Fabulous hotel. Well appointed & very clean. Great facilities, including Spa. The room was a good size with an amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, but the standout for us was the Reception staff. Especially Michel. He was fabulously helpful & friendly

I've stayed at this hotel in three occasions. Although it may seem like a regular hotel, the service is excellent and the rooms are perfect for a business stay. They're clean, tidy, and have everything you need to be comfortable. It's close to the metro and quite well located, making it easy to get around the city. The staff is very attentive, both at reception and at the bar. I would 100% recommend it!

Room is spacious, bright and airy! Staff has been cheerful, polite, friendly and truly helpful! Hotel cocktails were lovely and restaurant suggestions were spot on. Hotel is on a quiet street and amenities and really good restaurants within a 5min walking distance. Overall a wonderful experience! Will not hesitate to stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and enjoy the area. This was the first time we stayed in a room that was poorly insulated. We could hear guests in the neighboring room use the bathroom-each and every time. It was awful. The Accor website or app seems to be purposefully deceiving but booking directly or through a different provider is recommended. I don’t think we will stay here again- I love a hotel that pays attention to all the little details, and over the past 6 years there has been a change in attention to detail.

Loved this hotel. It is about 3km away from most of the major attractions but we didnt mind as the walk meant we found lovely local bakeries, pubs and shops. The staff are excellent and all speak very good English. They decorated my room as it was my 50th birthday, lovely touch. The concierge recommended a local Argentinian restaurant just round the corner as we asked for a steak restaurant. On my goodness the food(steak) was amazing and excellent service. The Metro is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed in a Junior suite which had a corner balcony, the weather was great and we loved taking our morning coffee watching the sunrise over Paris. The breakfast has lots of choice and the staff serving couldn't be politer or accommodating. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and we will book again when we return. Thank you Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet - McGallery you made this stay very special and enjoyable.

The hotel is nice, but is a four star at best, nothing luxurious about it and although I paid for a Junior suite, the room was drab and boring with no wow factor. There isn’t any art throughout the hotel and the experience can be described as boring. Given the cost, I’d highly recommend to book elsewhere. The road it is on is quiet and unremarkable. Requires a walk to metro to get to other places.

We were visiting from Chicago. I liked to stay there so much! the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable to sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only tiny minus is that it was far away from the downtown area, but on another hand, it so much more quiet to rest over night. Thank you, guys!

We booked 3 rooms here for a family trip to celebrate a graduation. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet street and very close by walking to numerous restaurants and bars. |Check-in|Check-in was wonderful. From the pre-check-in phase, a lot of information was provided and I had frequent communication with the staff during this time. Very helpful was Demba, as he helped arrange transport for some of our party members from the airport and arranged alternate payment methods for me. Upon arrival at the hotel, because we had already provided a lot of information, it was quick and without complication. The entire front desk staff was helpful and while signing for the rooms, our bags were taken to our rooms and jackets hung up. I forget her name, but the young lady who checked us in was very kind, thorough and attentive.|Room|The hotel has elevators and the room I was in was on the 3rd floor, overlooking he street. IT was quiet enough in the room, so the little traffic from the street was not bothersome. The room however was just ok. Being a 5-star hotel, I was a bit underwhelmed by the upkeep of the room. There were scuff marks all over the walls and dirty marks on the curtains. The bathroom sink did not drain well unless the drain stopper was removed. The tiles in the bathroom were worn. The chairs in the room were highly uncomfortable. Overall, I think the room would benefit from a good minor renovation, as the routine upkeep has not kept it looking as great as it should be. Positives on the room, the bed was comfortable and the shower was huge.|Hotel amenities|There is a spa and pool as well as a gym. I did not use the gym on this occasion, but did use the pool and spa. The pool is small, but still a nice sized to enjoy some swim time. The sauna and steam room were excellent. I had a massage and it was ok. I am a big guy and wanted something really deep, but my masseuse could not really get as deep as I wanted, but she was great in her care and communication throughout.|The hotel offers breakfast, which was nothing spectacular, but very convenient as it is on property and can also be delivered to the room if you do not want to go downstairs.|There is also parking, which if you have a bigger vehicle, be careful driving down there as the space is tight, but very convenient. |Overall, everyone in my party enjoyed our stay here. The staff were 5-star for sure, location as well, but I just expected a bit more from the room itself, just a bit better upkeep. May just be me being a bit too picky??

Yelp
Love the location! The area surrounding this hotel has lots of good bars and shops. The rooms are nice and spacious with a fridge, water boiler and a coffee maker. Nuxe products in the bathroom. Only thing to complain about would be the breakfast. For us it was complementary, however we did go out for something else. With a few adjustments it would have been a lot better. For example there are several freshly squeezed juices. So drinks are good. If you eat cakes, you have plenty. What I didn't like was the eggs. The scrambled eggs were terrible. Tasted nothing and were just bad. You could also boil your own eggs, however it took forever, like 20 minutes. No greens.. Like salad, tomatoes, cucumber etc. There could also be more warm options.... being a 5 star hotel.

Yelp
Been waiting to check in for 4 hours. We are in a high category room and have seen other people be let in ahead of us even though they know we arrived from the US and have not slept. Front desk staff is not accommodating at all/ worst Sofitel Experience we have ever had. Haven't seen room yet but expecting a disappoint

Yelp
I've not often stayed in a 5-star hotel, and this was such a lovely experience. Not pretentious, just perfect. Clean, stunning, simple, and most importantly, wonderful staff, which is so rare in Paris. Our luxurious room was so comfortable, we had a balcony over a lovely Parisian street view. Great small pool with hammam and sauna, and a nice little breakfast bar. Worth the money for the great experience.

Yelp
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the staff. My husband and I recently spent our 20th Wedding Anniversary here and it was an extraordinary stay. From the moment we arrived from the airport, stupid and jetlagged, the staff met us, checked us in, let us use the showers and facilities in the spa and treated us like royalty. While our room wasn't ready, and I did not expect it to be because of the early hour, they held our luggage as we went on our way to explore the hotel. Right out the door are two Metro lines. The hotel is located in what I could only guess is a residential area which made for a very quiet stay even though our room overlooked a school. When we returned to the hotel, not only was the room ready but the staff had already delivered our bags to the room and complied my request for a king bed. The room was large, the bed a dream, and the spa robes and slippers were wonderful. Loved the bathroom amenities. The view from our very large window was spectacular. We opened the window every night and enjoyed a bottle of champagne before bed. Every single day, every single staff member we encountered were so lovely! I can't wait to come back and stay here again! BTW, thank you for the lovely gift of chocolates and the book on Paris and thank you for making my anniversary so special!

Yelp
Worst hotel staff I've ever encountered. The place would not be so horrible if the staff was mildly competent. It's truly an unpleasant experience to stay here.

Yelp
This is not a five star hotel! Have stayed there twice, only because my employer books the hotel for me. The rooms are furnished with what looks like hand me downs. If you are on the front of the hotel the sirens blare every hour waking you up and if you are on the side of the hotel there is a day care/school with screaming kids all day. The lobby is run down and with all the mirrors reminds me of a movie set bordello. I gave it two stars because the neighborhood it is in was nice.
