Hotel Patria

A comfortable, enjoyable stay in this outstanding hotel. Less than a 10 minute walk from the station and a few minutes walk from the duomo this hotel manages to do everything well, which is certainly not the norm these days. My room was spacious and came with a large terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. |Communication beforehand (local osterie) was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Chiara was particularly brilliant. The only slight hiccup was a fault with the cistern in my bathroom. A member of staff had a look but informed me that nothing could be done until morning. It was a little noisy during the night. In the morning nobody enquired about this which was rather disappointing.|So, apart from this minor mishap, my stay was a pleasant and relaxing one!

The location and the property and the decoration and the people were all really nice. We came to town just for one night for a concert. Unfortunately while they had air conditioning it didn't work and the rooms were really hot and stuffy. At checkout. I complained and they told me that they had an overloaded system and their mechanic wasn't able to come that night and they fixed it already. But it was already too late for our stay. My two teenagers stayed in a room and they didn't sleep well. I slept more or less okay but it was really hot. So while they have air conditioning unfortunately for our stay was not reliable and wasn't there. We would have stayed in a We would have stayed in a lesser nice place with working air conditioning if we had the option

The rooms are beautiful, clean and large. I think it was the biggest bathroom and terrace I’ve had so far in a hotel in Italy. The location is perfect, it’s peaceful and quiet but a 2min walk from anything you could possibly need as well as the train station. The front desk staff were above and beyond polite and helpful. I will miss the ladies and espresso every morning.

This booking was made for me on a business trip. The hotel is well located in the middle of Pistoia. Wonderful staff made the check-in quick and easy. My room was very large and spacious with a huge bathroom. Big comfortable bed. All the facilities were excellent, although the lack of a full length mirror may bother some people. The inclusive breakfast was simple but adequate and of course comes with the usual excellent Italian coffee.

Brilliant hotel situated in the heartnof Pistoia. The hotel is tremendously clean and offer a generous complimentary continental breakfast. One thing to note for this time of year though is the number os mosquitoes in the rooms for which they provide a plugin to kill them. Would be very handy if hotel staff plug it in prior to your arrival to ensure a mosquito free room though rather than relying on the customers to do so.

Comfortable rooms with premium fixtures, prime location near the old town. Had to park my car outside the ZTL but was able to walk in fairly easily. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was simple, but good quality.

Upon arriving we were very well received by Hilario who was on reception. ||However during our 5 nights stay we found that all the staff were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. ||The bedroom was large and very clean. The bathroom was a very good size too and in there was a large shower and there were two wash basins. ||Breakfast had a good choice for everyone’s taste. Coffee was great. This is very important to some of us English too.

The nicest , most friendly hotel in Pistoia! Staff are fabulous, wonderfully friendly and always there to please !| Rooms are very very well appointed and elegant!| I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!| Most definitely the most comfortable and welcoming hotel in Pistoia! | If you stay do try Cantinetta restaurant just opposite- also fabulous!
