I had a disappointing experience at Palmyra Hotel. While the room condition was below expectations, the rate of ₹2000 made it somewhat acceptable. However, the service was extremely poor. I called the room service number (333) twice at night requesting two plates. Both times, I was assured they would be sent, but nothing arrived even after an hour. I later informed a staff member in person, who also promised to bring them, yet there was still no response. We eventually had to eat from the food packaging.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this hotel. I do not recommend it to others.
