Hôtel Paris Bastille Boutet - MGallery

I had an enjoyable week staying at Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet while I visited with family in Paris mid-January. Reception staff were always pleasant, helpful, and professional. The location is superb and near Bastille, but not in a busy tourist area. It is a quieter location near local residents, with many restaurants and other services close by. The beautiful room was clean, comfortable, and caters well to visitors. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

This is a great, mid-sized, fairly luxury hotel. Easy to get to from main-line stations on the metro, out to the eastern side of the city just beyond the Bastille, with at least 3 metro lines within 5 to 10 minutes walk giving you easy access to the centre. Has very comfortable accommodation - we had a king-size bed in a commensurately sized room - that was spacious and had a big walk-in shower. Good breakfast, based on the continental, but with cereals, grains, yogurt, cheese and meats, eggs, bacon, mushrooms etc, and pancakes and omelettes to order. Lovely spa and pool to unwind and relax, and a good bar open until late. Friendly staff and a lovely experience. As a package with eurostar, we got a very good rate and would highly recommend.

Five star luxury the room was really lovely , coffee machine , safe, & mini bar, the room was cleaned every day by friendly staff & towels changed. Reception staff were so helpful , breakfast was amazing nothing was to much trouble. The pool was a treat towels were provided + robes . We would definitely go back

Fantastic hotel. Emailed hotel before visiting to request if they could do something special for my husband’s birthday. We arrived and there were balloons and message on the bed. Very thoughtful. |Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgable on recommending suitable restaurants nearby. Spa lovely and clean and great to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned daily and very thorough. Would definitely return.

For our romantic getaway, we chose to stay at Hotel Boutet, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the attentive and friendly staff to the warm, inviting ambiance and the immaculate, comfortable room, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Thank you for making our New Year celebration truly unforgettable!

This is a beautiful, clean hotel in a safe, lively Paris neighborhood. It has a great pool, spa and fitness area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it’s a little far away from the tourist center. If you have small children, you may not want to go back and forth during the day. They had a wonderful breakfast, so my daughter and I would usually have a healthy breakfast there, stay out for the day and grab something we could eat in for dinner to relax. It worked out well for us. One review said they didn’t have fresh fruit at breakfast, which was not true during our stay. They really had options for everyone including gluten free and dairy free items. You could also have made to order omelets and pancakes. We didn’t order the pancakes so I don’t know if they’re American pancakes or crepes but we did enjoy the omelets, fresh fruit and my daughter loved the pastries.

We stayed at this hotel on friends' recommendation and it was an excellent choice. Located at the 11th arr. it, it is not nearby the usual Paris tourist landmarks however everything was easily accessible by the Metro, with a few station lines within walking distance. Meanwhile, Bastille itself had its own highlights to explore. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and good bar too. My only feedback would be to have more closet space. Having stayed for 8 nights during winter time, there was insufficient drawers / coat hooks to put away both me and my husband's coats and clothes so they had to be strewn all over our room. Probably a non issue if one stayed less days. Other than that one point, it was an excellent stay.

We visited friends in Paris the first weekend of the New Year and we were warmly welcomed at Bastille Boutet. Staff were helpful and courteous, and the entire hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. ||Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the Marche Aligre and the Couloir Vert, near to Bastille and its excellent transport links. ||The swimming pool and spa are a rare treat in the middle of Paris, and rooms are spacious and quiet. We will be back!

Love the location! The area surrounding this hotel has lots of good bars and shops. The rooms are nice and spacious with a fridge, water boiler and a coffee maker. Nuxe products in the bathroom. Only thing to complain about would be the breakfast. For us it was complementary, however we did go out for something else. With a few adjustments it would have been a lot better. For example there are several freshly squeezed juices. So drinks are good. If you eat cakes, you have plenty. What I didn't like was the eggs. The scrambled eggs were terrible. Tasted nothing and were just bad. You could also boil your own eggs, however it took forever, like 20 minutes. No greens.. Like salad, tomatoes, cucumber etc. There could also be more warm options.... being a 5 star hotel.

Been waiting to check in for 4 hours. We are in a high category room and have seen other people be let in ahead of us even though they know we arrived from the US and have not slept. Front desk staff is not accommodating at all/ worst Sofitel Experience we have ever had. Haven't seen room yet but expecting a disappoint

I've not often stayed in a 5-star hotel, and this was such a lovely experience. Not pretentious, just perfect. Clean, stunning, simple, and most importantly, wonderful staff, which is so rare in Paris. Our luxurious room was so comfortable, we had a balcony over a lovely Parisian street view. Great small pool with hammam and sauna, and a nice little breakfast bar. Worth the money for the great experience.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the staff. My husband and I recently spent our 20th Wedding Anniversary here and it was an extraordinary stay. From the moment we arrived from the airport, stupid and jetlagged, the staff met us, checked us in, let us use the showers and facilities in the spa and treated us like royalty. While our room wasn't ready, and I did not expect it to be because of the early hour, they held our luggage as we went on our way to explore the hotel. Right out the door are two Metro lines. The hotel is located in what I could only guess is a residential area which made for a very quiet stay even though our room overlooked a school. When we returned to the hotel, not only was the room ready but the staff had already delivered our bags to the room and complied my request for a king bed. The room was large, the bed a dream, and the spa robes and slippers were wonderful. Loved the bathroom amenities. The view from our very large window was spectacular. We opened the window every night and enjoyed a bottle of champagne before bed. Every single day, every single staff member we encountered were so lovely! I can't wait to come back and stay here again! BTW, thank you for the lovely gift of chocolates and the book on Paris and thank you for making my anniversary so special!

Worst hotel staff I've ever encountered. The place would not be so horrible if the staff was mildly competent. It's truly an unpleasant experience to stay here.

This is not a five star hotel! Have stayed there twice, only because my employer books the hotel for me. The rooms are furnished with what looks like hand me downs. If you are on the front of the hotel the sirens blare every hour waking you up and if you are on the side of the hotel there is a day care/school with screaming kids all day. The lobby is run down and with all the mirrors reminds me of a movie set bordello. I gave it two stars because the neighborhood it is in was nice.
