"Situated at the base of the Park City slopes, this Autograph Collection Hotel (part of Marriott International) exudes an old-world ski-resort vibe, with a grand lobby featuring soaring ceilings, exposed-wood beams, and a stone fireplace surrounded by leather club chairs. The same rustic elegance extends to the 100 suites, each of which comes with its own fireplace, jetted tub, and private balcony or patio for enjoying a glass of wine alongside views of the Wasatch Mountains or 18-hole Park City Golf Course. Start the day with some laps at the outdoor heated pool or hit the slopes, then experience après-ski bliss in the 10,000-square-foot spa, which includes herbal-infused steam rooms, a dry cedar sauna, and recovery treatments like a therapeutic mineral soak and reflexology foot massage. There are also two on-site restaurants—Ruth’s Chris Steak House and the more casual Bandannas Bar & Grill, where you can pair quinoa burgers with local brews."

Top 7 Things I Love About Hotel Park City: 1. ❄️ This place is excellent in the winter, but just as incredible for a summer vacation spot! 2. 🏋️‍♂️ The gym is surprisingly large and well-equipped, much nicer than what you’d expect from a hotel this size. 3. 🌲 Beautiful grounds, a large pool and hot tub, surrounded by a scenic golf course and in a super convenient location. 4. 🕒 The 24-hour convenience store inside the hotel is a game-changer, whether you need a late-night snack or quick drink, it’s always there. 5. 🥩 Being attached to Ruth’s Chris and the pro shop makes it so easy to grab a great meal or sneak in an early tee time without leaving the property. 6. 🙌 The staff are consistently kind, helpful, and thoughtful, truly a standout part of every stay. 7. 🛌 The rooms and villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a family trip, I’d highly recommend Hotel Park City. I know I’ll be back many more times!

This hotel is a dream come true. The property is gorgeous. The pool is spectacular. We ate at both restaurants and loved them. Our kids were super happy because the hotel has electric scooters they can ride around on and plenty for them to do The location is perfect as well. Across the street is a grocery store, coffee shop, and my favorite restaurant in Utah… Five seeds with ultra healthy food options. ||Everybody at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. Nichole helped us many times during our stay and was just a delight. Danielle, the reservation supervisor, is just the best. She helped me work out a little snag. I hit with my booking. What a great crew. ||This place is truly great and definitely my go to in Park city! Highly recommend.

Could easily be 5 stars. The facilities and views are top notch. Just not maintained with attention to detail. Our main fireplace didn't work & was never repaired. The safe didn't function because a previous guest engaged it while the door was open. Should have been noticed & corrected. Neither occurred. It's also no fun sitting on our beautiful deck & watching the golfers peeing on a run down building just off the 14th tee. Perhaps the ranger could be a little more on top of that. Parking is hit & miss because it's shared between the hotel, golf course & restaurant. They do have a fantastic Ruth's Chris restaurant on-site. A comfortable, relaxing pool as well.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Park City before — during ski season — and genuinely enjoyed my prior visit, which makes this most recent stay all the more disappointing. As a Titanium Elite member who booked two rooms, I expected the consistent service and recognition that Marriott advertises across its brands, including Autograph Collection. Unfortunately, several aspects fell far short: - Elite breakfast benefit was denied at check-in, with staff (misleadingly or incorrectly) stating it didn’t apply “off season” because they're a franchise property. That’s simply not how Bonvoy works — Autograph Collection properties are obligated to honor benefits year-round. We were too tired to argue. - Late checkout was initially refused, and only after some back and forth was it extended to 1 PM — still short of the 4 PM benefit that is advertised. - No upgrade was offered or even discussed, despite availability showing online at check-in. Normally wouldn't care but after other service shortcomings, this becomes a more obvious complaint. Room service breakfast was very underwhelming: the egg dishes were rubbery, French toast was mediocre, and even the sourdough toast ordered as a side was a disappointing store bought variety. The pancake was ok but forgettable. Not the quality you would expect from a property that advertises a premium food experience. That said, there are positives: the rooms were clean, the property itself is attractive, and the spa and amenities are very good (though not necessarily best-in-class for the Park City area). This stay was a sharp contrast to my previous positive visit and maybe reflects an unfortunate decline in service consistency and staff training. The Autograph Collection is supposed to blend independent charm with Marriott standards — to me, it felt like the property seems to want the Marriott affiliation without consistently honoring its obligations. For travelers considering Park City: If you want a property that honors Marriott elite benefits reliably, I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at St. Regis Deer Valley. If you’re open to trying non-Marriott options, both Pendry Park City and Waldorf Astoria Park City are excellent alternatives and may offer a better luxury experience overall.

