Beautiful historic property. The staff are exceptionally helpful and they have a nice system to store luggage before check.in and after check out. The rooms were comfortable and we got one with views of the Alhambra. Location is also good close to multiple shops and restaurants. Breakfast is vegetarian friendly with good selection of breads. Cheese, fruits, and so on.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Located in a quiet corner of the area, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while being conveniently close to major sightseeing spots—a perfect balance. The front desk service was a standout highlight. The staff was exceptionally informative and helpful, proactively providing me with a detailed walking map and introducing great ways to explore the city. It made a real difference for a visitor like me. The room was clean and, importantly, very warm and cozy with efficient radiator heating, which was much appreciated. The only minor downside was that after showering, the steam and moisture took a while to dissipate from the bathroom, making it feel a bit humid. Improved ventilation would make the experience perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking a quiet, comfortable, and well-located stay with genuinely helpful service.

This was a great hotel. Very clean, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The room had a mini fridge and coffee makers and there was filtered water available all the time. The decor and location were excellent. As with many hotels in the more historic city centers uber/taxi can't pull right up to the front so be aware if you have a lot of luggage!

We booked a room with Alhambra view for 2 nights in November 2025. This is a charming old-school hotel that is full of history and culture due to the fact that the original building has been preserved, but with some modern amenities added. Just an FYI that the taxi will drop you off to the main street and then you will have to go up maybe 1 story of steps outside and then 2-3 steps inside the hotel reception to get to the elevator. Other than that, the room was clean with some charming/rustic furnishings and the Alhambra view was stunning. This is also very close to restaurants, shopping, and the general tourist center of Albacin. We also loved the street right outside the hotel steps. It is narrow especially when taxis/busses go by. Overall we would recommend this hotel to get a feel for Granada and especially Albacin.

Great Hotel at the start of the Albecin historic district. Room was superb with two large sets of windows framing spectacular views of Alhambra, a seating area & a huge bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Note of caution- It is a hotel in a beautiful historic building and up some steps from where Taxis drop you. Once inside there are a few more steps if you stay in the section with a lift. Staff helped us inside hotel but we had to manage to and from taxis ourselves.

Our family of three recently stayed here and would absolutely recommend. First, the location is fantastic to access the Alhambra. Second, the staff is friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours, which was great when we had to checkout very early. We stayed in the family room/duplex, and it was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Would stay here again.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Hotel Palacio de Santa Ines last week. We loved its great location, you can actually see the Alhambra from outside of the hotel, though it's about 20 minutes walk uphill, but very doable - we're 60 and 61 and walked it up and down. The service was outstanding. Alejandro in particular is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in September 2025. We booked Room 9 which was on the top floor which was a double room with Alhambra view. It was spacious with a bedroom, living room with a mini bar ( we used it as a fridge), small ante room, and bathroom. A quirky layout due to the age of the building but very comfortable. |It wasnt quite a view of the Alhambra as is shown on the website; that was another room, but it didn't matter.|The air con was efficient & quiet, the room itself was airy & quiet. The hotel has beautiful 16th-century frescoes in the reception area, and the hotel is in a perfect location in the old town but centrally placed for the old and new town. |We only had breakfast on the day we left as we usually prefer to wander out and eat in local cafes, but it was a very good quality. Fresh with plenty of choice and worth €12 per person.|Dont expect the latest mod cons here, the shower worked as it should etc but you have to make allowances for the age of the building.|If you want a historic hotel with a lot of character, this hotel is excellent.
