The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my visit special. The hotel was spotless, and its location was perfect – close to everything I wanted to explore. The highlight of my stay was when the staff gave me precise directions to the Alhambra entrance, saving me at least an hour of walking. Their local knowledge and hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very beautiful inside. Our room was comfortable and small. We were unable to get the heating going during the evening and so asked at the desk. It still didn’t work and so we wore our coats to bed. It was a busy time. The breakfast was pleasant. The location was excellent. The view from our room as exceptional. If you are looking for a hotel with an historical and cultural feel, this could be a great place.

Nicely maintained boutique hotel in an old palace! We especially loved the courtyard in the lobby--it felt like stepping into a beautiful historic tour site when we entered. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were there in teh winter and it was toasty warm, which was very nice. Only note from our daughter: no conditioner in the shower (which we noticed in several hotels in Spain.) Would recommend.

I stayed here for 2 nights in November. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredibly warm, professional and helpful. As soon as we walked in we felt taken care of, which is a great feeling when traveling. The architecture and decor is lovely and in keeping with the history of the town. |The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could ask for.|We had breakfast downstairs every morning and the room is lovely and overlooks the courtyard, which is beautiful. The food was good with a nice selection. In nice weather it would be even better!|I arrived with a bit of a stomach issue due to ulcerative colitis, and they were able to provide room service with something off the menu that I was able to eat. If you've ever traveled with a chronic condition you know how valuable that is!|I can't think of any negatives with this hotel and highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building in the old town and very close to the Alhambra and lots of lovely restaurants and shops. We had the family room with a bed downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs. The room was comfortable, warm and super cute - I loved the decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. We had a great stay.

It was a great place to stay so much character close to city. The best part was the excellent front desk service nothing was too much trouble phone Taxis directions just friendly helpful from the day manager ( sorry forgotten his name he was amazing Beautiful!) Breakfast was fantastic. But staff were very loud banging not friendly etc not all if us are morning people this was annoying and noticed by others as well. But I would definitely stay again i loved it.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the main square. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and gave good advice on restaurants and places of interest to visit. Our room was excellent, quiet at night and cleaned thoroughly with coffee and tea replenished daily. The breakfast room was light and airy with a really good choice of food. It had a relaxed atmosphere and a great way to start your day. We had a brilliant time and would certainly recommend it and hope to return in the future.

Friendly staff. Our room had an amazing view of the Alhambra. This hotel is historic & in the very old part of town. You need to park in a garage downtown & take a taxi to the hotel due to the teeny, ancient streets (that would be impossible to navigate on google!) It’s a unique neighborhood! Again, the staff is very professional & helpful!
