I made a last-minute reservation for a very short stay at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! My room was incredibly private and quiet, with no upstairs neighbors and only one shared wall, which made for a truly peaceful experience. The views from the property were stunning, and the pool was impeccably clean—a perfect spot to unwind. The location was also a highlight, with an easy and safe walk to both the nearby beach and a charming patisserie. The bed was supremely comfortable, the shower was modern and refreshing, and having a kitchen in the room was a great convenience. The front desk staff deserve a special mention—not only were they friendly, attentive, and helpful, but the young lady on the day shift exuded a captivating charm that brought an extra touch of warmth to the stay, making it all the more memorable. The breakfast was a big disappointment, consisting only of milk and juice in shelf-stable, aseptic containers—which hardly qualifies as breakfast. Additionally, if you’re seeking sunset views, this isn’t the spot. However, the outstanding privacy, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service more than compensated for these minor shortcomings. I’d gladly return!

We stayed in this nice apartment with a genuine Caribbean touch, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and a great view over the bay below. You can order baguettes and croissants at the reception for breakfast, the first day it was included. Parking could be found easily outside. The hill up from the beach was quite steep and long.

Excellent place - very friendly people, speak French, English and German, room with kitchen proper and very clean, great view over the bay from the top floors only. Breakfast can be ordered, free on first night. We totally enjoyed our 9 nights stay and will come back!

I stayed at this hotel recently and, unfortunately, had to move to another hotel due to several issues that made me feel uncomfortable and inconvenienced. ||The most significant concern was the room’s security. On my first night, someone opened the door to my room, which was extremely unsettling. It turns out that the locking system is not intuitive—you must flip the handle up and lock the door from the inside using a key. While I believe the room was secure after learning this, the experience left me on edge.||The location also proved challenging. The hotel sits on a steep hill approximately 50 meters high. While this may not be an issue for everyone, the climb is intense, and it significantly deterred me from coming and going freely. Additionally, the surrounding area feels quite depressed, which was not clear from the online description.||I gave the hotel a fair shot, but these factors made my stay uncomfortable. While the staff were polite, they were not forthcoming with any kind of resolution or refund for the unused nights.||For travelers seeking convenience, security, and ease of access, I would suggest exploring other options.

Quaint rooms with amazing views. Super freindly reception. Some rooms are easily accessible, whilst others further down the hill are not for the faint hearted with a fair amount of steps and / or steep slopes. Rooms are recently renovated, with good attention to detail. However, some old, lingering smoke smells remain in the fabric of the building. Really nice touch to have included breakfast on the first morning. Great new pool! The access road, as well as some parking spots are v steep so be prepared.

Hotel Le Panoramic offers incredible views, a functional kitchenette, and fair prices. ||Pros: We ate most of our meals outside to enjoy the wonderful view from our patio. The pool is pretty good and also offers a great view. The hotel is well located and has free parking for guests. The room we stayed in was well designed, there are floor to ceiling curtains you can use for privacy as the doors are glass. ||Cons: Our room included only body wash - no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion to be found. We also didn't have a blanket on our bed and were told there were no blankets available when we asked for one. We turned the air conditioning off and didn't get cold but it was surprising. ||Misc: Although the kitchen has basic cookware, dishes, cutlery, stove, and oven, you'll need to purchase basic supplies like salt, paper towels, oil, etc. There is a bar or club nearby that plays extremely loud music - it's not terrible when you're inside but maybe bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast is included on your first morning - we received two pain au chocolat, two croissants, and a demi baguette as well as coffee, milk, and juice in our room. The smart TV includes 10 local channels but no streaming services are included.

We stayed at Le Panoramic for 7 days and it was just lovely. The room with kitchen was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and the view from our bungalow was amazing! Everyone at reception was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We can only recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing with a real family atmosphere. Hiring a car is essential if you want to get around and explore. The boat service to Fort to France is really convenient, too. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

Excellent hotel! Starting with the very welcoming staff at the reception, continuing with the whole concept of the hotel and the whole room itself! We stayed in an extremely nice, extremely clean, huge, well equipped room, with a nice terrace overlooking the seaside and the garden. The swimming pool is a very nice place where to spend a few hours. A very nice surprise was the breakfast in the room, with the croissants and bread (that you need to pick up for free at the reception in the morning). The only negative point i need to mention is that the toiletries in the bathroom (shower gel/shampoo) are in extremely low quantity.
