Boutique Hotel Panorama

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt new and great. It was much better than it looked in the pictures, actually it is completely different from the pictures in Google reviews. The owners were incredibly kind and humble, and they even provided us with a shuttle from Grindelwald station to the hotel. There's a bus station right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh milk, vegetables, meat, and bread. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Ignore the old reviews— this hotel has undergone a complete renovation and is absolutely gorgeous! We chose a mountain-facing room and had amazing views. The bathroom is small but luxurious, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very kind and hospitable, and breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide variety to choose from. It’s a bit of a hike down to the center of Grindelwald, but we enjoyed the excuse to get some exercise and take in all the views. Plus, we really liked being in a quieter location. You won’t regret staying here!

visited June 2024 Note that this was opening week after their major renovation, but everything was perfectly in order, brand new, and functioning. The staff was absolutely on point, and the view is likely the best in the city. The bathrooms come complete with a spacious shower. Because it's located near the top of town, the view is superior to the more expensive hotels down in town. They have a self service wine/beer bar, which is neat. They also have a great breakfast display in the mornings. Would stay again.

we had a perfect stay at the panorama hotel. The rooms are super clean and you really get the best views. In the mornings we always had a coffee at the balcony and just enjoyed the mountains that are right in front. Thank you so much for this pleasant stay! i can only highly recommend staying here.

Our 2 night experience at this hotel was nothing but amazing to say the least. The staff were so accommodating to our needs and extremely friendly during our stay. From our room, we had a priceless view of the Swiss alps and beautiful glacier. We could not be thankful enough! :)

The view is stunning. The rooms are a bit small yes but not terrible, the maintenance was fine. Water temperature and pressure was good. The check-in process was great, employees were very friendly and spoke plenty of English. The breakfast was also cheap compared to what is available in town, and was very good. Probably one of the best things about this place besides the view was the bus stop that is literally right in front of the hotel.

We had a night in this hotel and I would not recommend it. Very unpleasant atmosphere, the owners seem to be very judicious and terrifying, very unwelcoming, unfriendly. We felt as if we had been accepted for mercy in this hotel. There is no sound insulation, so it's very noisy, the bed linen and towels were old and colorful, just like the carpet, and the cushions were the worst I've ever had. Bad dinner, better breakfast. Slow wifi and available only in the guest lounge, not in the rooms. The view is beautiful if the room is in front side. We not complain about any hotel - and we travel a lot - but it was the worst ever. We will not come back either by mistake in this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. Everything is new. Very tasty fresh breakfast. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
