Hotel Palazzo Rosso Old Town

Amazing place! Great people, fantastic room and awesome breakfast! My room was warm, very clean and quiet, so I really enjoyed my stay. I will come back for sure. Ps. I was really impressed by the book wall!

We booked 2 nights here and it is in a fantastic location. It is 2 minutes from the main Square. |The hotel is down a side street off the main Square. The staff were friendly and it is lovely & clean. |We booked bed & breakfast and the breakfast was a buffet which had plenty of choice including hot and cold foods, pancakes and pastries.|There is a cafe selling drinks & cakes which is open to the public. |Our room was lovely and traditional.|The only criticism would be that there was a lot of noise from outside until around 3 am as there are lots of clubs & pubs close by. Also I had to ask for extra pillows as there was only 1 each and they were so flat they had no benefit.|It is a really nice quirky hotel and I recommend staying here, but unless you are a heavy sleeper bring earplugs.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required.The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe.Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options. I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

First impressions weren't good.  I arrived ahead of check-in time expecting to be able to leave my luggage as advertised, but there was no receptionist, just a sign saying 'back shortly'  20 minutes later, the receptionist returned. ||The hotel is well located close to the main square  but the bedroom is very basic.   The room was advertised with a view overlooking a courtyard, but all I could see from the third floor was the glass roof of the atrium and the side of some old buildings.  Soundproofing is bad, I could hear every conversation taking place in the hallway outside the room.||I went for a drink in the hotel cafe/bar in the evening but was asked to finish up and move to another part of the hotel before closing time.  They began clearing around, making guests feel uncomfortable, and in the way.

Perfect location for Poznan. Impressive renovation for a such a genuine heritage building. Innovative design, excellent quality for finishing and materials. Great staff, delicious breakfast, perfect accommodation just in the middle of the old City. Walking distance to the main square, restaurant and night life. Despite of the vibrant center city life, quiet place. Nothing to complain about, this is that kind of hotel which is a great place to be back.

I stayed one night at this lovely hotel. I had a cosy room, very clean, good facilities, great location in the pedestrian area near many sights worth a visit. The staff is friendly and competent. There is a public parking garage within a short walking distance of around 200 meters for 50 or 60 Zloty a day. The hotel is a historic building in a narrow lane in the city center. So it's quite normal that you may hear the voices other people from the street or when they leave the other hotel rooms in the morning.

Situation was very central alongside the pedestrian street. We had ou room on the 4th floor and had windows toward the quiet street. Beds were good and we slept well. AC was good. Breakfast was good. Different salads every morning which we are not used to but it was okay.

Excellent location. Nearby everything we needed as guests. Awesome breakfast. Easy communication in English. Clean spacious room.
