.

Nice rooms with en suite. Beautiful shower. Could do with a handrail. Luck of toilet brush. Bed extremely comfortable. Location is excellent! Has a rooftop/sun terraz with bar which was not open at the time of our visit.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and the rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very reasonably priced. Overall, a great stay and would definately recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the historic part of the city. Being opposite the 'mushroom ' structure made it easy to locate! The staff are all extremely helpful. The maid noticed our air-conditioning unit was not working effectively and we were immediately offered an alternative room.

Excellent choice of hotel in the city of Sevilla. Air-con was brilliant and nice and cool. Reception was really helpful with information and assistance in booking train tickets. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Out of 6 hotels I stayed at during my two week trip in Spain, this one was the best and definitely the best value for the money. I booked it through priceline.com and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is self is very modern and beautiful. Our room had a bed with a memory foam mattress and a shower that had 3 different types of jets. The ladies who work at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Not only did they make flamenco show reservations for us but they also helped us book train reservations. Highly recommend!
