Hotel Parc Belle-Vue

Location was good, but service was underrated, we booked from trip for 2 adults and one baby but they received confirmation for 2 adults, we need to explain the status one more time. Room was small and with baby bed it became more smaller. Air conditioning was with separated klima unit inside the room. For bathroom they don’t have slippers. Check-in was 4.00pm almost evening :)

While this is a luxury hotel it is reasonably priced for Luxembourg. It is a 70s design and sits proudly overlooking the park in the center of the city. The service was wonderful. We had our laundry done as a small gift to ourselves on the ride and it came back by 3pm the same day we dropped it off. Food and drinks are all top self. Breakfast was extensively appointed. Bikes are locked away safe in an underground garage. Highly Recommend!

For a budget hotel, we had a comfortable stay, in a clean room with a lovely view of the park. Bathroom was as you hope and reception was open 24 hours. We were a bit surprised by the 150€ deposit which was not particularly well explained, and we are still waiting to see that this money has not been taken, but location was good, 7 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to the centre. No air con in the room. We didn't use the kettle or the tea/coffee/water provided because we were not sure if they were free. We chose to not have the 17€ per person per day breakfast because there are much cheaper options close by.

Great central hotel with safe parking easy to walk to the city walls and old town.. Very friendly staff. Be careful which side of the hotel you book. if your room was in the annex it might not be what you expect. It is student accommodation at best.

It is a really nice place where to stay while visiting Luxembourg. It is really close to the center (10 min) and the calm of not being on a crowded street. The rooms are well equipped, with lots of light and around the hotel there is a common garden with beautiful views. We also paid 17€/person for breakfast and it was really good. Big buffet with fresh fruit, nice pastries and really complete for starting your day. It is way worth it compare to any cafe at the city center. Moreover, at the reception the service is really nice, the girls there are really helpful.

Fantastic hotel, I stayed here with my partner a few months ago. I especially want to thank the American lady on reception (no idea her name) but we ended up in Vianden by accident and didn't arrive in Luxembourg City until day two of our trip. She was incredibly friendly, and was very warm to us. Had a good laugh with her about why Dublin is definitely not the #1 spot to visit in Ireland. Thank you very much Belle-Vue!

A hotel in a good location, with nice, large rooms, mini fridge in, but despite that, never again. 1. No parking spaces: After driving 4,000 km, tired, we couldn’t find anywhere to park the car. The staff couldn’t do anything about it. But is €25 for parking the car okay? 2. Large beds, but just one small pillow—quite poor. 3. They advertise as pet-friendly, but only on the last page do you find out that it’s one dog per room. If you have two, it’s a problem. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone with a car or multiple pets.

The hotel is pretty old, the room is well-kept, tidy and clean. They try to charge 50€ per night in advance as a deposit for the restaurant. This idea is rather insane, I have never been charged for the opportunity to eat at the restaurant in advance without even planning to do so. If you insist that you won't accept this and simply refuse to let them put the extra charge on your card, they give in. -1 star for the old building -1 star for the inappropriate restaurant deposit attempt
