Boutet Bastille Hotel Paris - MGallery Collection

I’ve been to Paris multiple times and wanted to branch out from where I usually stay. I found the Boutet Bastille and couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. The rooms are spacious (for Paris) and clean and very comfortable. The beds are also excellent. The breakfast was also excellent and lasted a long time.However the most impressive part was the staff, everybody was extremely friendly and personable and polite. Very rarely do you come across a place where the staff is universally nice. The biggest negative to some people which I found to be a positive is the location. it’s not convenient to the traditional tourist sites so if you’re planning a trip to Paris for the first time, keep that in mind or you’re not comfortable with public transportation. Myself, on the other hand, found the location excellent with lots of nice restaurants and easy metro and bus access to everywhere and feeling like you’re in a normal Parisian neighborhood. But overall, I was extremely happy with the choice and would definitely stay again.

Loved this hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows, rooms are large for Paris, good sized lobby. The indoor pool was unique in Paris and very beautiful. I wish they could have kept more of the original art deco details in the interior spaces. Looks very modern inside. But overall highly recommend.

Large spacious rooms with ample size bathrooms. Appreciated the solid water pressure and comfortable beds. The concierge staff was excellent. Extremely helpful, kind, and patient while always willing to help. Manon was especially helpful as she would consistently check in on us and tend to our needs. The location is awesome. Easy walk to subways for navigating the city without the crowds. True Parisian neighborhood feel. We have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions and love it. Highly recommend staying here during your next Paris trip.

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet. The hotel is in a beautifully restored Art Deco building and located in a lively neighbourhood in the Village Faidherbe, XIeme arrondissement. Many cafe' and nice small restaurants around. The rooms are comfortable and well designed. We loved the indoor pool -- it was a threat to use every morning. The staff friendly, professional, and always eager to help.

Perfect hotel ! The rooms are big ( for Paris ) and functional ! The spa is nice I just wish the pool was warmer.. but we enjoyed the Hamam and sauna The gym is small but enough for a quick workout. Good service as well

The location in Bastille is ideal - a safe, vibrant neighbourhood with cafés, bakeries, and boutiques within walking distance, and easy metro access to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and Montmartre. Despite being close to everything, the hotel is quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, an excellent boutique hotel that delivers comfort, style, and exceptional service - highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious yet relaxed stay in Paris.

This is the best hotel in Paris. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff went out of its way to accommodate all of our needs, including extra cleaning and an empty mini-bar for our food. They were so friendly and kind. The spa and gym facilities have been re-done and are perfect. I love this hotel

Our family wanted somewhere with a bit of luxury for a short stay in Paris and the Boutet really delivered. The rooms were great and really well stocked, the breakfast was great and the swimming pool and hamman were fantastic. The staff were really friendly, helpful and helped mark the stay worthwhile. We'd love to return as we loved the 11th arrondissement as well

Love the location! The area surrounding this hotel has lots of good bars and shops. The rooms are nice and spacious with a fridge, water boiler and a coffee maker. Nuxe products in the bathroom. Only thing to complain about would be the breakfast. For us it was complementary, however we did go out for something else. With a few adjustments it would have been a lot better. For example there are several freshly squeezed juices. So drinks are good. If you eat cakes, you have plenty. What I didn't like was the eggs. The scrambled eggs were terrible. Tasted nothing and were just bad. You could also boil your own eggs, however it took forever, like 20 minutes. No greens.. Like salad, tomatoes, cucumber etc. There could also be more warm options.... being a 5 star hotel.

Been waiting to check in for 4 hours. We are in a high category room and have seen other people be let in ahead of us even though they know we arrived from the US and have not slept. Front desk staff is not accommodating at all/ worst Sofitel Experience we have ever had. Haven't seen room yet but expecting a disappoint

I've not often stayed in a 5-star hotel, and this was such a lovely experience. Not pretentious, just perfect. Clean, stunning, simple, and most importantly, wonderful staff, which is so rare in Paris. Our luxurious room was so comfortable, we had a balcony over a lovely Parisian street view. Great small pool with hammam and sauna, and a nice little breakfast bar. Worth the money for the great experience.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the staff. My husband and I recently spent our 20th Wedding Anniversary here and it was an extraordinary stay. From the moment we arrived from the airport, stupid and jetlagged, the staff met us, checked us in, let us use the showers and facilities in the spa and treated us like royalty. While our room wasn't ready, and I did not expect it to be because of the early hour, they held our luggage as we went on our way to explore the hotel. Right out the door are two Metro lines. The hotel is located in what I could only guess is a residential area which made for a very quiet stay even though our room overlooked a school. When we returned to the hotel, not only was the room ready but the staff had already delivered our bags to the room and complied my request for a king bed. The room was large, the bed a dream, and the spa robes and slippers were wonderful. Loved the bathroom amenities. The view from our very large window was spectacular. We opened the window every night and enjoyed a bottle of champagne before bed. Every single day, every single staff member we encountered were so lovely! I can't wait to come back and stay here again! BTW, thank you for the lovely gift of chocolates and the book on Paris and thank you for making my anniversary so special!

Worst hotel staff I've ever encountered. The place would not be so horrible if the staff was mildly competent. It's truly an unpleasant experience to stay here.

This is not a five star hotel! Have stayed there twice, only because my employer books the hotel for me. The rooms are furnished with what looks like hand me downs. If you are on the front of the hotel the sirens blare every hour waking you up and if you are on the side of the hotel there is a day care/school with screaming kids all day. The lobby is run down and with all the mirrors reminds me of a movie set bordello. I gave it two stars because the neighborhood it is in was nice.
