Don't let the old looking feel of it fool you. Very clean, great and comfortable beds, big pillows, cold room, great shower pressure. REGULAR OUTLETS for a change. Good options for breakfast (eggs, breads, cereals, fruits, juices, coffee, milk, yogurt). If u need a place to crash close to the airport. Stop looking. U just found it.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was appalling, some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. The bedrooms are shabby, breakfast is cheap, industrial products, and the price for this experience is very high. We certainly would not recommend staying here at all.

Really nice hotel. 24 hour friendly front desk service. Continental breakfast was plentiful and good. They don't cheap out on food. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood so was hard to get a taxi. But really nice to walk around. It around the black to some of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires. The weather was beautiful but I couldn't open the windows because there is a generator right next to the hotel that was really loud and it exhumed dissel. The smell was unbearable at times so I had to keep all the windows closed. It's good enough for a work trip but this is not a fancy hotel. The remote control to the TV in the living room was missing. I told the front desk lady but it was never replaced.

he room exceeded all my expectations. It was quite large and even had a small kitchen, living area and balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The price I paid was certainly value for money.||||Not all the staff spoke proper English which caused me some very minor inconvenience as I don't know a word of Spanish. The location is very convenient if you need to be in the proximity of Jorge Newbery airport, but isn't the best when you want to explore Buenos Aires.

Be aware that you will have to pay entire stay upfront and in case you need to adjust or shorten your stay you will lose all your money. Looks good on the outside but rooms are overpriced and sometimes smell with sewage. We bought masking tape and taped up cupboards underneath sink and floor drain to control the odor. We booked for 15 days and had to leave after 5 days because of partying guests and very noisy doors slamming all night on the weekend. Checked out early but the Manager did not refund any monies....we lost $1036.00 US the balance of our remaining 7 days. Hotel Front Desk Staff are all nice but the Manager is a piece of work. Trust me we have travelled all over the world and this was not a good experience. I have checked off the Service as poor simply because of the Manager's lack of professionalism and understanding of Tourist's needs.||In case you have any issues and need to leave early, be forewarned that the Manager is unreasonable. Stay away!!!!

Thank you so much for our pleasant stay. The hotel staff became family, I miss them, and I would definitely return to this hotel. I love the security and apartment like rooms. Great location!
