Lovely old hotel that is located not far from the cathedral. Some lovely old pieces of furniture and paintings. Yes- it does perhaps look as though it is 'fading around the edges' a little but this only adds to its charm. Rooms are a decent size and well furnished. Effcient and friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. The location, near the cathedral, was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean; yes, the furniture is old, but that's part of the charm. It's not a modern hotel. I didn't have time to enjoy the spa, unfortunately. It has a restaurant and a café, where I enjoyed a pleasant meal.|| My one gripe was breakfast. I don't enjoy eating cakes and bread at breakfast, though I understand it's a normal Andalusian custom. I can't eat cheese, ham and other pre-cooked meats for health reasons. Apart from that, there were only sugary cereals; no fresh fruit was available for the two days I was there apart from a couple of fairly old oranges. This was disappointing. The coffee, however, was good.

Great location within easy walking distance of the old town, excellent facilities, comfortable clean rooms with fridge and small safe.Excellent small spa, and safe secure off site parking.||We visited in a quiet period after the summer, the hotel still maintained it's high quality. Although we did not eat in the hotel, the facilities appeared very nice.

Shame I wasn't here for longer. My room was lovely and the roof top spa wonderful with 3 jacuzzis and a new for me type of shower - a lie down vichy shower. I didn't have time for a massage unfortunately, but I did get a short lie on the sun terrace. The hotel is very central and close to the Cathedral which is worth a visit. There are lots of restaurants and cafés close by. The hotel restaurant self service dinner is good value. I also had a chance to wander round the organic market in the nearby park in the morning as well.

We had a comfortable nice furnished room. But the hotel service is poor. The receptionist continued eating while she helped us and was not very attentive. We wanted coffee in the bar but had to wait because one servant walked away and the other cleaned the toilets. When he came back he prepared our coffee, but did not wash his hands before. The breakfast was poor and bad organised. Coffee was horrible and overcooked. When we asked for cappuccino it was served with clotted cream from an aerosol.

Central Hotel. Rooms were a decent size, warm and clean. Tv was very small (needed binoculars to view it from the bed) The hot water took an age when using the shower. Breakfast was fine. However, good value for money and I would stay there again.

Bedste sted like a rock, only ind blanket and not inde each||Strange smell om the hotel. ||Terrible breakfast over cold eggs, juice never even been close to an orange, poor number of things to choose from and a large number of cakes from last evenings buffet. ||Staff having their own breakfast not caring about guests. Never heard a word from Them. ||Recommend you find another hotel - this one is way too expensive compared to the low quality.||Not coming backup|

A traditional hotel in which you can imagine boutgeois families and travellers rest. Rooms are spacious with big and so comfortable beds. Bathroom with a small bath and all amenities. They serve buffet at breakfast and everything is delicious. I just miss some vegetable milk for ones who has lactose intolerance. Near to anywhere in Guadix, you can start wonder from the Roman theatre or the Cathedral to the city centre
