We had an amazing family break at Hotel Palagi - a beautiful hotel which was immaculate and clean. The staff team were amazing from arrival right through to our departure. |The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the local train station, a bus ride away to an amazing beach, and ideally located next to a gluten free gelato parlour. There are lots of superb places to eat out and explore in Pietrasanta - would definitely recommend this hotel and will return once again in the near future. |Thank you Elisa and your spectacular team from Susan, Mark and Amber |Grazie Mille per la tua gentilezza!

This is a great little hotel in a very central location. It’s full of art, pictures etc. We had a great nights sleep. The breakfast is enormous, lots of choices. The room was quiet and clean and Elanora was so helpful in booking our next hotel.|We will be back!

Kind staff, great location. Free parking is available. Spacious bathroom, beds and room was okay. Very small desk. The room didn't have very good noise cancellation, so you hear noises from outside quite easily.

This is the first time in my countless years traveling in Italy (where we have an apartment in Florence) that I can actually give a hotel at 10 rating without any reservations whatsoever. This beautiful small hotel is in the perfect location from the train station (two minute walk) as well as from the main part of Pietrasanta. It is a gem of a hotel in a jewel of a town. The staff is so professional and so helpful regardless of your needs. The rooms are spotless, the interior design, modern, creative, and lovely. And I can’t say enough about the gorgeous bathroom - the most beautiful I have seen - even compared to a 4 or 5 star hotel. The outdoor terrace is on additional benefit with stunning views and lush plants. The breakfast in a simple and bright room - is superb - with a variety of meat, cheese, breads, fresh fruits, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, jams, honey, juices, and the most delicious assortment of cakes. They even offered fresh lemon, ginger water - a rarity. I cannot wait to return. Grazie Elisa and your amazing and highly professional staff! You made our 5 day stay truly memorable!

We stayed in the Mansarda room which consisted of a very large bedroom and a smaller anteroom that could easily serve as a separate bedroom. The total space was probably 75 sm. The beamed ceiling alone is worth the stay. There is a lift that goes to the first floor, but you need to climb a short set of stairs to get to the room.||||Outside there is a large (16 sm) terrace with furniture. Great for drinks at sunset.||||The room is nicely decorated with antique furniture (2 chests, 2 armoires and a desk) but it’s not easy to use because of its age. There were 2 flat screen TV’s and a refrigerator (the refrigerator was not working, but the quickly replaced it.) The wifi was a little sluggish, but dependable.||||The bathroom was very large. There were two showerheads (for those who like to bath together) and a double sink. The lighting was very good.||||Breakfast was typical of other hotels we used: scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, juices, yogurt & coffee.||||The location is very convenient to most restaurants, shopping and the train station.||||The staff was wonderful. They responded well to every request.

Excellent experience. Staff were very helpful and considerate. Breakfast with wide variety of buffet and cakes in particular 1st class. Convenient and safe nearby private parking. Nestled in the social hotspot only 5 minutes walk to Railway station. Bathroom and Bed very comfortable and super design. Worth every penny.

My cousin, who lives in town, booked us here and we were very glad. Lovely small family hotel with wonderful friendly service. Nice large room and bath with excellent light, views, and good Wi-Fi. Excellent location, very short walk to train station, central plaza, shops. Very good breakfast too. They had some terraces to sit, including one lovely one on the roof with views of the town and out to the sea. |||| |||||

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - right in front of the town's main (center) gate, easy to find, convenient to everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Neat, clean, and tidy. I travel a lot for work and constantly stay at so-called '5-star' hotels - all the big names - but Palagi's breakfast was one of the best I've ever had - everything fresh and good, like the strawberries, fruit, and freshly baked bread and cakes (tradition in Toscanna). Good selection of cereals (which I like and which often taste like compressed sawdust). My room had been re-done and although simple, it was very nice and pleasant and had a tasteful look. Excellent small hotel at a great price. Highly recommended.
