"Parco dei Principi is surrounded by a 27.000 m² park. Set on a cliff at 1 km from Sorrento city centre, it offers panoramic views across the Gulf of Naples. Rooms still preserve the original design and contemporary-style decor by Italian architect Gio Ponti. They come with either a balcony or a window offering views of the sea or garden. The design hotel features a salt-water swimming pool and a lift to the private beach with free sun loungers and parasols. The wellness centre boasts a fireplace and Baroque mirrors. The Parco dei Principi Wellness Hotel offers 2 on-site restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine. Here, guests enjoy lovely views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Sorrento city centre can be reached with a 20-minute walk or with a free shuttle bus, available upon request on a fixed schedule." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

After a week in Otranto we decided to spend the last 2 nights of our holiday in Bari as we were flying back to the UK from there. We chose this hotel mainly because of its location and it being 4 star. We were very pleased with the efficiency of the reservation team, the reception staff and the restaurant service . We had two dinners and two breakfasts at the hotel and we were very happy with it all. Great location, efficient staff, nice room and everything in working order. The (free). shuttle service to the airport was an additional plus. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Aside from an awkward and abrupt check-in, nothing but appreciation to the dinner staff, and the day staff of our stay. A very last minute reservation to accommodate an unexpected train strike on or travel day home. Appreciate the convenience of the location to the airport, complementary shuttle and included breakfast. Rooms and facility were clean, nicely adorned, pleasant aesthetic. Bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but pillows were great! Bathroom had a great shower with tons of pressure and hot water. Mostly, and again with true appreciation, for allowing a late check out to help us manage our time ahead of an evening flight - the extra rest will go a long way towards our 30 hour journey home. Grazie Mille.

We had a great experience for 1 night as we landed at the airport at 1am. I called for the free shuttle when we landed and they came fairly quickly. The room was great and the shower had great pressure. ||With earplugs and eye mask I had no problem sleeping until 10am. Breakfast went to 1030 so we quickly got there in time. Not the best breakfast of our trip, but I would definitely recommend staying here if coming in late from a flight.

Clean, quiet, modern hotel close to the airport. When I checked in they were kind enough to accommodate me since they hadn't received my date change via my booking website. However, I asked for a 3am shuttle to the airport, they suggested I wait until 4am. They did NOT explain why. When I checked out at 3am the front desk clerk explained the airport didn't open until 430am. I could have rested an extra hour.

We stayed for one night at the start of a family holiday in the Puglia area and after a late arrival from Dublin into Bari.||We had been sent clear instructions on where to locate the courtesy bus and found the stop easily outside the terminal building. There are a few hotel brands displayed on the bus which we didn’t notice and it does another stop at a different hotel, so make sure to flag to the driver which hotel you are staying at to avoid getting dropped off at the wrong place.||Check-in at the hotel was quick and seamless and staff were very friendly.||We had a room on the 5th floor, a family suite which was huge with separate bathroom and shower room and two double sleeping areas. The room was a bit tired with dated decor but was very comfortable with good facilities. ||Breakfast was great with decent continental buffet selection.

The hotel has great transport connections. There’s a public transport 2 minutes walk which gets you straight to the heart of Bari. There’s a free shuttle to the airport which serves your personal schedule. Professional accommodation and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it for future visits! Thank you for making my stay safe and convenient! 🤩

Nice comfortable hotel which is well kept. Provides breakfast which was nice with variety. The service was the best. Provides shuttle van to airport which than gives you access to the rail system.

We booked a room for the day to have a shower and relax before our flight that evening. Firstly, the room key didn’t work. After going back downstairs to get it checked, the man on reception said “it does work” rather than believing us and helping. He then came to the room, realised the room key was not working and then gave us a key to lock the door. The air con was not working. The room smelt like it had been sprayed with chemicals. It was so bad, we had to sit outside in the heat because it was overwhelming. We asked if the air con could be checked and the lady at reception said it’s working, it’s 26 degrees in the room. We explained that we had set it to 19 degrees on the aircon panel and it wasn’t working. The lady said she would get someone to fix it but after waiting an hour in the reception area, we went back to the room and it wasn’t working still very very hot, nobody had fixed it. We then went to the bar because we couldn't sit inside the room we had paid for because it was hot, smelt like chemicals and was awful. We should have just gone straight to the airport rather than wasting our money on having to sit inside reception of the hotel. At least at the airport we would have had lounge access, free showers and no hassle. The staff on reception were extremely rude, offering no discount at checkout and argued with us about any sort of discount. They then commented that we could walk to the airport in the heat if we didn’t pay for the food we had (£41) which is what we would have expected to be compensated as we were unable to use the room we wanted to use. The room was £93 for the day, we COULD NOT USE IT! Bad experience all round for a very short stay. You should be ashamed of your lack of customer service.
