This hotel is not accessible for wheelchair and that will be their only down. The hotel was previously a small palace, it is beautiful and well kept. It does have stairs almost for everything and you need to go upstairs Santa Inés street to reach it - not car accessible- this is all said ahead to you when you reserve and is written everywhere . The hotel is gorgeous and the service is amazing. During all of our trip we were in different hotels and this one was our favorite. Is walking distance from Alhambra (uphill mind you!) walking distance from the main plaza where you can also get in to a taxi, bus or city tour. You can walk to several restaurants of different prices and stores from there . The hotel is just rely charming and convenient. The whole staff is incredibly sweet too. We had an amazing stay. Thanks

had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Santa Inés. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous: a beautifully preserved historical building full of charm and character, right in the heart of the Albayzín, the old Moorish quarter of Granada. It’s in a perfect location, with most sights easily walkable and amazing flamenco shows just nearby (we tried Palacio Flamenco Granada literally just around the corner and Peña La Platería, a flamenco school - both amazing and authentic).||Our superior room was lovely, with stunning views of the Alhambra, lovely in the day and beautiful at night all lit up. The decor throughout the hotel is unique and tasteful, with beautiful artwork and thoughtful touches. The air conditioning was a real bonus during the hot weather: the room was a cool, peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The room was also amazingly quiet and didn’t hear a peep from other rooms||Breakfast had everything we needed, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay.||A truly special place to stay: full of character, history, and comfort. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back if we visit again!

We loved the location! It was so close to everything that we wanted to see and there was lots of great food nearby. Our room was a good amount of space for our family of 4. We were happy that there was a fridge in the room. The loft area with kids beds got pretty hot in the evenings but they managed ( it was 40+outside). The courtyard areas were pretty and they had seating if you needed. Breakfast buffet looked pretty good but we didn't try it.

This hotel is a little gem and my husband and I enjoyed a fabulous 3 night stay here in mid-May. We felt immediately immersed in the history of the area with its location and the beautiful original courtyard (now the hotel lobby) with fresco. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed with a really comfortable bed. The location was perfect, very central and within walking distance of the sights, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Two of our group stayed in a Standard Room and the other two stayed in a Room with an Alhambra view. Apart from the room size, architectural details, extra furniture, and the view from the window -- both accomms were virtually identical in terms of bedroom and bathroom amenities.||Both rooms were very clean, with proper mattresses and pristine beddings, airconditioner and hot water kettle. All facilities, electrical and plumbing were flawless. The front desk staff is staffed 24h is a plus (not very common in Spain). especially if checking in/out at odd hours. The property has no elevator, which is not a big deal for most able-bodies people but may present a challenge to some.||And now for the views. The room with a view, located on the 3rd floor -- has truly gorgeous views of the Alhambra from several windows in the room (including one while lying on the bed). The standard room, on the other hand, located on the ground floor had windows looking out to a somewhat dim, tiled courtyard. I don't mind a courtyard view, but the lack of privacy was an issue for me. There was no way to get any cross ventilation in the bathroom (ie open the windows) without anyone from the upper floors being able to see inside. There were no other window coverings to help remedy that.||The location of the hotel is good, right in the city center. The Alhambra shuttle buses, a taxi stand at the Plaza for airport access, or the airport bus stop are all within a 10 minute walk from the front door.||Overall a positive experience at this hotel but would decline a room on the ground floor next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palacio de Santa Ines. The place is full of classic Spanish charm and history. What makes it exceptional are the staff. Everyone makes you feel truly welcome. The breakfasts were well presented and always fresh and delicious. We found its location perfect for our days of checking our sites and restaurants in Granada.

We were lucky enough to get a lovely room with a perfect view of Alhambra (photo attached). Very central so all sites of interest were within walking distance. Super helpful staff. Quiet at night. A thicker pillow (or a second one) would have been ideal. Breakfast was okay but the “hot” dishes were cold. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked.

Beautiful, centrally located, historic boutique hotel near to the Alhambra. Attentive and welcoming staff, keen to provide sightseeing tips and directions etc. Our room was spacious, very clean and again with architectural elements reflecting its long history. Breakfast was fine but lacks a little of the choice of a large, international hotel if that is an issue (wasn't for us). Would highly recommend if looking for charm and personality but still near to the action.
