We had such a lovely stay here. We arrived slightly before check in time but the receptionist let us check in early. All staff throughout our stay were polite and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety whether you prefer cereal, fruit, bread, cheese, meat sweet items, salad or cooked items such as tomatoes, bacon, eggs, sausages. The best highlight of the hotel of all was the rooftop bar which is open 24 hours and you can either take your own drinks or ring reception who will bring them up for you. The views of the city are breathtaking. We spent one evening up there having dinner and watching the sunset! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We stayed for a week and were generally satisfied. The room was large and clean. The room decor could be freshened up a bit. + is the free parking near the hotel and the helpful staff. Breakfast was very basic: two types of cold meats and cheese, something sweet, and a few vegetables. Good coffee, freshly made by the staff, and a nice terrace on the hotel's roof.

This was the perfect hotel for our four day three nights stay. The staff is amazing, they’re all very nice and speak very good English. We got a fantastic room, 506, with beautiful views. The breakfast that is included is OK, plenty of options to get you going for the day. I absolutely love the location, it’s really seriously walking distance to nearly everything that you want to see in this town. So many great restaurants to choose from.

Great location in the middle of everything! We stayed here one night on a whim not know what to expect. Check-in was a breeze, very warmly greeted. Room was very clean. Rooftop sitting was a nice amenity! Again, this hotel is REALLY close to everything - so easy to come in & out throughout the day. Parking was a little confusing, as they say to park first then walk to hotel - but the parking was gated & we didn’t realize there was a buzzer near the gate to ask to be let in - we were told this at check in, and then they gave us a code. Could have been a me issue but it all worked out. But the parking lot was easy to find & close to the hotel! All in all, would stay here again next time we are in Olbia!

This is the first hotel I have been to out of many where “old world charm” actually works. Everything is brand new, even though decorated I a days gone by way, so they offer beautifully decorated, but shiny new rooms. We had a very spacious room with fabulous panorama city views. |The location of the hotel is excellent right at the city center, close to the main shopping street and many restaurants. |The rooftop terrace is very nice with panoramic views all over the city. |The cleaning level was very good and the dark-haired cleaning lady was extremely sweet and kind. ||The spa was beautifully lit with blue lights, with a small, warm pool with hydromassage, an excellent steam room and a wooden sauna. An excellent spa experience. 90 minutes for a private spa of 2 persons was the perfect time to enjoy it and the private spa is a good choice due to the small size of the spa area. |The receptionist girl with curly black hair and glasses was wonderful and was very helpful. We were extremely pleased with her. The other receptionist woman with black and light brown hair and glasses was also very nice and helpful. |Breakfast was good and had some tomatoes and fruit in addition to warm dishes, cakes and cereals. ||Up until this point, this was a 5-star experience and everything had been perfect during our first few days. Then, the breakfast staff disappeared for 30 minutes and we had to wait that long to order cappuccinos. Even the receptionist couldn’t find them for a long time, even though she even rang an alarm for them to come. Frustrating to wait for coffee for so long. |The receptionist woman with straight black hair, without glasses wouldn't help with anything without first inquiring “Are you really guests here at this hotel?” and was cold, didn’t greet or say anything at checkout. The first days we spent with different staff were fantastic and the last day with different staff and these issues was not so great. This would have been a 5 star review without these issues. I also wish they will have some kind of a rooftop bar with drinks and snacks during the summer months. Still, the overall experience was very good.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. However, for over £200 I would expect some little extras, like free mineral water and coffee in the room. Breakfast was also poor, eggs were cold and selection was poor.

Stayed one night while traveling in Sardinia. Comfortable large room with excellent view. Good breakfast and attentive service (arranged airport taxi, bag storage etc). Nice rooftop views!

AMAZING 👏 🤩 This hotel is brilliant. Located in the historic centre of Olbia, a stunning food district and alleyways of bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. We have a car and was offered parking 100m away. Antonella checked us in. Very helpful and informative. She secured our bags until the room was ready and explained a few restaurants nearby. She really is an asset. We got a free bottle of wine to enjoy on the rooftop terrace, free WiFi and free parking! The rooms are large and modern, with a rustic look, to match the historic area. The bed so comfortable and even had some contour, memory foam pillows. After food we had a small sleep as we were tired from our flights and drive from Alghero Airport! Martina in the dining room is energetic, fast worker who really looked after us. At Breakfast, I always greeted with a smile and greeting. The other girl in the dining room was also very fast and efficient, and with a smile on greetings. Giai at rreception, is an asset too. She managed to find us an ironing board and iron before we departed. As Antonella and Martina, She speaks perfect English and has a smile for everyone. There is a spa and small gym too. Time to explore now, and eat some more. Lastly, the TV has so many channels. I even found motoGP round being aired from Aragon, Spain! I am in heaven
