Hotel Palau Sa Font

Recently refurbished in a minimalist style, this hotel maintains a very stylish atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and practical with an excellent bathroom. The room was air-conditioned and also had windows that opened. There is a small but very sunny splash pool and a tower on the roof with wonderful rooftop views and a perfect view of Palma Cathedral. Breakfast is excellent and Reception is staffed 24 hours daily. The location is very good with only a short walk into the city centre, under ten minutes gentle walk to the cathedral. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and reception will gladly make suggestions and help with bookings. Si far, so good, but the thing that really makes Palau Sa Font five star is the staff. All the staff that we encountered were, quite simply, wonderful. Kind, helpful and engaging. And that really makes a difference. Well done.

Had the best time here! The people so polite and happy to help with recommendations and everything else needed. Very nice breakfast which lots of options but also felt like it was prepared just for you. The location is fantastic! So easy to walk around, very close to the sea too! Honestly I have only good things to say. Will definitely come back

Great location for exploring Palma. Very good value for money. Did not eat in the hotel but service for drinks was excellent. . Room was comfortable, clean and we wanted for nothing. The standout feature is the staff. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a 6 night stay at Hotel Palau Sa Font and I highly recommend it for a base for a city break in Palma. This charming hotel is in the heart of the old city and a very short walk from the sea. The rooms are of a very high standard and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The WiFi is the best I have ever had in any hotel! Will return one day!

Loved this little hotel. ||Fantastic and quiet location in the centre of town close to the sea and good restaurants. ||Extremely clean, comfortable bed, super bathroom with very good shower, and a lovely breakfast. ||Would not think twice about booking it again. ||NB the pool is tiny, just for cooling off!

What a fantastic boutique hotel in a lovely part of the city. I read the previous review which said the rooms had no towels etc and were noisy....this was definitely not our experience....our room had everything you would expect (including lots of towels!) and was extremely quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the general ambience of the hotel really added to what was a lovely break in Palma.....we will be returning.

Price is good for what you get! Positive: - having a room to the poolside is great cause it‘s not so noisy - breakfast is very good - staff is friendly :) - you can store a bicycle safely away - location is so good To improve (nothing big) - water kettle in the room was missing - orange juice ran out at breakfast around 10am

We spent two nights at Palau and found it to be what we seek when we travel - small, personal and well located. It is impeccably designed, clean and secure. The staff is exceptional and we felt like old friends. This is a criteria we use to determine places to which we will return. Very fast wired internet connection (wireless is so random and often overloaded it is wise to carry a short Ethernet cable), powerful AC, updated and spacious bathroom, very quiet room, and again - friendly and fluent staff. Highly recommended if you seek something other than a giant, impersonal cement bunker. As far as pricing - sure, you can spend less, and get less. We will return here.
