We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in September 2025. We booked Room 9 which was on the top floor which was a double room with Alhambra view. It was spacious with a bedroom, living room with a mini bar ( we used it as a fridge), small ante room, and bathroom. A quirky layout due to the age of the building but very comfortable. |It wasnt quite a view of the Alhambra as is shown on the website; that was another room, but it didn't matter.|The air con was efficient & quiet, the room itself was airy & quiet. The hotel has beautiful 16th-century frescoes in the reception area, and the hotel is in a perfect location in the old town but centrally placed for the old and new town. |We only had breakfast on the day we left as we usually prefer to wander out and eat in local cafes, but it was a very good quality. Fresh with plenty of choice and worth €12 per person.|Dont expect the latest mod cons here, the shower worked as it should etc but you have to make allowances for the age of the building.|If you want a historic hotel with a lot of character, this hotel is excellent.

This hotel was a great value for our short stay in Granada. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was well positioned for exploring the touristy areas of the city. We were pleasantly surprised to have a separate living room on arrival, and all parts of our "suite" were clean. This didn't impact our stay, but there was no elevator (at least that we knew of) and the hotel itself would be difficult to access for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise, we would recommend this hotel to anyone for a great home away from home in Granada.

Gorgeous decor, architecture, and facilities. Location was spot on for the Alhambra, architecture, restaurants, flamenco, local buses and tourist train. Greeted by staff who couldn't be more helpful with arranging all our needs both at the hotel and with taxis and leisure activities. Breakfast excellent with wonderful lady to assist you with selecting your food and drink. Shower was modern with head to toes shower jets. Excellent. Unfortunately there are no lifts, to be expected when you see how old, but historically beautiful, this building is. We were on the second floor, not really suited for 70+ year olds. Make sure, if you are old or have disability, you ask at the time of booking for ground or first floor. However the hotel did have someone always on hand to carry cases to our room, with not a grumble even when they were heavy like ours!!

Gorgeous! A historic building nestled into an old neighborhood. Definitely do not try to drive your rental car to this location. Park and get a taxi to the location. It was a beautiful location and I absolutely loved staying here. You're only a few minutes walking distance to the old town area. Great view of the Alhambra just a few steps away from the hotel.

had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Santa Inés. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous: a beautifully preserved historical building full of charm and character, right in the heart of the Albayzín, the old Moorish quarter of Granada. It’s in a perfect location, with most sights easily walkable and amazing flamenco shows just nearby (we tried Palacio Flamenco Granada literally just around the corner and Peña La Platería, a flamenco school - both amazing and authentic).||Our superior room was lovely, with stunning views of the Alhambra, lovely in the day and beautiful at night all lit up. The decor throughout the hotel is unique and tasteful, with beautiful artwork and thoughtful touches. The air conditioning was a real bonus during the hot weather: the room was a cool, peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The room was also amazingly quiet and didn’t hear a peep from other rooms||Breakfast had everything we needed, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay.||A truly special place to stay: full of character, history, and comfort. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back if we visit again!

We loved the location! It was so close to everything that we wanted to see and there was lots of great food nearby. Our room was a good amount of space for our family of 4. We were happy that there was a fridge in the room. The loft area with kids beds got pretty hot in the evenings but they managed ( it was 40+outside). The courtyard areas were pretty and they had seating if you needed. Breakfast buffet looked pretty good but we didn't try it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful (and patient when I insisted on carrying out every interaction in my ropey Spanish!) The breakfast was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed - the view of the Alhambra was the icing on the cake. But the wonderful staff are the jewel in the crown of this hotel, which is also in a great location.

This was my favorite place to stay in our trip to Spain. It could not have been better. We had two connecting rooms with a view of the Alhambra in both rooms and the connecting sitting room. It was so comfortable and just beautiful. The staff were very helpful in making restaurant recommendations as well as when I had a problem with my train tickets. The location was perfect near the plaza, many restaurants and shops, and a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra. There was a flamenco show one minute away which we enjoyed. This is where I would stay if I came back to Granada without a doubt.