This hotel is one of the best in the Park City area. We have stayed here more than a dozen times and every time it has been a great experience. We have always stayed in the cottage suites which are detached from the hotel and a short walk. Not a big deal and totally worth the peace and quiet. We have had the typical issues when staying here and the staff has been great and being responsive. Once we even needed to move rooms but they upgraded us for our hassle and it really wasn't a big deal but they really wanted our experience to be above and beyond. We have used the spa several times and the treatments and therapists are outstanding. Getting to the spa is a little confusing but it's worth the minor hassle. Every time we've stayed here we've eaten at least once at Ruth's Chris. As expected the food and the service were top notch.

The food is immaculate, the view and atmosphere is perfect, the music is at a perfect level, and our waitress, Belén was so kind!! We are reoccurring visitors of this restaurant because it is always a positive experience. It’s very quiet and peaceful, but very close to Park City. It is right on the golf course so it’s a very nice vibe and I enjoy it here so much.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Park City! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly set the tone for our stay. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained with a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Dining at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse was a highlight, with perfectly grilled steaks that exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. Hotel Park City has earned a spot as one of our favorite getaways, and we can’t wait to return!

My wife and I came to Park City for the first time for a ski trip and stayed the at Hotel Park City which was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-notch hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, with cozy yet luxurious accommodations and breathtaking views. A special thank you to Jane from concierge for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special! She helped us secure a wonderful room upgrade with our Marriott status, arrange a wonderful romantic dinner reservation at Ruth's Chris, and set up an unforgettable 3 hour snowmobile adventure … along with giving us ski itinerary advice, everything was seamless and stress-free. We also want to thank the entire hotel staff for their friendly service and positive attitude throughout our stay. Every interaction was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a perfect getaway in Park City, this is the place to be! We can't wait to return and this is definitely one of the best Marriott properties we have ever stayed in!

Yelp
We loved everything about it. Not your typical, dull, modern furniture. Very southwestern. Nice sitting area and patio. Great views. Beautiful lobby and lounging area. Very good exercise facility. Very nice pool with lots of seating and some free cabanas. Excellent food in the restaurants. Great, friendly and helpful staff. I can't wait to come stay again.

Yelp
I debated on this review for a few days before posting. At the beginning of the stay I was going to give them a 2 stars....but by the end wanted to give them 5 stars for staff, 3-4 stars for hotel. So what went wrong? Before check-in concierge was not great. I called and emailed questions. The responses I got were "here are phone numbers" basically call yourself. Dock stars. Hotels of this caliber normally will book for you and take care of leg work. Also did not feel concierge before arrival was knowledgeable about recommendations and had experienced opinions. I'm an elite member and supposed to be offered room upgrade if available. Was immediate told none available and it didn't seem she really checked. Funny bc seconds before I looked on several sites, including hotels, and the 800 number and were told several upgraded room sizes were available. I can also tell you hotel was not full the entire time we were there. Ok, whatever. I'm happy enough with room size. We booked a non smoking room. When we got to room I immediately smelled funk and assumed it was moisture/age but was gonna go with it. I know with ski resort hard to keep out the damp. I started smelling smoke and was wondering where it came from. Opened patio door and next room smoking on balcony and it flooded our room. Definitely docking stars. Called down and they immediately moved our room. Add points. Bellman said they really don't separate out smoking rooms. Ugh!!!! After packing everything up again a few hours later realized the fireplace in room wasn't working. Staff sent up maintenance and he worked about 15 mins to tell me he had to check if he had part and would let me know. Ok. Fair. Waited over an hour. Now is a fireplace that important??? Well when it's a present trip for a daughter who wanted a Christmas movie resort with fireplace to read books by...yes. I called down and was informed "oh...he didn't have part and we have to order it". Now I'm getting upset because I had to call down to be told that as we sat there waiting. Dock points. The staff was nice and said they'd move our room again. Ackkk! While I appreciate it...I unpacked and packed and unpacked already. I really didn't have it in me to pack again. It is vacation. She said she'd let us know if part came in but most likely wouldn't before we checked out. As this point I felt management should have called us directly. No call ever on the matter. However the next day, I tried again and it worked. So I'm guessing they got the part???? No call so don't know. I wouldn't have known it worked if I didn't just randomly try it again. Ok...so why would I give them 4 stars? I booked on such a whim didn't realize I'd really want to go to town and need rides. They were so accommodating to us and didn't make us wait for the scheduled time. Then the real reason began. My teen daughter immediately started to not feel well. She was cranky and sleepy and couldn't get up for our included breakfast. So unlike her on vacation. I went down to buffet and asked for a Togo box so I could take to her for when she awoke. I know normally hotels with buffets don't give boxes bc guests take food to people that haven't paid. I was told I'd be charged $8 for the boxes. $8???? Ok what could I do. However after I mentioned my daughter was sick...the charges never appeared the whole trip and all kinds of boxes even cups were given. the rest staff was so very attentive. Maybe because they were bored as very few people there or maybe they are just that good all the time? What a nice surprise especially after having to eat alone every morning and worrying about my daughter. Well, I then needed to be taken to a pharmacy. They even waited while I got medicine so they could bring me back quickly. I could have walked but really wanted to get medicine into her as soon as possible bc she felt ill. The staff quickly accommodated me and asked about my daughter. As the trip progressed things got worse. She was up all night burning with a fever and could hardly stand up, and clearly needed to go to urgent care. They helped me find one, and again accommodated us and were so prompt getting us there and picking us back up. Making sure we had everything we needed. Stopping and dropping me at grocery store to try and find nourishment for her. I def felt well cared for. We were due to fly out and the staff was so kind in trying to find us a room at last minute in case we had to stay, running after me while I was getting in shuttle to make sure we were ok. I did feel if we got trapped in hotel while sick...wouldn't be bad bc staff was caring and would take care of us. We ended up flying home per doc recommendations I truly hope that she didn't get anyone sick. I even Lysoled the room before we left for house keeping. Not to say the other things shouldn't be addressed. Overall our mini mom daughter expensive vacation stunk...hoping to come back again soon

