Worst hotel experience I was deeply disappointed with this hotel. Right from the start, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, warming herself with a radiator in a cold, dusty space. Although check-in was scheduled for 2pm, we were only checked in at 3:30pm. At check-out, which is normally at 12pm, we requested an extension of just one hour, until 1pm. However, the receptionist told us that we would have to pay for another night for this. When we arrived back at the hotel at 12:55pm, we were not allowed to enter the room to retrieve our luggage. Our belongings were thrown into suitcases by the staff without us being present, and now we don't even know if we were missing anything. The reception was cold, drafty and unkempt. The kitchen was in an open space, shared with the renovation works, and food was left uncovered, which raises serious questions about hygiene. Breakfast was served in the room, where there was not even a table or chairs. Trays of food were left on the stairs, next to the trash cans, before being taken to the rooms - a completely unacceptable sight for a hotel. Due to the deplorable hygienic conditions, we did not eat anything that was offered. It is unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests like this and ignore standards of hygiene and professionalism. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The experience was simply disastrous!

Visited on business but with my wife. Only found out on arrival that extensive building works were in progress so the lift was out of order. Our room was on the fifth floor. Rooms are very small and the beds short - we ordered a double room but got a twin! I am 6'3'' and the bed was too short for me. Building works very noisy and started at 8.30. On the last day we had no water to our room for a while. To not inform guest that this sort of disruption is likely is very poor customer service.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER . The cooking space was filled with construction materials, and was directly connected with masonry working space and construction staff . Garbage containers were kept in the same room . Due to the works, there was no breakfast space available, so the food was served and brought on open trays, while the rooms had no tables and chairs . On a daily basis, heavy works (stone cutting, drilling, angle grinders) were made between 08AM-05PM, while dust and debris were floating freely in the air of the hallways and rooms alike . The rooms access was open for guests to climb on stairs where construction works were in progress . The rooms access hallways had open electrical works, un-insulated cables, un-finished floorings and scattered work debris and other materials All the above considered, it is to mentioned also that: - as we just came to the hotel, right after we observed the poor condition of the hotel, dirtiness of the cooking space, the entire process of check-in/out, and interaction with hotel staff at reception was unbelievable unpleasant, and we were exposed to defiant and rude attitude, simply because we were asking questions about the fact that no information whatsoever about the state of the hotel (under heavy renovation works) was given to us prior to booking or arrival; - the room temperature was max 17 degrees C; only in 2nd night we were given an electric heater - due to the totally un-acceptable and health hazardous conditions of the cooking space, we refused to eat from there, and requested the reimbursement of the paid breakfast fees; only after heavy requests, eventually we were only partially refunded; - the check-in was supposed to be at 14:00 on 12th Feb, but was done actually at 15:30 the same day, due to the hotel system issues; we had to wait 1.5 hours in the lobby, under heavy construction works, noise from drilling and cutting machines and dust from stone cutting and wall plastering - when we asked for extended checkout (1 hour, 13:00 instead of 12:00 on 15th Feb), on the pure consideration that our check-in was also delayed due to hotel system issues, we were denied, and as we returned at the hotel from the morning walk, we were refused to enter the room to collect our belongings unless we pay one more day (!). Eventually, as we refused and requested to be directed to the hotel manager/owner, a hotel employee collected our belongings and practically dumped our luggage in the lobby. Even now, we are not entirely sure that all our belongings were collected by the hotel employee.

We had a room on ground floor (2) - Spacious room and bathroom! However, due to it being on ground floor, couldn't experience the french window balcony but size of the room and facilities made up for it!|Helpful staff - present 24*7, luggage storage availability and common washroom too which helps on the day of check out incase you have a later flight. Distance wise close to Louvre, Notre Dame however reaching Eiffel can get tricker (Requires changes of bus / metro)||All basic amenities available and cleaning staff did good job - safe, kettle, complementary biscuits tea coffee etc. are present. Situated in a good and safe neighborhood right next to Luxembourg gardens.

Located very close to Luxembourg gardens, in a peaceful neighbourhood with good ambience. Many cafes, bus stops, metro stations close by. ||Room was spacious, neat with very comfortable bed. My room was on the ground floor, still it was extremely peaceful with privacy. Room was properly cleaned each day, had all the basic amenities such AC, heater, kettle with complementary cookies, tea, coffee etc.. Staff was extremely helpful and allowed me to use their refrigerator for milk and cold pack. ||Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Our stay was only for two nights since we were going to be in Paris for one day before flying out to another country. The location was very good for access to multiple popular tourist sites throughout central Paris. When we arrived to enter our rooms, we were surprised that our entire hallway was dark -- no lights! We had to use our phone flashlights to see in order to find our rooms and use the door keys. There was construction being done on our floor -- but, they didn't tell us that!||When we opened the door to our rooms, we were taken aback at how SMALL our rooms were (on the 4th floor). The bed took up the entire room area with about two feet of space around it to be able to step around it. Honestly, it was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in -- and I've traveled other parts of Europe, South America, Australia and Central America.||Nevertheless, we knew we weren't going to spend a lot of time in the rooms. We were there to be out and experiencing the city. So, it wasn't terrible. It was just so surprising to be in such a small room for the price we were paying (and no lights in the hallway while construction was being done while we were there). ||The front desk staff was very polite and helpful during our stay which softened our experience overall.||It wasn't terrible. Just don't have high expectations. Its a three-star hotel for a reason. You're paying for location, not a high level of comfort.

This hotel was lovely, we had a great 3 night stay. It is in a fantastic location near the Jardin du Luxembourg, only a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro station and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The room was extremely clean, bright and fresh. The staff were lovely and did everything to help us with any queries. The bed was amazing, the only problem was that it was hard to leave it! Would definitely visit again.
