We are not staying at this hotel, but had half an hour to kill, and stumbled across their roof terrace bar. We were welcomed as non-residents and went up the lift to the roof terrace. Great view. We had some cold drinks, served in chilled glasses (always a nice touch) and tapas. The tapas was OK, but the selling point was the view, tranquility and being away from the throng.

I can't comment on the rooms but the rooftop terrace is a hidden gem. Bloody hot in the sun year round, friendly staff. A bit on the expensive side but that's to be expected from a hotel bar. No food on the menu, which is a shame. The view of the Alacazar and the Giralda is great.

We spent 3 nights at this quiet hotel. The location is perfect! Near all the special monuments and sights, yet far enough off the busy walkway. The room was clean & beautiful, tight off the lobby (yet surprisingly quiet), with fresh flowers and chocolates. Bathroom is well equipped, bed is comfortable. Our terrace was really a small inner ‘shaft’ with a plant-filled patio, shared with the room next door, with a table and chairs (& a full ashtray). We kept that outer door closed because of the smell of cigarette smoke the first day. Ironically, the front desk told us the room next door complained about our smoking….we told them we don’t smoke….it must have been coming from the rooms above us. The front desk staff was amazing, translating, arranging for a taxi to the train station, giving suggestions, and especially helping with a Spanish website while trying to secure tickets to the cathedral. The small roof top bar is a nice, quiet place for a beer or cava after a long day of site seeing. The carrot cake is delicious! We highly recommend this hotel.

Really liked this hotel - we were in room 2 which was spacious and clean and loved the high ceilings ||Location is excellent being right in around the cathedral area but also within short walking distance to all major attractions as well as bars / restaurants ||Didn’t eat at the hotel but did use the rooftop bar which is an excellent little sun trap||I will use the hotel again and would definitely recommend

Great location close to major sites. Lovely rooftop bar and breakfast. Very nice multi-lingual personnel. Recommended by Rick Steves, and let's face it, he is always correct.

We loved our stay at Hotel Palacio Alcazar. The location of the quaint hotel was the reason we booked it. We reserved a room with a cathedral view, which was excellent. The staff was professional and polite. |Please know that the cathedral bells do chime 😊 and the fabulous plaza location comes with outside noise. Neither were problems for us. |The rooftop bar is charming, too.

The main point of this hotel is the location. Walking distance for all the monuments and life in Sevilla: cathedral (2 min) , Alcazar palace (5 min), Plaza de toros (10 min), iconic bars (3 min).|The rooms are fair: clean (toilette and rooms) and the bed and pillows really comfortable. Also the towels are good. We had one room with no view in the same floor where is the terrace and no problems. |The breakfast (if included) is served in their terrace. They have nice view. The terrace is open to open public also.|The people is really kind and client oriented, always trying to help (24 hs open).|Something important: Uber/taxis (at least from the airport) cannot enter in the area where is located (pedestrian streets)so you need to walk around 300 mts to be there. |In our case the value for money it was definitely worth it.

Yelp
I didn't stay at the hotel but the rooftop is a great respite from a day of tourism. Great views, misting sprays and a bar!

Yelp
The is a four star hotel in the center of Sevilla with the Real Alcazar and the cathedral around the corner. The roof top terrace has view on the cathedral and the Real Alcazar. You can order a drink at the bar and enjoy the view. Drinks are served with nuts as small snack. The rooms were nice and fresh and well cleaned. The only thing we were wondering about was if the bed sheets were clean. It seemed that one was expected to sleep under the sheets and not directly under the duvet cover. The hotel used also air refresher, which was a bit to strong for my taste. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. In short, a good hotel for a night's stay in Sevilla.

Yelp
I did not stay here but rather stopped by to have a coffee at their rooftop cafe. Great location and nice views of the cathedral and the cute street below. Not crowded at all and good prices! Friendly staff throughout the hotel!

Yelp
We had what was supposed to be the "superior room". The room was so small that there was hardly room for 2 medium sized suit cases. The hotel was also extremely noisy - noise from the roof deck and the street. I live in NYC and I know what small and noise is like. This hotel was quite a diaappointment. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they deserve 5 stars for their service.

Yelp
The location is perfect, a two minute walk to the Catedral and Real Alcazár. The hotel has about 15 rooms in total, so you really feel like the staff is there to help and accommodate you in any way possible. There is a cute little outdoor patio on the top floor that serves alcohol and some food. It's a perfect spot to watch the sun set or to see the Catedral lit up at night.
