Great smallish very clean hotel. Couldn't fault the place. Breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. The room and bathroom were clean. We had a 5th floor room overlooking the pool. One thing I will say is always check your door on leaving as it doesn't close and shut itself as most hotel doors do... 100 euro deposit was fine with us and got it back as soon as I checked out. It's right up near the strip so about a 20 min walk to the old town which is a lovely stroll along the promenade. It's one of the few hotels left in Benidorm that takes stag and hen parties... This wasn't a problem for us , we went Monday to Friday but Thursday night was awful, stag and hens had started to arrive and caused no end of racket at 4am banging on doors. I feel for the staff. Would it stop us going back ?? Certainly not. Fab hotel

Stayed here on a girls trip for 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations! Lovely big rooms, all with huge balconies with great views. Very clean and attentive staff, who gave new towels everyday and helped us check in at 2am. Great breakfast spread each morning and pool with bar available. Some noise in the evening but that’s pretty understandable for the location right by the strip and sea! Highly recommend!

3rd year running to The Perla and it didn’t disappoint. Was great to be back. Hotel is smaller which we like but more friendly. Staff are great. Hotel is spotless and rooms refreshed every morning. It is bang in the middle of everything but still quiet. Pool is great. Could do with a few more sunbeds only because selfish people claim beds then never use them. Should be a policy that if you not there towel put to one side. Another fab stay and whilst other hotels may be a higher rating we will always use The Perla. See you next year.

2nd visit and wasn't disappointed. Great location for the bars and nightlife. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff all friendly especially the chef at breakfast. He is always happy and singing. We were in a group of couples and had no issues with stag or hen parties. Definitely worth paying for a pool view room if you don't want early morning noise from staff at the bar opposite the hotel. As others have said double check your room door has closed as they can stick open. We would all stay there again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, stayed last year the Hotel is a great location just a street away from the strip, the hotel is a average hotel, pool was very salty, staff were very rude on reception they could t be bothered to help you, nearly got kicked out when we were making very little noise, rooms are very basic, beds are like sleeping on cardboard. Air con in room didn’t work and the staff couldn’t be bothered to fix when they did they turned the heating on instead. I won’t be staying at the hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to any one

Great Budget Hotel for a Lads’ Trip I’ve stayed at Hotel Perla twice now, both times as part of a stag do, and it’s honestly a great spot for that kind of trip. It definitely exceeds expectations for a 2 star hotel. The atmosphere is lively, with cheap drinks and friendly bar staff who are always up for a laugh, even playing the occasional harmless prank by the pool, which adds to the fun vibe. The hotel is clean and ideally located just off the main strip, making it easy to get around. While it’s perfect for stag dos or lads’ holidays, I wouldn’t recommend it for families due to the number of similar groups staying there. Overall, it’s a really solid choice if you're looking for a fun, budget-friendly place to stay in a central location.

The hotel itself was lovely. The reception area and breakfast/pool bar area. Where absolutely spotless. The hotel was perfect for location, but I'd recommend asking for a poolside view as the street side is really noisy. The rooms are really basic. As in 3 beds in one room. The pool is fabulous. The only downside is that one of our guests' rooms was broken into. A lot of things were stolen. It's all on cctv. The police were no help at all. And she can't claim on her insurance as the items weren't in the safe. Next door got robbed as well. They took all of their clothes and shoes. Which would never go in a safe anyway x

Pool great lively hotel right opposite the red dog avoid street rooms as the red dog doesn’t close till 7.30 am so very noisy . Had a great time till last night our room 118 and next door 120 both broken into hotel had cctv and thief had been around the pool then climbed up on the small roof top and came thru the balcony stole everything then came back thru hotel and out front entrance police wouldn’t do anything wouldn’t even give us a crime reference number
