Hotel Parc Belle-Vue

Great location, only 12 minute walk to Hamilius Tram stop and 15 minutes to Place d'Arme and other attractions. Book with them directly and get a discount. Easy access via the Luxtram from Findel airport and the central train station. Everyone was very helpful and professional. We came in early and the young woman was so helpful at the desk getting a room early for us to check in. The lobby has coffee and tea as well as great city and country walking maps and tour guides that are more helpful then the Luxembourg city tourism office. The rooms are comfortable and were always cleaned spotless. There is an electric kettle with a packets of espresso, tea, creamer and sugar replaced every day.

Lovely hotel pity about the pillows,they were so bad and made sleep hard. The walk to the center is pretty easy and not as long as Google maps says . Plenty of hot water and gel/shampoo . Rooms cleaned every day . Maids coming into my room at 8.30 am is not acceptable. Check in was extremely long and one of the 2 receptionist was extremely ignorant. Overall would recommend. Quite safe and a short way to the action .

Location good , room old and small bathroom , bed bumpy matras and very old thin pillows , building looks like een old office building or school ? Staff very unfriendly when we checked in , not very welcoming at all . Price too high for the accommodation 140,00 a night and we have to pay 25,00 for parking separate. After a short night because of planes flying over ( a lot of noise )we walked through the city and had a nice breakfast there for 20,00. ( breakfast at the hotel 21,00 euro per person ….) beautiful city we certainly come back but not in this hotel .

The hotel is very nice and peaceful, with easy access to different tourist spots. We arrived around midnight, and the receptionist warmly welcomed us with a big smile and helped us right away. The service was excellent — especially the guy at the front desk, who was so kind and accommodating. It really made our stay feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was fine, but there were a few small issues with the room amenities. The number of tea and coffee sachets provided was not enough for the number of guests. There were no porcelain cups, and one knife and plate were missing. It would be great if the hotel could check these details more carefully in the future.

I specifically booked a room with a real double bed, but instead got two single beds placed together, which was uncomfortable and disappointing. The TV is old and poorly equipped, with no possibility to connect a phone or stream content. Relaxing in the evening and watching a movie is simply not an option. The internet connection is weak and unreliable. The room itself is very small, making the stay even less pleasant. Considering all this, the price is completely unjustified and does not reflect the quality offered. I would strongly advise against staying here.

A scam. The Superior room is not as advertised. Horrible view, poor, tasteless, ugliest room we've ever been. It smelled of old. 5 EUR lamps. Front desk girl lied saying there was no other room. Unhelpful. "Belle vue" promises a '"beautiful view', however we only could see an ugly parking lot.

Good location near city centre, easy to walk to and find. Near park that could walk through to the centre. Liked the statues and planting around the site. Decent size rooms, quiet and reasonably priced. Shower was good as was soap, shower gel and lotion provided, plus towels were soft. I was in room on my own so didn’t mind lack of door to bathroom. Lots to recommend. Reception staff very helpful. Not much to criticise really - bed was bit creaky and paper cups for hot drinks bit of a pain but not really big issues. I would definitely recommend and stay there again as had a really pleasant stay.
