Hotel Perla

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. The hotel’s location was perfect – right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the shoreline. The breakfast each morning and dinner at evening was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The quality and freshness of the food really stood out. We also enjoyed relaxing by the beach and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, our experience was exceptional. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. Food is excellent, service and staff are super helpful and make sure you are comfortable. We loved moving between the pool and the sea, eating lovely ice-creams at the hotel and relaxing in a stunning location. Perla organised airport transfers for us (Dubrovnik) which took away the stress of travelling through border control. One of the best holidays we've had. One to remember!

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Perla. The 2 rooms (top floor main building) were excellent for a family of 5 with plenty of room and nice balconies. We stayed half board, with a solid breakfast (egg station always a favourite for our children) and good dinner buffet - varied with fresh fish, different meats etc each day. We originally thought we would be eating dinner out in the old town on occasion but to be honest there was no point. The service in the restaurant can be a bit mixed (depends which waiter you make friends with) but on the whole was good. The sea is good to dip in, there are plenty of beds etc and pool is nice option as well. If you are driving, the off hotel option save to EUR 10/day and is a short drive away (they'll give you a lift back). I do also have to give special mention to the reception team who went the extra mile to track down an item I had inadvertently lost / left behind before flying back home. They were brilliant following up, found my item and then arranged for it to be couriered back to the UK. Excellent time there and was a nice option for our second week in Montenegro.

Lets start with the positives, I booked 3 rooms for family and friends, the 2 sea view doubles were very clean, tidy and modern, the 3rd was an apartment, it was clean, tidy but a little dated. The views from the hotel were beautiful. That's where the positives end, we have just returned 3 days early from our 12 day holiday. |It was our first visit to Montenegro, staying in Herceg Novi. The town is very run down, lots of derelict buildings, the path running along the sea front is very smelly, a mixture of dustbins not being emptied and the sewers running under the path make it a very uncomfortable walk into town.|We found the staff in the hotel miserable, unhelpful and lazy, the other residents in the hotel weren't much better, grumpy and rude.|It was definitely an eye opener, we visited Croatia last year and had a really nice holiday so we are very disappointed. |The food in the hotel was not up to 4* standards, at breakfast the fruit was brown and gave me a bad stomach. At lunchtime and evening meal the lettuce was not fresh with brown edges and the chicken not very nice cuts, fatty and gristly. We had booked half board but were forced to eat out in the evening to get a descent meal.|All in all I'm very glad to be home. Wont be visiting Montenegro again.

Excellent place. Price quality is excellent however they cannot sell view to garden when the view is to a backyard ugly as hell. Waiters should be more client oriented despite how busy they are

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during honeymoon. It really is an incredible hotel with a lovely pool, great rooms, great staff. In terms of location it's a great location for Herceg Novi, I have only rated it down as Herceg Novi is slightly underwhelming, although still enjoyable.

Excelent, employees make it you feel nice and cosely, starting from the employee on the beach and lady who takes care everethyng to be clean till the restorant manager Mr Colakovic who makes you feel like a special guest! |Thank you all & see you in 2025.|All the best,|Sasa and Ivana

Our second stay at this hotel, we actually had the same room as last year. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard with very nice toiletries in the shower room. I think the food was even better this year. All staff from reception/ waiters/ cleaners to the young girl on the ice cream trolley outside were lovely and very helpful. We hope to return next year but instead of staying in the annexe we may have a room in the hotel because the temperature whilst we were there in June this year was in the upper 30's and climbing the steps to the annexe wasn't ideal of us as we are an older couple.|Thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome again, hope to see you next year.
