My stay at Hotel Palazzo Mysanus was fantastic. Ursula was the perfect host. She made me feel at home within 5 minutes of my arrival. She and her team were very attentive. I had a single room which was very bright, clean and comfortable. I loved the typical Engadin style. The breakfast buffet had everything one could desire. The morning cappuccino with the chocolate star was my highlight. As hotel guest you may visit the Samedan Spa which is definitely a must. I highly recommend this Engadin Pearl.

The hotel is one of the most wonderful places we have stayed in! We were two friends going by ferry and train from Norway to Samedan, and it was amazing to sleep in the hotel the first night! Great beds, unique surroundings and fresh air made the whole experience something to remember for a lifetime. We got great tips on sightseeing and went to Alp Grüm and Belvedere to have a lunch with a view and topped it off with a spa, just next to the hotel, in the afternoon. |The staff at the hotel are warm, service minded and they all make the stay excellent. For me, this is the second time visiting Samedan and the hotel, for my friend, the first time ever. We would both love to go back any time!!

Wonderful place to stay. Very hospitable and helpful owner, usage of the thermal baths in Samedan (right across the street) is included. Rooms are clean, cosy, and spacious. Big breakfast buffet with a great choice of local products. Not necessarily a big factor in Switzerland from a safety perspective, but the indoor parking is great to protect cars/motorcycles from the weather, especially the snow. All in all a great place to stay.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. The personnel was kind and attentive. Breakfast was diverse with little options for vegans. But they were so kind to supply extra oat milk the next day. Entry for the mineral spa was included! We recommend this place!

A very unique and authentic hotel that has a caring, professional staff willing to give wonderful advice on activities to do and places to go in the area. The breakfast offered with the stay was delicious and filling. Our room was rustic, yet so clean and comfortable equipped with modern amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

All was just perfect in this great-looking hotel: the room, the breakfast, the host, the staff, the tips we got to visit the area, the wellness next-doors, the local restaurants....all excellent! And what a beautiful region. We had great mountain visits, hikes and a bike trip around the lakes. All very convenient to visit, when staying in the centre of Samedam. The beginning of September was also a very nice moment of the year.

Please note: the hotel is under new management. The old management went bankrupt around November 2023. Please disregard older bad reviews. Ursula is the new GM, and she's typically Swiss, kind outgoing and outspoken. She works very hard to assist and help in any way. She also started a new program where guests have unlimited access to the "Mineralbad" (mineral hot bath) just around the corner. She provides extra towels and robes, free of charge. Milena runs the breakfast buffet, which is again typically Swiss, with the obligatory and delicious Müesli, various breads, cereals, nuts and dried fruits to add, cold cuts, cheeses, joghurts, jams etc, and juices. They offer various coffee drinks (included) and eggs to order (included). Milena is prompt, friendly, kind and efficient. The hotel is newly renovated, with some rooms featuring contemporary decor etc, and other rooms which still have the original wood floors, ceiling and built-ins, beautifully restored. It's small and quaint, and has very much a family and cozy feel. There are common rooms on second floor (labeled first, of course) and 3rd floor (labeled 2nd) with honor-system minibar items and board games. There is a small garage, and a direct entry to a ski room with storage and elevator access. The location is right next to a church, so it's always easy to find it, if you're not paying attention. Centrally located. All in all, it's a beautiful, little, well-run hotel. I highly recommend.
