Hôtel Pastel

J'adore! I've been to Paris over a dozen times and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for the price. Many 3 * hotels can be tacky, worn out or they try to hard to appeal to a "fun" customer. This hotel strikes a beautiful balance of elegance, style and a current, yet grounded, modern feel. It is a small hotel and the rooms are small too, but other hotels have much smaller rooms, this is just Paris. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind with any tourist problems such as parking, finding tickets, restaurant recommendations, etc. The nearby restaurants are great and it's a quick walk to the Champs-Elysees. A quick Metro to Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, and any of the fun things to do. I highly recommend this hotel, it ha a 5 star vibe, with a 3 star price.

I took the single room for 2 nights while I moved my son into a nearby apartment. It was a very pleasant stay, with a clean room and a very comfortable bed. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and kind too. It was a very good location for nearby Metro stops and beautiful street cafes, a very nice area of the city, I'll be back for sure.

A lovely boutique hotel in the tracadero section of Paris near the Eiffel tower. Comfortable beds, well appointed. The first floor Chanel 4 room is great. Walk in shower for those that cannot maneuver European bath tubs. Alexander made our stay one to remember and appreciate. Well trained multi-lingual young man, eager to please.

The hotel is a 13 minute walk from the metro which is convenient. The rooms are very small which seems to be common in Paris. The bathroom was very tight. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You have to leave your key at the front counter when leaving and ask for it again when you return which is a hassle. My husband found some hair rolled up in his clean towel. You are supplied with one bottle of water when you check into the room (this is not restocked). There is no iron, safe, or fridge. Average hotel, nothing spectacular. I would say it’s not worth the price you pay per night.

I had a great stay here during my recent trip to Paris! The service was excellent, and the location is perfect, especially if you're participating in a race, everything is close by. The rooms were quiet and clean. They are small, but that’s typical for Paris. A big thank you to Valentin ( hope I got his name right ) at the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Really appreciated!

Sensational location, very friendly staff, the room was lovely however the lack of a mini bar is my only criticism it just helps is all but it isn’t a very European appliance to have in hotels in general so I wouldn’t be turned off that. Would definitely stay again, I actually think the key system they have is quite good to.

I’ve would provide them outstanding in all aspects but the rooms missing some things that it shouldn’t that they removed it. But overall they are very good and the location as well is very good. And close enough to everything that you might think about. The service is well done indeed from Mr. VALENTIN, is really great too, my special gratitude to him.

Great boutique hotel in a great location! All staff were so friendly from reception to morning breakfast staff. We stayed in the original room and it was much larger than we thought it would it be, even the bathrooms! The rooms and hotel in general is very well kept and clean! Great location super close to two metros and easy walk to the effile tower (and more). Great restaurant and bakeries around. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is that the breakfast was okay, not many options and was very basic. We would definitely stay again.
