Loved the location, in the middle of markets.|Nice views and pool.|Rooms cleaned very well.|Prepare for 15min walk uphill for fit people without bags. Luggage was transported in hotel van for group tour.|No safe. No fridge.|Breakfast not organised.|Dinner general buffet only, however chose the salad buffet only which was exceptional.

We just stayed here during a group tour of Morocco and I would highly advise staying somewhere else. As of yesterday the pool is drained, the rooms are dirty, and the breakfast buffet is a mess. The location is near the main square and the showers are at least somewhat spacious but besides that I’m sorry to say that there are hardly any highlights for this hotel.

DONT STAY THERE!! this Hotel was the worst accomodation I have stayed in out of 17 countries in the world that I’ve stayed in. Firstly the room stunk. The room was small and was above a very noisy carpark and right at the start of the Medina. I had no sleep for the 2 nights I stayed. Cars tooted all night, dogs barked and howled all night, people were yelling all night down in the carpark and going in and out of the Medina. It was so noisy…as for the reception front desk staff they shouldn’t be working there. No smiles…wouldn’t get up off her stool in back room to assist me. The internet didn’t work in my room. The guy behind reception desk first night was not helpful plus very unfriendly. The toilets in the foyer area were lovely, clean and modern. Motorbikes revived up their engines under my room late at night and around 7am. I stayed here with a tour group of 13 others. They were not impressed with all the noise.

Another basic hotel located just next to the old city of Chefchaouen. Stayed 2 nights in a tiny room with beautiful view of mountains. Rooms are in the 1st and 2nd floors with an elevator. Staff is responsive and helpful but not proactive. ||Rooms are small, basic, smells old, need an upgrade. Furniture is old, beds are broken, lights not working. No fridge in the room. There was a kettle with tea and coffee. Water pressure was good. WiFi was working. |Breakfast was reasonable, as usual in any other basic hotel, bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and few other items. On request they might make an omelette. |Big plus point is the location.

Dirty rooms, unfriendly front desk staff and the worst breakfast buffet on our tour. They really didn't care about guests as they are one of a few hotels that can handle group bookings. I'd recommend find another hotel.

No way a four star hotel. Small dirty smelly rooms. Doors and windows that don’t close properly. Basic breakfast with flies everywhere. Not even beautiful views in such a gorgeous village.

Bathrooms have mould in the wall and floor tile grout.|TV and air-conditioning were not working. Asked front desk for assistance but nobody came, a lot of apathy going on at the front counter and dining room.|Breakfast buffet very limited compared to other 3 star hotels we have stayed in in Morocco.|Rooms were clean and beds good.|The staff at tge front counter and running the dining room should not be in the Hospitality industry as they are simply not hospitable, specifically Front Desk duties where you expect a smile.

Worst hotel. Room doors don’t close properly, lot of noise from streets through out the nights with car noise, dog barking, people partying across from hotel etc. Worst breakfast ever. I am vegan and could not eat anything. They did not have any fruits! I would not recommend any one this hotel to come all the way up walking on the mountain for nothing.
