My husband and I have a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Los Navas. Perfectly located close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. The staff, reception, breakfast and cleaners were all so friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and had such a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The little added touches of some wines at night was a lovely addition to this hotel. It is highly recommended - cannot believe it is only rated as 3 Star - much more superior to this!!

A charming hotel in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored. White internal decor works really well. Greqt location on a street with many restaurant choices. Whilst tucked away it is only a short walk into mainstream Granada.

Charming hotel with lovely rooms and a top notch friendly staff. The optional breakfast was quite nice as well. This was our fifth hotel as we’ve travelled across southern Spain, and by far, our favorite. The only downsides are the all-night weekend partying we could hear all night. And certain rooms, like ours, face a building under construction. So we did give the location a 4 instead of 5. But otherwise the location is extremely walkable and convenient to the Alhambra and the Mercado, with services and restaurant choices everywhere.

Neat clean room. Size was good. The bathroom is very clean & spacious as well. The reception staff is very helpful. There is a kettle & core packs but no water. Need to buy water down at reception which is expensive so get it from supermarkets. Olden style room but very clean & spacious. Can ask staff for toiletries.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute hotel. The staff are beyond helpful. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. So close to great restaurants and bars and yet still quiet, although I go to bed early (much earlier than closing time) I couldn't even hear the night life outside and I was only on the 1st floor, a solid sleep every night. It's an old building so there is a bit of wear and tear but... All in all a perfect gem for the price point.

The photos on the Hotel website and Tripadvisor did not represent the room we were allocated for a 3 night stay in January 2025 as part of our tour of Andalucia. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the photos and reviews. As a result we could not stay at this hotel, such was the upset and distress caused we did not take photos/videos or recall the room number. It reminded us of a B&B that could be seen in films from the 1970s. We felt there was no alternative but to book a different hotel. At the point of leaving and after we had booked a different hotel we were then offered another room. Why were we not given the ‘better’ room in the first instance? This is the first time we have felt that we had no alternative but to write a negative review, we are not prone to complain and research the hotels carefully before booking.

Had a great time in Granada, hotel is well maintained and in a great location close to a lot of attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Few of them provided us great directions and maps and also helped us with taxi transportation couple of times we took taxi to Alhambra and it was less than 10 minutes away. Restaurant across the hotel had delicious food. I highly recommend the hotel

Fatntastic location! Phenomenal front desk staff! They are So helpful and nice! Specially the lady who checked us in on sep 7 in the morning and the gentleman who was at the desk on sep 8 at 430pm. The rooms are clean and bathroom is good. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. I’m a big fan of the shower gel in the bathroom with Azhar Scent, I stayed at many hotels and this shower gel is the best, I’m actually searching for it on Amazon and can’t find it. The hotel is located in the middle of a very good touristic area and walking distance to all the bazaars and restaurants. There is a very good restaurant directly infront of the hotel with very delicious food. I highly recommend the hotel when visiting Granada.
