I recently stayed at Hotel Palacio Alcázar during my visit to Seville and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a charming character and is situated in a fantastic location, just a stone’s throw from the Real Alcázar and the cathedral. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have direct road access, so you’ll need to walk a short distance with your luggage — something to consider if you’re arriving with heavy bags. The room was clean and comfortable, though the linen could use some improvement in terms of quality. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop breakfast. Starting the day with a good cappuccino and a beautiful view of the historic skyline was a memorable experience. A nice boutique hotel with a few quirks, but the location and rooftop setting make it worth considering for a short stay in Seville.

Great location, strong WiFi, air con and shower water pressure. Clean. Noise at night meant it was hard to sleep. The hotel is on a very quiet side street/plaza but the noise at night of streets being cleaned, glass being collected and emptied, trucks coming and going was just ridiculous. We could hear reception during the night and someone was doing something outside our room (ground floor by reception)at 3am. Sounded like the handle of a bucket going up and down. For noise reasons wouldn’t stay again.

Had a good stay at the hotel and the staff were very helpful and the room was clean and the rooftop bar and breakfast area was ideal. |The room was spotless and had a fresh feel to it. |It’s the small things that matter and to be charged €2:50 for a bottle of water ( still in a plastic bottle ) from the mini bar on departure is not what you expect in a 4* hotel surely 🤔🫤….. I’ve stayed in 2 and 3 * hotels on this trip ant there’s always free water available. |Anyway maybe they want to review this but otherwise a very pleasant stay in a great location.

This is certainly NOT a 4-STAR HOTEL!!! I have been to many hotels like B&B, 3 star, 4 star, apart hotels, etc. Everything in this hotel reminded me of a very basic 3-star hotel. I would not give more than 3 stars for quality. Self assigning it as 4 stars sounds like fraudulent marketing to me. If the owner was honest and advertised it correctly as a 3-star hotel, I would give a 5-star review. I don't like to be deceived by false marketing. Price: €150/night + about €12/night for local fees & taxes. Room: Very basic room with bed, 1 chair, 1 tiny bed table. Little decor. There is no table for work. 1 kettle with only 2 tiny packets of instant coffee given (no tea). The room was at the steet level and had little natural light with a small window. Also someone was smoking in front of it. Breakfast: Very basic buffet with basic continental breakfast served for €12,50. No warm food, just basic bakery, dairy, ham, jams, etc. Only apples and avocados served as fresh fruit/vegetables. Orange "juice" is high concentrate (tastes like cheap"Sunny" concentrate from supermarket). The hotel lacks dining room, so food is served on the terrace without roof cover and regardless of weather. Facilities: No facilities like pool, spa, gym, etc. Bathroom: Bathtub and bidet. Clean. Basic lit with shampoo, gel, and soap + slippers. Decor: Super basic with little warmth. Reminds of private medical clinic, although I have seen clinics with better design. Service: Friendly and helpful. The only thing worth 4 stars was a view from the terrace, 24 reception and location.

Didn't stay at the hotel but had a drink on the roof terrace. Lovely view across to the Cathedral, good sangria and quick, friendly service. Great place for a quick drink stop.

We stayed for 4 nights recently and found the hotel to be in a fab location near to lots of bars and restaurants, yet quiet as wellm the roof too bar was a lovely spot to enjoy a drinks with lovely views of the cathedral. We paid for breakfast one day and found it to be good value. The room didn't have a good view but it didnt spoil our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Google
Best were location and staff, very helpful and attentive. Our room was very humid and immediately obvious by the smell, not much room for clothes either. Breakfast buffet is in a terrace, bit cold in the winter morning even with the heaters, but with nice view, and the food was ok, not impressive, specially the quality of the cured ham could be much better. Overall, not sure i can recommend it, but location was superb.

Good hotel in a good area. Room was ok, enough space en clean. Bed ok. |We were surprised by the well chosen decoration. |Breakfast (a bit disappointing but still ok) is on top (roof) with a magnificent view on the cathedral. |Friendly personnel. We were surprised by the well chosen decoration. |Good cost/value balance.|We would go there again.

Yelp
I didn't stay at the hotel but the rooftop is a great respite from a day of tourism. Great views, misting sprays and a bar!

Yelp
The is a four star hotel in the center of Sevilla with the Real Alcazar and the cathedral around the corner. The roof top terrace has view on the cathedral and the Real Alcazar. You can order a drink at the bar and enjoy the view. Drinks are served with nuts as small snack. The rooms were nice and fresh and well cleaned. The only thing we were wondering about was if the bed sheets were clean. It seemed that one was expected to sleep under the sheets and not directly under the duvet cover. The hotel used also air refresher, which was a bit to strong for my taste. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. In short, a good hotel for a night's stay in Sevilla.

Yelp
I did not stay here but rather stopped by to have a coffee at their rooftop cafe. Great location and nice views of the cathedral and the cute street below. Not crowded at all and good prices! Friendly staff throughout the hotel!

Yelp
We had what was supposed to be the "superior room". The room was so small that there was hardly room for 2 medium sized suit cases. The hotel was also extremely noisy - noise from the roof deck and the street. I live in NYC and I know what small and noise is like. This hotel was quite a diaappointment. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they deserve 5 stars for their service.

Yelp
The location is perfect, a two minute walk to the Catedral and Real Alcazár. The hotel has about 15 rooms in total, so you really feel like the staff is there to help and accommodate you in any way possible. There is a cute little outdoor patio on the top floor that serves alcohol and some food. It's a perfect spot to watch the sun set or to see the Catedral lit up at night.