Yelp
This is a great property in a great location with excellent staff and decent food. There are restaurants, coffee bars and even a grocery store you can walk to by crossing the street. There is a golf course but we did not play on this trip. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious with super high pressure in the showers.

Yelp
My husband and I are truly impressed with the exceptional accommodation and amenities of this hotel. We really enjoyed the log cabin experience of our suite. The proximity of this hotel from various attractions is also very ideal. It is also close to many plazas for a quick coffee run or grocery shopping. Kudos to all the front desk staff, concierge, chauffeur, and housekeeping services for making us feel right at home. Thank you for making our winter vacation quite phenomenal.

Yelp
Beautiful older hotel, but well kept up. The service was great. We had business meetings at the hotel and everything went smoothly, except for one early lunch delivery. The food is decently ok. The hotel is very clean and the rooms spacious and beautiful. The beds swept me away to a night if incredible sleep. The grounds are beautiful. Right at the heart of the mountains. Easy access to historic main street.

Yelp
Room was beautiful! Service lacks.. Restaurants were closed first two days. The cottage was spectacular no complaints except adjoining room had screaming children who luckily left after one day. The staff drives in golf carts so wonderful for them but we had to drag our luggage pretty far as guests. Left early and paid $411 in a cancellation fee- So definitely not happy overall

Yelp
We stayed in the suite. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The decor is mountain style, which fits. The heated pool/jacuzzi are nice and kids loved it. You have an awesome view of the mountains. Staff are really down to earth and nice. Not stuck up. Only thing is walls are thin, so I heard my neighbors getting down. The suites come with full kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven and laundry/dryer. Very nice. Also get free access to spa, but I just got freshly tattooed, so couldn't enjoy.

Yelp
I had a six-night stay for my honeymoon scheduled at this hotel. Before the stay, I emailed to ask how breakfast would be handled. As a Bonvoy Titanium member, breakfast should be included, but this was during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I thought things might have changed. The hotel replied that they were not offering breakfast for Elites, but would instead only provide 1000 points (worth about $5.50). However, they said, both of their restaurants were open, and I could purchase breakfast. I asked for clarification--if your restaurant is open, it's not a health issue. Why not provide breakfast for eligible guests there? The hotel replied that Marriott did not require them to, so they weren't. Okay, got it. I cancelled my stay and booked six nights at a B&B property, which has a lower nightly rate, great reviews, and is still providing a made-to-order breakfast included in the rate, even during the pandemic.

Yelp
Very cute hotel with beautiful winter lodge hotel lobby and gigantic fireplace. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Much of the hotel staff were on temp work or student visas and very nice people, but poorly trained. Location is a couple miles away from Main Street, but shuttles help get you downtown or to ski areas as well as free city bus, which picks up right in front of hotel. Rooms were nice sized with beds that were moderately comfortable. They had a ski rental place on lower level that was convenient, but our gear had issues (like snowboard binding came completely loose mid-run and had to walk down to base to get tightened).

Alejandra M.

Yelp
I gave them 2 stars because the staff is great. And the building is very nice although it needs to be updated. We booked a cottage . The view is fantastic but the windows are so dirty that we can not appreciate . I asked the housekeeper if somebody can clean it she said " of course". But we came back after having lunch but the windows are still dirty!

Yelp
Hotel Park City is probably the nicest Hotel I've been to. The staff is all first class. The rooms are beyond nice and far exceed any hopes or even standards. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse ....Well....they are the greatest of their kind as well and the steaks and deserts speak for themselves. The spa, the pool and hot tub, the gym and golf course right next door, really I could live there and when you see the rooms you will want to live there. Comfort and the highest of class! I have great memories there with my Wife and other great ones with extended family. I cannot say a bad thing about this place....Well I guess the price kind of hurts but really I cannot say it isn't or wasn't worth every penny. Even out of all of the other same in class or above Hotels, this one is #1 in my book. So Thanks Whoever owns that place! ROBERT M.
