Location was central the view out the window was 2 gas stations. It was very noisy all night. The room was clean and simple with a fairly thin hard mattress and 1 thin pillow each.Water pressure in the cr was low but the shower was electric so was ok. The wifi signal was bad and could not connect most of the time. The suit I had was the matrimonial but I will not be taking my wife there again this hotel is suitable for a 1 night stay for single travelers who just need a bed to rest. The breakfast also was disappointing.Theres better places for similar cost.

Right in the heart of Dumagete close to practically everything you would need. Rooms are very spacious with AC and hot water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I extended my stay another day. Very clean hotel with beautiful bathrooms and nice firm beds.

The general quality oh hotels here in this price range is poor to average. There is nothing bout the facilities here to rave about but the position is good, the cafe produces a decent brewed coffee and more importantly the staff are so pleasant and helpful, the experience they give keeps me coming back here. The decor and general presentation is dated and pretty dowdy but it's clean and reliable. The major disadvantage is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. The lack of room facilities seems to be a consistent feature of Filipino hotels at this price level.

I was alone and by myself for one night in Dumaguete for the UNIGAMES 2018. I decided to stay in this hotel where my friends were checked in. The price was affordable because it was booked on line via agoda.com. ||||My room was just on the second floor so the stairs was convenient for me. The hot water in the bathroom took quite a while to be at a comfortable temperature which was disappointing. The room offered the basic needs, like soap and towels but that's it.||||The tv was there to keep me entertained while having meals by myself and preparing for bed. ||||The parking was at the back of the hotel but i had to pass through a narrow driveway. Unfortunate for me, the only way to go back to the Main Street was to back up from the parking lot to the street. That was a difficult task for me, a lady driver. Oh well I survived it.||||The location was great, it was near the Main Street and outside were ATM machines, gas stations, convenient stores and tricycles if you didn't have a car with you in dumaguete. ||||The food was ok, not really great but enough for a hungry and tired traveler. No worries, during meal time, I met new friends from Manila and enjoyed getting to know them . ||||Will I recommend this hotel? Yes but not to those who have vehicles and have difficulty backing up till they reach the main road. (Like me )

Checked in for 7 days and experience was fine. Aircon works good, room was tidy but just giving 3 stars only because their hot shower 🚿 ain't working fine. The hot temperature was inconsistent so not recommended if you're into hot showers. It's quiet so you can sleep and rest nicely. You need to inform the front desk if you want the room to be cleaned. Also, they always run out of tissue, for the 7 nights stay we only got 3 tissues. 😂 Hotel is quiet a strict place too for visitors but the staff were all nice and friendly.

Customer service and accomodations is very satisfactory. However, I would like to say the following for improvement: a. For each person perhaps at least 2 pillows and enough number of slippers be provided. b. If possible provide more outlets in the room. c. Provide pail and dipper or much better if bidet be placed near the cr cubicle (for urination and defecation). d. Provide wider choices of food and beverages at affordable prices. Nonetheless, I would recommend this place for domestic and international guests alike.

We stayed there with our young kids 2021. They asked for IDs for the kids and our vaccination cards. When I responded we are not vaccinated but have rapid test results which is the required document for travellers, and the kids don't physically go to school so they don't have IDs, the receptionist insisted on her question. They thankfully allowed us to stay but we felt very unwelcome. There was no door mat for the bathroom. She said it's upon request. They provided three small soaps that could last a person one shower. No toothpaste or shampoo. They do have them for sale. No fridge or drinking water. Good location in the center of the city, though so it was still worth the price. Just be ready with things you need.
