Hotel Palazzo del Corso

We had dinner at Palazzo del Corso in Gallipoli, a beautiful location with an elegant rooftop that offers a truly stunning view, especially during the evening. The atmosphere is calm, refined, and perfect for a romantic dinner or a quiet evening with friends.|The food was of good quality — well-prepared and nicely presented. While the menu isn’t particularly creative or surprising, the dishes were pleasant and met our expectations. The wine selection was also decent, with a few interesting local options. However, the overall experience was not as special as we hoped. The service, unfortunately, left something to be desired. One of the waiters showed clear impatience when I asked a simple question about the menu, even sighing in an annoyed way. That kind of attitude felt unprofessional and didn’t match the high-end atmosphere the location tries to offer.|With a little more attention to customer service, this place could be truly exceptional. Right now, it’s a beautiful setting with good food, but the staff’s attitude took away from the experience.|We would consider going back for the view alone, but we hope the service improves in the future.

Best hotel in Puglia! Our family loved staying at the Palazzo, beautiful rooms and great location! The staff was so kind, especially Francesca, who went above and beyond for us! The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The cherry on to was they arranged a private cooking class for our family and Chef Andrea and his team were incredibly kind, it was a very special experience! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this incredible hotel, we immediately felt welcome on arrival, the staff are all amazing and the location is perfect. We will definitely come back at some point and already recommended it to our friends and family for when they travel to Puglia.. we had the glamour suite room which was spacious and ideal for us and our 11 year old. If you’re heading to this part of Puglia, stay here! Gallipoli is also a good base for seeing lots of places nearby within 30- 45 mins drive …

The hotel has boutique hotel vibes, and is well located for the centre of Gallipoli. You can walk into the old town in about 15 mins. The roof top bar is a lovely location for an evening drink, and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are a little basic. And the hotel is right on the main road into Gallipoli. We thought from the pictures it was more on the coast - so our mistake! It's brilliantly soundproofed but you are in the heart of the action after about 2000 at night, which some might like. We were checked in for 3 nights, but checked out after 1 as Galippoli for us is more of a city break, and we wanted something a bit more relaxing at the end of our holiday.

A very well-kept hotel, the staff is very helpful and fulfills all wishes. In our case, Francesca helped us a lot. 🙂 Breakfast is simple but plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, the view of the sea was obscured by a construction site.

This elegant hotel is a great place to stay in Gallipoli New Town, only a short walk to the Old Town. Our Grand Suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely water view, and even though our room overlooked the street, closing the French doors blocked any noise. The terrace bar is a cozy place for a drink, with good views and a good bartender as well – Leo makes an excellent Negroni. Breakfast in the same bar/restaurant area is very good, and the staff here is great too. The standouts, however, are Dunia and Alessia at the front desk. They are so welcoming and enthusiastic about their town and hotel; they reserved a table for us at the wonderful AMU Fish, directed us to very good gelato, and suggested the fun Togo Bay Beach Club. They are excellent ambassadors for the hotel and city!

Did my my brothers engagement party there. Fantastic from the staff that helped set it up to the quality. Would be staying there again.

Amazing place. Stopped by because my b&b canceled on me last minute. Super room. Great breakfast was included. Staff was above and beyond friendly and recommended to go to Gallipoli Centro storico which is not to be missed !!! I had a blast . Super location, walkable to everything.
