Very nice hotel, but wish we had a better room. Our room faced the inner light well and was extremely dark. Coupled with a weird 2nd bathroom in our room that smelt funny and was used for storage (ie bed in shower), we should have asked for another space. The breakfast was nice but in a basement room with no windows. Staff was very friendly and appreciate the waiter who made our cappuccinos each morning.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, delicious and with many options. The location of this hotel is not great. It's located in an area that's dirty, garbage piles up on the sidewalks, etc. Lots of scooters ignoring pedestrians. Not a great location but a nice hotel.

Terrific small hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great location for accessing Spaccanapoli and the surrounding historic center. Rooms were larger than expected. There’s a small grocery store near by where we picked up wine and snacks. Room had real glasses to use - just wish we’d had ice buckets to keep bottles cold (small fridge was stocked minibar).

This hotel was centrally located to the train station, which we could walk to in 15 minutes. The cafes around were numerous. Very nice rooms, no views! Breakfast was good. Good Americano coffee!!! We would stay there again!

This hard to find hotel is located near Naples Underground and all the tourist shopping. The room is nicely appointed but the pillow cases and sheets were a little starchy. Room #406 was a little noisy because the toilet would run off and on and you can hear people in the hallways. The breakfast was very good and front desk staff were friendly.

Second time at this hotel since 2017- it has remained in v good shape and is perfectly situated for getting to sites and the Stazione Centrale. Clean, with beautifully ironed sheets, and quiet ( the rear rooms). Pity the surrounds in old Naples are in decay from the refuse piling up and the encroachment of trinket shops on every corner.

Great location in the heart of Napoli. Close to everything for first time visitors. Breakfast is great to get started. No noise issues and AC worked great in our room. Only downside is the city is kind of dirty and lots of graffiti. Overall we felt safe everywhere we went.

Very nice hotel. W we appreciated the quiet and comfort provided. The only disappointment was we were unable to check in before 330 after a 24 hour journey from California. Staff was very professional. Location was great for walking Centro

Yelp
Pros: beautiful, nice finish work, tasteful, nice breakfast. HOWEVER the cons: Not on single place to hang anything, not for clothing or towels! The WiFi disconnects from you after checking mail the minute you finish, so you are constantly having to re-log in. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries so they sat on our bedside tables. Neither the sink nor the bidet had functional stoppers, so you couldn't keep water in the sink, or empty water from the bidet. No comfortable chair to sit in. You are forced to contact the front desk when you want to cool the room, so they can "allow" you to turn up the ac. The room is appointed with antique dresser and armoire, but the hardware installed deems them unusable-so they are for show only. When you have been traveling for several weeks, and you want some comfort, this isn't it. The staff in the breakfast room are sweet and friendly, but the desk staff are rarely so. It's hip, but not comfortable-at all.

Yelp
This is the worst hotel in Naples. Whatever you do don't stay here. After walking over an hour to try and find this place, the hotel was so beyond rude that we literally left and booked another hotel in Naples. They wouldn't call us a cab, they wouldn't help us at all. This is hands down a horrible hotel. Whatever you do DONT STAY HERE!!!!! You'll end up having to book a room somewhere else and walk so far to get to that next one. The staff is unpredictable and can't be relied on for anything.

Yelp
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The room we had was on the large side with a walk-in closet, and it was decorated very tastefully. The main attraction to this hotel is the beautiful winding staircase with unique hand rails (that are actually hand-shaped brackets holding up the rails) featuring a beautiful chandelier dangling from a long chain. It's a stunning sight to see. The neighborhood is convenient, located just south of the straightest street we saw in all of Napoli. This was a great stepping stone for our exploration of Napoli. Breakfast was good. My husband was disappointed that they didn't have the same granola that all the other hotels had, but I was happy because they had all the tasty meats & cheeses & breads standard to an Italian breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel, or at least visiting it for a drink, just to see the spectacularly beautiful staircase.
