Hotel Paradis Paris

A lovely, small, quiet and comfortable in a great location (approx 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord). Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is run by a young, friendly team always ready to provide help, solve problems and make recommendations. There are loads of interesting bars/restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel and its location makes it an ideal base for wider exploration of Paris. ||It may not have some of the frills of the bigger hotels but it offers great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay there. ||David & Mary

Was very pleasantly surprised at how good the hotel was. It's a small establishment and very reasonably priced. It offers everything we needed for a weekend break. Particularly when accommodation was important but not the main focus of our trip. It's extremely clean and well run, in a great location - we walked from the Gare de Nord - and there are some lovely independent restaurants for the evening. It's on a quiet street, not particularly touristic but frequented by young Parisians yet not far from any of the main attractions. Fantastic staff with a very friendly and helpful reception team. Really couldn't fault the hotel and would recommend as a very good quality budget option.

Amazing location, great staff with eye for detail. We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Paradis! Situated in a nice area with great bars next door, the room was charming and clean. Only the bathroom could have a few improvements; more room to hang towels and some more space for toiletries (more shelfspace)

Much nice to say about the Hôtel Paradis after a 3 day stay. The staff were down to earth, engaging and truly seemed to care about our stay. (A particular shout out to Zoe who took good care of us when we arrived very early on a rainy Sunday morning.) Our room was very nicely appointed and large enough for the two of us with baggage to arrange ourselves. The breakfast was among the best I have had in a hotel. Continental mainly with scrambled eggs. The home-made chocolate granola was my favorite. They had cow milk alternatives (oat and soy). The dutiful staff constantly filled items as they were emptied. They provide free carafes of filtered water for the rooms which you could refill as needed in the breakfast room. You could even fill your own water bottle for your day's outing. The hotel is in a convenient location. There are two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle (8 and 9) Chateau d'Eau (4), in different directions each a 7 minute walk which allows you to get almost anywhere. We used the days we were not working to explore Montmartre (Sacre Coeur, Musée de Montmartre and Place de Tertre), which is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. I have stayed many hotels in Paris over the years and this one is a keeper for sure. Will definitely stay at the Hôtel Paradis again!

The croissants were a delight! The coffee was good, and it was also an interesting detail that the company responsible for the coffee supported employing people with physical disabilities. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to the things one needed. I was surprised that they had a space where children could entertain themselves and it wasn't just thought of as an adults place. The hotel was cozy, and in the end, I was also surprised that when we made the reservation, it was advertised that there was a view towards the Sacré Coeur basilica, and upon arrival, it REALLY had that view. I have had bad experiences where some places advertise or post "views" in the promotion of their rooms, and upon arrival, they don't even have windows, or the view is of a parking lot, and it's just an advertising trick which leaves much to be desired. Finally, the details they had and the interest in knowing the reasons for our trip in order to react and adapt better (in our case it was my wife's birthday, and they left us a nice postcard and some chocolates),

I think its a perfect hotel for a few days in Paris. Location is great, staff is really friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, modern elegant interior. We had a great time here! Zeker een aanrader!
