Wonderful location, 100m from the fantastic Piazza del Popolo. The hotel is a fading **** hotel, a bit austere and showing signs of wear and tear. Large room, smallish bathroom, working airco. Good breakfast. The check-out procedure seems to be worn out as well, this takes ages. Would we come back? Possibly.

We had 12 family members stay here last week. The villa/palazzo was so beautiful. The classic double rooms were adequate size with updated bathrooms. The Jr suites ( we had 3 adults in each) were really large with two twins in one room and another twin off to the side. They had good air conditioning - not the coldest- but it was 95 degrees F while we were there. The staff was wonderful!! Both the day and the night shift! One of the best features is that the hotel is two short blocks from Piazza Popolo ||GPS led us right there. We paid for self-parking which is right outside the backdoor - very convenient.

Perfect hotel very close to the main piazza (which is a magical place). Lovely room, ample breakfast, helpful staff, easy parking (by valet), and comfortable all round. Highly recommended if you are in Ascoli Piceno (which you really should visit!).

Very nice hotel. Very close to the center. Quite reasonable price especially with breakfast included.

The central location in Ascoli Piceno is ideal for a city break. All the main sights of the city are accessible on foot from the hotel. I recommend the parking service if you have a car, it is speedy and convenient. The reception staff were uniformly charming and helpful and we had a great restaurant recommendation from them. Breakfast is comprehensive and caters for all tastes. The room we had was spacious and comfortable.

We booked a junior suite and were delighted with an upgrade to room 37 an executive suite. Huge bed on the loft portion of the room. Big main room with sofa bed and the usual luxuries for this type of property. View out the window and main entrance added below. Nice walking areas in this downtown historic center location. Excellent staff. First class breakfast buffet. Note: Do not arrive on a Wednesday market day before 2pm. We circled the whole town twice because of an 11am arrival. Use valet parking for sure.

I stayed one night at hotel Guiderocchi with my family. We had a beautiful room. We were upgraded to a suite, with no additional cost. It was a superb room, with beautiful furniture. The breakfast was very nice, in the courtyard of the building. Exquisite!
