I stayed there for a couple of nights. I booked a room there spontaneously because I was staying in Paris for a while and just found it on a map. I went straight to reception and they had some rooms available. The receptionists were very attentive and polite, which pleasantly surprised me. The rooms are fresh and clean. The toiletries are good, and they have everything you need. The location is very convenient! There are wonderful bakeries and a store nearby. I am truly grateful for the warm welcome. I will definitely come back again!

Very clean hotel! Love the design of the hotel, very parisian indeed. Honestly, the bed was so comfy. i really enjoy the water pressure. However, the AC kept turning off by itself. Otherwise, location was super convenient. You can find pharmacy and convenient store nearby. Staff was really friendly too.

What a lovely hotel in the heart of Paris. Just near the Gare de Lyon. The room was wonderful and looked freshly decorated. The bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, brilliant. I really enjoyed my breakfast in a chic and stylish lounge. Everyone we talked to was so helpful and friendly (a little bit of french language goes a long way). I'm looking forward to my next stay. If you want something a bit different in Paris and don't want a big hotel chain, very highly recommended.

Such a fantastic experience! This was our first time in France, so we were a bit worried about the friendliness here. The hotel, however, erased these concerns - we felt so welcomed here. The room decor was very pretty, and the room itself was super clean! The staff was amazing as well, and the location was so close to the station. We will be coming back!

The location is perfect—just a short walk from Gare de Lyon and the metro, so getting around the city was super convenient. We arrived late at night, but the front-desk attendant was there to greet us with a smile. He was kind, checked us in quickly, and helped us with what we needed after a long travel day. Another big plus: after checkout we could leave our bags in the hotel’s locker room free of charge and let us enjoy time in the city without carrying luggage. As for food, Paris being Paris, there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, which made grabbing a bite at any hour easy. Overall, a charming boutique hotel with warm service and a fantastic, transit-friendly location. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

What a convenient train station hotel! We were greeted by the welcoming Miguel. He was helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. Our room was ready! I always ask for a quiet(er) room and when he showed us our ground floor room right next to the elevator, I began to protest. The noise, I said! You won’t hear a thing, he assured me. And he was correct. What was nice about the king bed room was that it had French doors leading to a little patio. Because of the drizzle no one sat out there with a drink or smoke, so it was ideal to crack open the door for fresh air and made the compact room seem bigger. The room was small but made good use of the space. The included breakfast the next day was in the small lobby: scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, jams, juices, fruit…the usual fare. I didn’t realize this until after we left but the hotel plastic key holder envelope included a map detailing among other things, the nearest pharmacy, ATM, laundromat, and supermarket. I would highly recommend this hotel if Gare de Lyon access is critical to you.

Me and my partner have just got back from Paris and stayed at the Hotel Parisianer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. All the hotel staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room and the hotel itself were impeccably clean. It is located right across from Gare de Lyon train station so in an ideal spot for travelling. A want to say a special thank you to Hafedh who works at the hotel. He made us feel especially welcome and made sure we knew of the best places to eat in the area and just made the hotel feel like home. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are a seasoned traveller to Paris or its your first time. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you everyone

This is the worst 4-star hotel experience I have ever had. Completely unacceptable on every level: I booked 4 nights and was given a room at the very end of the floor. I told staff I did not want this room, but they refused to change it, even though I saw empty rooms next door. Staff were arrogant and dismissive. Hygiene was terrible. Hair on the bed and in the toilet. When I asked for cleaning, staff said it was impossible because cleaners had left. Breakfast was a joke: very limited, poor quality, with leftover food from previous days. Small, uncomfortable dining area and inattentive staff. On the last day, an elderly staff member behaved aggressively, intimidated my child, and even locked the door to block us. Absolutely shocking and unacceptable. This hotel advertises itself as 4-star, but in reality it is far below that standard. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Totally disappointing and disrespectful to guests.
