Next to a metro station, the location is perfect to discover Vienna. Our twin room with shower was comfortable, clean and quiet. The owners are very nice. The breakfast is fine with a good selection of local breads. Coffee is served at the table. The only thing to improve are the curtains which don't provide a sufficient blackout to sleep well. The TV has few channels. Very good value for money. Will definitely return.

Great place! Excellent quality for a fair price. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and are really warm, which was so important for us during our stay. A big thanks to Christian for the warm welcome and outstanding service!

If you like living in old houses, you might like this place. The price is higher than what you get. Rooms are neat and clean, a bit small. If you book something with shared bath, then the bathroom might not be very clean by the time you are using it. The breakfast is included in the price. It is not close to any tram or underground station.

Beware, 4.5 rating may not truly represent the true rating. ||||For a hotel that had a respectable 4.5 ratings on Google, we were faced with disappointment with the customer service at this hotel. It was going to be our first trip to Vienna. We stumbled upon this hotel on Booking.com and wanted to give this place a shot. We have asked the hotel if we can move our booking. The staff who answered us said sure, and we followed his instructions only to realise his instructions made us lost our booking. We then requested for assistance, and the hotel manager, Christian replied to us with a really rude manner and even ending the sentence with a big "!". Oh, and he asked us to find a better hotel. Which is very odd, we have never come across a hotel turning their guests away and asked us to find a better hotel. Does this mean their hotel is not a good hotel?||||We were shocked to believe a manager from a 4.5 rating on Google would treat his potential guests with an attitude like his. What's worst was the fact that he didn't say sorry for the mistake they have made which caused us to lose the booking, until days later. ||||Our family members who originally wanted to give this hotel a shot, were sad to hear that such treatment exist from the hotel's end. We then asked the hotel if they could do anything to rectify their error. And, unfortunately, again, we were treated with another round of shock and disappointment when the hotel owner responded that they would take legal action against us. This made us quite confused. ||||Long story short, the hotel should go for customer service training course, so that they will learn how to greet and approach guests with good attitude. Till then, according to Christian's advice, find a better hotel

BEWARE , the hotel manager Christian. A short tempered and aggressive manager who treats visitors horribly. After a simple request was sent, his written reply was not only unprofessional but scary. It’s a dormitory/hostel service at hotel prices. The other review calling this hotel a scam is true. The rooms are small, the staff are rude and lie to you. The other review said that your items can be stolen when you are showering in the dormitory bathroom. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want any unexpected issues!

Great location, especially if you’re visiting the Christmas markets. Loads of good bars and restaurants around (good value). Breakfast at the hotel was good.

Rooms are quite small, shared bath ones do have a basin in the room. Rooms arent very well appointed, only 1 shared toilet amongst maybe 5 rooms, just ok for a night. 10min walk to nearby tram/metro. 20mins to Museum Quarter is a positive point. Breakfast is good

Yes, it’s not so saturated, but for this price, it’s the best, especially for young people. You can have a chance for the good price and comfortable room temporary then stay at the most beautiful city of Europe. And it’s including breakfast, there have everything as in family. Share toilet and bathroom is also good ideal. Why we need private bathroom for everyone, it’s waste source. You know pigeons and birds have nothing and still very happy in the world.
