How can this hotel qualify as a 4 star hotel? It’s downright old, yucky and not maintained. The furniture and anything inside the room feels like 50 years old. The worst thing is the bed is mushy and so are the pillows. Please do not stay here if you have a choice. The only thing that is good is the location is quite near to main square.

I gave two stars for the hotel for its old furnitures and the noisy doors and the overpriced stay, the third star i gave it because of the views but specially for the woman who did my room cleaning in such care and responsibility, the way i found my clothes organized felt like it was done by my mother. So to this woman i say THANKS 🙏🏻

Loved the location, in the middle of markets.|Nice views and pool.|Rooms cleaned very well.|Prepare for 15min walk uphill for fit people without bags. Luggage was transported in hotel van for group tour.|No safe. No fridge.|Breakfast not organised.|Dinner general buffet only, however chose the salad buffet only which was exceptional.

Absolutely disgusting business. Rude staff.
Also, I left something in the room and have been trying to contact them for over a week and, apart from the first email asking to confirm my room number, have been ignored, ignored, hung up on, ignored. All this despite me being exceedingly polite.
Do not stay here if you want to be treated like a human being.

Nice friendly hotel with a pool very close to markets and eatery. Don't forget to enjoy a restaurant on the rooftop nearby. Markets so many shop's to choose.

We just stayed here during a group tour of Morocco and I would highly advise staying somewhere else. As of yesterday the pool is drained, the rooms are dirty, and the breakfast buffet is a mess. The location is near the main square and the showers are at least somewhat spacious but besides that I’m sorry to say that there are hardly any highlights for this hotel.

For me it’s was a clean space however very old (m not talking about the traditional staff) and they need to work on their breakfast buffet.

DONT STAY THERE!! this Hotel was the worst accomodation I have stayed in out of 17 countries in the world that I’ve stayed in. Firstly the room stunk. The room was small and was above a very noisy carpark and right at the start of the Medina. I had no sleep for the 2 nights I stayed. Cars tooted all night, dogs barked and howled all night, people were yelling all night down in the carpark and going in and out of the Medina. It was so noisy…as for the reception front desk staff they shouldn’t be working there. No smiles…wouldn’t get up off her stool in back room to assist me. The internet didn’t work in my room. The guy behind reception desk first night was not helpful plus very unfriendly. The toilets in the foyer area were lovely, clean and modern. Motorbikes revived up their engines under my room late at night and around 7am. I stayed here with a tour group of 13 others. They were not impressed with all the noise.
