Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn - Cochin

I have been a regular at Palmyra Grand inn since last 5 years.Since my first trip if I travel to Kochi then Palmyra is where I go to. Excellent rooms with all the necessary amenities. Property is great and the location compliments it's beauty.Parking is available at hotel and there is 24 hours security. Friendly employees made the experience memorable. Service time needs improvement. Overall a great place. Mr.Vishnu (The Manager) and his team is doing a tremendous job taking care of their customers.

This video shows why you shouldn't book a room at Palmyra Hotel—it's a complete waste of money. Don’t be fooled by the entry's appearance and assume the hotel is good. The video clearly shows how poorly they maintain the rooms. It’s hard to even take proper pictures here to create memories, as some lights don’t work, which you can see in the video. The restroom is in a terrible condition—it's so bad that it makes me feel frustrated. The only good thing here is the food, and the servers are kind. Otherwise, it’s highly disappointing [= actually room the rating is 1/5] [= food 4/5 for foods & servent ]

The property is located in a prime spot.. the rooms are spacious, so clean and well maintained. So much detailing is given to ensure that the guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are very cheerful polite and always ready to be of assistance specially the ladies at the front desk Ms. Krishnendhu, neethu Has always a warm and welcoming smile... Also manager Vishnu friendly and always ready to help.... Great place to stay Great location and is walkable to the be of eateries. Walkable to Marine drive and MG road. Highly recommended

What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Krishnendu at the reception was very courteous and ensured all my requests were taken care of promptly. The lady at the reception was also very kind and welcoming, providing great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel is well-located and made my stay in Kochi truly memorable. A Perfect Stay in Kochi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐|I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn. The hotel offers great facilities, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Martin from housekeeping took excellent care of the room and made sure everything was in perfect condition throughout my stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Krishnendu, who helped me with all my check-in procedures and offered me a warm welcome. I will definitely return!

Hotel is in perfect location to access all the sight seeing in kochi. Marine drive , subash park and many more. The staff are very helpful and allocated my room on first floor. Great Value for money. Recommended for all kind of travellers. Thank you Vishnu and team
