Hotel Parc Belle-Vue

Good location near city centre, easy to walk to and find. Near park that could walk through to the centre. Liked the statues and planting around the site. Decent size rooms, quiet and reasonably priced. Shower was good as was soap, shower gel and lotion provided, plus towels were soft. I was in room on my own so didn’t mind lack of door to bathroom. Lots to recommend. Reception staff very helpful. Not much to criticise really - bed was bit creaky and paper cups for hot drinks bit of a pain but not really big issues. I would definitely recommend and stay there again as had a really pleasant stay.

Don’t be put off by first appearance. The rooms are clean, there is air/con, satellite tv, coffee, tea & a kettle. Plenty of towels changed everyday. |On the downside there are only paper cups provided so bringing your own a good idea. The pillows are very flat and not very comfortable & the bed is a bit on the soft side. There is a lift but it’s on only one side of the building.|The reception also serves the Park Plaza business hotel. You can leave your luggage here until check in or out time. The receptionist were friendly & helpful. There is also a small tourist office here. From the hotel there are some spectacular views. |It’s just a 10 minute walk to Hamilius bus/tram stop or the centre. The 16 bus goes from the airport. When getting off the bus walk to the bottom of the road and turn right opposite the bridge , the hotel is opposite the park. It does say Centre Convict outside 😂but don’t be put off !

Clean, quiet, and cosy!|We had an incredible time here, the staff are friendly, the place is very clean and we had everything we needed for our 2 nights. The view is incredible and not too far from the city centre. They also have places for all budgets. The breakfast is not included but for 21 euros you can purchase at the restaurant.|Recommend

The hotel was fine for 2 days, good location near the park, close to public transport, 10 minute walk to the high city. I personally found the bed uncomfortable: I was unable to sleep. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in their rooms several doors down. We were on the ground floor, view of an old basketball court. The bathroom was a good size, essentials were provided in large pump bottles (soap, conditioner and moisturiser). Tea and coffee (powder) making facilities in the room, and one small bottle of water for a double room. The check in staff were friendly.

A bit dated hotel and rooms need a serious upgrade…..not so comfortable beds, smell in the rooms and a bit noisy for the rooms facing the road. It was really hot and they do not have ACs. Fans are as good as non existent… after complaints to the front desk, they did their best and helped us upgrade to an apartment, which was a bigger relief compared to the earlier room we got, so kudos for it (though still without an effective AC). Might visit if ever coming back to LU, though certainly in winters and only book an apartment…. not their regular rooms…It might be nice to book an apartment overlooking the valley in winters to really enjoy their property

Really good location, 10 min walk from the centre. Very clean room, staff all very friendly and helpful. Only 2 suggestions for improvements are very minor, our room didn't have a fridge which would be a nice amenity, and secondly the shower didnt have a screen or curtain so it soaked the bathroom floor a bit. Overall very good experience and would recommend

Great location, just a short walk to the city centre. The staff on the reception were fantastic and helpful. Parking is very expensive, and getting into the car park is tricky in a right-hand drive car. You need to place your car precisely in the box, Otherwise, the barrier won't go up.

Great location in walking distance of the Adolphe Bridge and City Center. From our room we had a gorgeous view of the valley and bridge. Beds were very comfortable. Receptionist was nice. We did arrive on Boxing Day so the restaurant was closed but luckily you're in walking distance of many other restaurants.
