Hotel Perla Benidorm

Great hotel for our girls trip of 6. Staff were great, rooms clean. We had fresh towels every day, cleaning staff were friendly. Bar staff around pool were great as well, they’d have a laugh and joke with you. They were very accommodating to all groups of women and men on stags, hens etc. Location is amazing, couldn’t be more central to the clubs and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for adults looking for fun. Didn’t have food here, but drink prices are very reasonable and they aren’t shy with the measures. Thanks guys! Will be back.

Excellent hotel here!! They were amazing when we were struck by a family emergency and had to cancel our booking. They were more than happy to allow us to move our deposit to another date, they didn't have to do this. Great example of good customer service, the hotel is also great. The location is spot on, very close to the strip and would have no issues staying here again. Would highly recommend

Love A Benidorm Trip! ✈️🍺 ive got friends that live there, So travelled there regularly over the past few years. I know the area well, little 15 mins walk to main pubs, Booked here, Very Happy. Exactly what you ask for, Clean rooms, Nice Pool, Nice Staff. Recommend It. Im booking it again later in the month. X

Right so this is a review in my opinion and obviously people need to make up their own minds.| Firstly Perla is in a very convenient area, only on the street back from the strip and 2 back from the beach which is perfect for my next point. |The pool area is in the shade! Why no one mentions this surprises me, we sat on our lounges on our first day till 3.50pm till the sun reached all the sun beds and the first ones to enter the sun were then put in the shade! This is because of the hotel infront which I must say that you are staring at if you get a pool view room! | The pool area is extremely lively with not so young adults having a good time, drinking and smoking in the pool and the music very loud so if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing day before your night on the town then the Perla won’t be for you. | When we first arrived I went to the toilet near the pool and was met by an older lady and her puke at the entrance to the loo, pleasant.| There seems to be no rules throughout the day around the pool area.| The bar staff are lovely and the chap at breakfast is so happy and smiley. The breakfast is great with plenty of choice. | The rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels provided, the cleaners are working all day to keep a great standard to the rooms. | On arrival €100 was required for 2 people which I instantly regretted paying by card as I was told to refund this could take up to 5/6 after departure so wish I’d paid cash. We didn’t find the reception staff to be particularly friendly other than the man behind the desk when we were leaving, he was lovely. | Perla is a clean, convenient hotel but for us was just abit to lively and we like a good time like the rest but this was another level, I’d rather keep my partying to pubs so it just wasn’t for us but the main reason is the pool area and no sunshine, I suppose if you are rough and don’t get up till after lunch then this is the place for you.

This was my 4th stay at the Perla and unfortunately my last. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We had to pay €150 euro a room deposit which will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days so we asked for the staff to come check our rooms when we checked out to resolve any queries and they wouldn’t which seems difficult to prove no damage when back in UK, so make sure you take photos. The walls are so thin we heard every noise and it was extremely noisy so take ear plugs if you want to sleep. The whole party of us were bit by the pool so take insect repellent. If you want to sun bathe don’t stay here there is no sun until 2/3pm. It’s cash only in the pool bar which was very confusing as you could pay card in reception bar. Drinks are expensive and you are not allowed own drinks or snacks by the pool. We had water and crisps confiscated like naughty children. Such a shame to write this but we felt like the staff sucked the fun out of us this time. Also don’t use the shop opposite reception he just makes up his prices and they are ridiculously insane. The takeaway opposite was amazing and they were friendly and also cannot fault Miguel at breakfast he was always happy.

Receptionist was absolutely vile refused deposit money back with no explanation such a shame really as the apartment was spot on just cancelled my next 2 bookings there I'll stay elsewhere in future Update as can't reply The booking is in my name through booking.com your staff Silvia was absolutely disgusting I would never speak to anyone in the manner she did today. I will never stay at your hotel or apartments again already cancelled future bookings absolutely no need for it. Chargeback through the bank as I have photo evidence of the 12 midday checkout Nothing but scammers stealing from innocent people

Great stay! Could not fault hotel. Very clean, room made up every day. Pool area was very good. Staff helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for the second year running and again it was fabulous. The location is ideal for the strip but not affected by the noise from the strip and is 2 blocks away from the beach. The rooms are clean and functional and the bathrooms are excellent. We left a pair of brand new sunglasses in the lobby as we were leaving and thankfully some kind soul hades them in to reception. Thank you to Silvia Vicente for your help in getting the glasses returned to us.
