Hotel Penzion Na Hradě

I’m absolutely delighted with this place. The pension is located in a well-maintained historic building. The rooms are very clean, with a comfortable mattress, and the bed linen and towels are fresh, fragrant, and in perfect condition. The reception staff were very kind and professional. Breakfasts were wonderful. It’s definitely a place worth recommending, and I’ve already saved it for my future stays.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street in the old town, just 50 meters from the main square. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable.|However, the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety and quantity. Be aware that there is no lift for the upper floor and no one to carry you luggage.

Just returned from visiting a colleague at the Polacky University in Olomouc who arranged my stay at the Hotel (Pension) Na Hradě for 5 nights. The location couldn't be better, 5 minute walks to the main old-town squares, easy walking distance to the tram lines and botanical garden by the river (and only a 20 minute walk to the university through the park). My single room was very comfortable and super-quiet. Only had 2 coat hangars but probably could have asked for more. Internet was fine. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was a bit small but the choice was good (fresh bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, granola, coffee, tea, juice etc.). They left me a nice early breakfast in my room fridge the day I had to leave at 5 am. Church bells rang at 7 am which was a nice wake-up call. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay here while on a biking trip. We arrived late, but the gentlemen at the reception had already made flexible arrangements for us to check in without a hitch. The room was excellent, and breakfast on the terrace in the morning was perfect. The location is unbeatable.

Terrific experience, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location, minutes walk from the holy trinity, is obvious. The fine breakfast has also already been mentioned in various reviews, here and on booking. com.||||We spontaneously decided to arrive one day earlier and were upgraded to a larger room for free.||Ms. Slavka at the reception was extremely helpful, helping us make it to the hotel at 23.00, and on the next night sending us to svatováclavský pivovar, helping us understand the tram, and on top of that: baking a great cake for the breakfast.||Also worthy of mention: Christina sent us to the Archbishops' palace and Martin made great Bacon for breakfast, so thank you too.||||We now hope to get back to this lovely city and great hotel one day.

One of the greatest hotels we have been to in the last years. In the middle of Olomouc, just a few steps from the main squares, they have created a lovely quiet place. Nice reception, good size room and breakfast in the garden. Relaxing, just what we were looking for. We stayed in the weekend, breakfast was till 10.30 and checkout even till 12.00, what a service. Parking in the city center is during weekends free of charge. We recommend this place highly and would come here again, without a doubt.

Hotel is in a great location near the main square. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful (we left something in the room which they happily posted on to our home in the UK). The room we had was clean and bright overlooking the street. Breakfast was the usually range of pastries, cereal, cheese bread etc. but the staff made it clear that if we wanted more, to just ask. Highly recommended for a stop in Olomouc.

A wonderful, small hotel. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are top-notch, they can store luggage for you, everything is nice. Very close to any city centre attractions. Would recommend for a stay in Olomouc.
