This was the perfect hotel for our four day three nights stay. The staff is amazing, they’re all very nice and speak very good English. We got a fantastic room, 506, with beautiful views. The breakfast that is included is OK, plenty of options to get you going for the day. I absolutely love the location, it’s really seriously walking distance to nearly everything that you want to see in this town. So many great restaurants to choose from.

This is the first hotel I have been to out of many where “old world charm” actually works. Everything is brand new, even though decorated I a days gone by way, so they offer beautifully decorated, but shiny new rooms. We had a very spacious room with fabulous panorama city views. |The location of the hotel is excellent right at the city center, close to the main shopping street and many restaurants. |The rooftop terrace is very nice with panoramic views all over the city. |The cleaning level was very good and the dark-haired cleaning lady was extremely sweet and kind. ||The spa was beautifully lit with blue lights, with a small, warm pool with hydromassage, an excellent steam room and a wooden sauna. An excellent spa experience. 90 minutes for a private spa of 2 persons was the perfect time to enjoy it and the private spa is a good choice due to the small size of the spa area. |The receptionist girl with curly black hair and glasses was wonderful and was very helpful. We were extremely pleased with her. The other receptionist woman with black and light brown hair and glasses was also very nice and helpful. |Breakfast was good and had some tomatoes and fruit in addition to warm dishes, cakes and cereals. ||Up until this point, this was a 5-star experience and everything had been perfect during our first few days. Then, the breakfast staff disappeared for 30 minutes and we had to wait that long to order cappuccinos. Even the receptionist couldn’t find them for a long time, even though she even rang an alarm for them to come. Frustrating to wait for coffee for so long. |The receptionist woman with straight black hair, without glasses wouldn't help with anything without first inquiring “Are you really guests here at this hotel?” and was cold, didn’t greet or say anything at checkout. The first days we spent with different staff were fantastic and the last day with different staff and these issues was not so great. This would have been a 5 star review without these issues. I also wish they will have some kind of a rooftop bar with drinks and snacks during the summer months. Still, the overall experience was very good.

Stayed one night while traveling in Sardinia. Comfortable large room with excellent view. Good breakfast and attentive service (arranged airport taxi, bag storage etc). Nice rooftop views!

AMAZING 👏 🤩 This hotel is brilliant. Located in the historic centre of Olbia, a stunning food district and alleyways of bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. We have a car and was offered parking 100m away. Antonella checked us in. Very helpful and informative. She secured our bags until the room was ready and explained a few restaurants nearby. She really is an asset. We got a free bottle of wine to enjoy on the rooftop terrace, free WiFi and free parking! The rooms are large and modern, with a rustic look, to match the historic area. The bed so comfortable and even had some contour, memory foam pillows. After food we had a small sleep as we were tired from our flights and drive from Alghero Airport! Martina in the dining room is energetic, fast worker who really looked after us. At Breakfast, I always greeted with a smile and greeting. The other girl in the dining room was also very fast and efficient, and with a smile on greetings. Giai at rreception, is an asset too. She managed to find us an ironing board and iron before we departed. As Antonella and Martina, She speaks perfect English and has a smile for everyone. There is a spa and small gym too. Time to explore now, and eat some more. Lastly, the TV has so many channels. I even found motoGP round being aired from Aragon, Spain! I am in heaven

We stayed for 5 days. Let me start by saying how amazingly kind and helpful the hotel staff are. I was worried about renting a vehicle, front staff was so kind, they called the place I was inquiring about and arranged a vehicle to be dropped off to us! There's free parking for guests easy to get to and navigate. The roof top patio is spectacular with the most breathtaking views of all of Olbia. We booked a standard room and I was surprised at how spacious it was. We even had a small balcony. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also surprisingly decent, nice fruits and eggs bacon, cappuccinos made to order. The location is amazing. It is literally in the center of town and it's so easy to walk around to local restaurants, shops and bars. Fantastic service, the staff are so kind! Highly recommend staying here, the rooftop alone is worth it! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing.

I cannot say enough in terms of positive experiences that we had at Panorama. Our hotel room was clean and way larger than we’d ever expected for a European hotel in a downtown area. Location was spectacular in terms of beating able to explore all the wonderful restaurants in Olbia. The rooftop patio has absolutely stunning views of the harbour and city and is a great place to enjoy a drink with friends The staff was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. I don’t know the names of front desk girls but they were incredible, they made our vacation in Olbia the very best. Thank you everyone at Panorama.

Hotel Panorama in Olbia offers a classic Italian charm, though it feels a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation and a little more attention to detail. The décor, while traditionally Italian, may not appeal to those looking for a more modern aesthetic. However, the hotel’s friendly and welcoming staff make up for what it lacks in contemporary flair. They are attentive and always ready to assist with a smile, which adds a personal touch to your stay. One of the convenient perks is the parking, which is ideal for those exploring the area by car. Breakfast is a pleasant experience, offering a range of options to start the day, though it could be enhanced with a bit more variety. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel with a classic Italian feel and friendly service in the heart of Olbia, Hotel Panorama will do the trick—just keep in mind it could use a little refresh.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. We were very happy with our superior room, and we would definitely recommend booking that room type. The booking system was a little outdated, but it wasn't a major issue - apart from hold for deposit being taken from card, then asking for the full payment which was not explained well. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again. Thank you for making our visit memorable.
