We were really disappointed with our stay at Hotel Palazzo Sa Pischedda. The building itself is beautiful and full of character, and our room was large with high ceilings, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The decor was far from sympathetic to the historic building—more dated than charming. Our room included a Jacuzzi and sauna, which might sound luxurious, but in reality felt clumsily inserted into the space and disrupted any sense of elegance. The bathroom was a prefabricated cubicle installed directly in the room, with fake marble tiles and an extremely narrow shower entrance (definitely under 50cm), which many guests would struggle with. Oddly, the toilet paper was in a large dispenser you’d expect in a public bathroom. The blackout curtain didn’t actually cover the whole window, making it impossible to keep the room dark, and the air-conditioning unit was so loud it made it hard to sleep. Even basic comforts were lacking—the bed sheet wasn’t wide enough to be tucked in properly. Breakfast was very average and served in a dark, windowless room—not the kind of experience you expect in sunny Sardinia. If we had paid around €150 for the night, we might have overlooked some of this. But at over €300 for one night, it felt like a complete rip-off. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience and we wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Bosa is lovely! Old town with narrow streets carved into the hillside. Good atmosphere. But 1 day is probably enough.|This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to by car, just outside the centre, with free parking. If you get a small hotel in the old centre you might end up lugging suitcases up narrow steets and steps.|The reception service was excellent. Very friendly.|The room itself was high ceilinged but rather poor quality. Cramped with everything furnished on the cheap. Very dangerous looking wiring.|Breakfast was OK, a basic buffet in a soleless indoor space.|I would not rate this 4* and it was way over-priced.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Bosa which is such a charming town. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Great value for money. We will definitely return.

My room had a breathtaking view of the castle and the river — it felt like staying in a postcard. The restaurant is fantastic and clearly loved by locals too. As a hotel guest, I received exclusive conditions which made the whole dining experience extra special. Can’t wait to come back. This hotel really exceeded my expectations!

Great hotel in a beautiful location. The room had an amazing view and the breakfast was really good, with lots of choices. The restaurant is also excellent, and as hotel guests we had some special benefits. Silvia at the front desk was super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location just off the bridge and a very short walk to where you want to be. Comfortable bed, free parking lot, and friendly staff. Restaurant in the hotel had delicious pizza. Really was a great stay. However word to late risers, the breakfast buffet is good, but they don’t refill hot items when they run out. Gluten free options available at breakfast and dinner, always appreciated.

The hotel is well located and offers free parking. We had the family room under the roof. The room is spacious but very old and run down. The room was super hot as the AC didn’t cool down (lack of maintenance) and many mosquitoes in the room. Considering the poor quality of the room the hotel is absolutely overpriced. Breakfast was ok.
