Cozy, perfect location, clean room, friendly staff. The hotel panda offers a laid back stay that provides you the opportunity to stay in a prime neighborhood with any sight you might want to see in easy walking distance. The rooms are well kept. There aren’t meant amenities available so keep that in mind for a long stay you might have to find your own gym, laundromat, etc (though they did offer us laundry service for €5 extra once we asked). I’m very satisfied with the stay overall, when I return I’ll highly consider the Hotel Panda again.

We stayed at Hotel Panda for 4 days and 3 nights during our visit to Rome, and the highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. Situated right in the city center, many of Rome’s iconic landmarks such as Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, as well as shopping streets and restaurants are all within walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel is located on the third floor of the building. During our stay, the lift was unfortunately out of service, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Something to consider if you're bringing large or heavy bags. Check-in was fast and efficient. Just a reminder that, like many places in Italy, there is a city tax charged separately at check-in, which is not included in the initial booking price. And they only accept cash, so be prepared. We booked a triple room with a mezzanine layout; one double bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs. The room was compact but cozy and warm, with a window overlooking the street. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, the shower space is quite small, which might be a concern if you're claustrophobic. The room is equipped with essentials like air conditioning, a TV, hairdryer, and more. A simple self-serve breakfast is available, offering croissants, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee in a small but functional dining area. What we appreciated the most was the unbeatable walkability. Everything we needed. From metro stations, restaurants, and gelato shops to souvenir stores and a nearby Carrefour supermarket was just steps away. Overall, Hotel Panda is a great choice if you’re looking for a well-located, clean, and convenient base for exploring Rome on foot.

Free breakfast was terrible. We found ants all over our suitcases and beds. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the floor was very dirty when we arrived. Do Not Stay Here! I do not recommend at all.

I really like Hotel Panda; it's clean and has the best location. It's in the city centre, and there are many restaurants around. Just like one review said (which I checked before my trip), I'd definitely come back here if I visited Rome again.

I was satisfied with my stay at Hotel Panda. Not only it is in a great location, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room I stayed in was small, the bathroom even smaller (it was a bit awkward to sit on the toilet - not appropriate for bigger people), but it was really cozy and had everything I needed. The bed was great. The staff also tidied up my room daily and gave me fresh towels. The downside is that the walls are really thin and the breakfast didn't have much choice. I loved the coffee machine, it was my first time trying ginseng coffee and I loved it. There is a very small elevator to reach the level where hotel is, but it is not high, so it is entirely possible to reach it by stairs even with the luggage. The price was reasonable.

A simple hotel tucked inconspicuously into a lively street provided us great respite. The quiet room met the needs of our family of four and while a bit more space would’ve been welcome, the hotel was a solid value. The room, with its high ceilings and large shutter-like windows opening to a courtyard below, was very clean. Its proximity to sites like the Spanish Steps and a variety of restaurants, gelato shops, a small convenience store, etc. made the hotel ideal. The coffee machine in the lobby was a morning godsend and we appreciated the provided vouchers that gave us access to nearby pastries and morning espressos as we hustled to the city’s many attractions.

We spent 3 nights and had a great experience. I strongly recommend it.|This is a very cool quirky little hotel in a great location. It's close to a lot of interesting areas.||One thing we really enjoyed was the windows having wooden panels that you can close to block almost all light. It was fantastic. With the windows closed and the aircon going, we have great sleep.||I have to mention Mel at reception. The man is very friendly, eager to help, and a delight to chat with.||We stopped by Dami Bistro down the street every morning for coffee and pastries for breakfast. That place is a gem.||One thing I would say is that the shower in our room would have been too small for a larger person. I don't know if that is the same for showers in all rooms. I'm of average height and build and it was OK.||Also, bring earplugs if you want to go to bed early. The street is full of restaurants with outdoor seating and there's a lot of boisterous conversation as well as people playing musical instruments for the tourists.

Yelp
Hotel Panda is a small hotel, very well located in Rome. 2 minutes walk from Spagna subway station, 20 minutes walk from the Vatican, 30 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Hotel Panda is located into a building on Via Della Croce, located on the second floor of that building, make sure, you ring at the door in the street to enter when you arrive. Once you check in, they will give you a key to open the main door of the building + you room. You have many restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. Staff was ok, didn't really interact, wifi worked well in my room. I paid 312€ for 4 nights via booking.com I think it was worth it because, the location is the main option here. No breakfast serve here. My room was ok, you got a sink into your room but the toilets/showers are shared with the other people. It was clear everywhere. Nothing wrong to declare about this small hotel, I had a great stay here. I can recommend it.
