Hotel Petit Palais

This place was so magical, it was like taking a step back into history. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, they were so helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are so spacious and warm especially as it winter time. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is like staying in your very own palace. I would even recommend for families.

Wonderful hotel Very comfortable room and big. The small kitchen is a nice surprise. Mariana was absolutely perfect. Made all the effort we have a great experience. She really did much more than expected. We forgot something in the room and she made every effort to get it back to us .

This hotel is very stylish in an old converted convent building so each room is quite unique. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and even had a small kitchen area. Breakfast was served in the room as the downstairs area is not large enough for a dining area although there is a small bar area which was handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way and did everything to make our stay enjoyable.|The hotel is centrally situated but on the corner of a busy road so there was some noise at night and in the early morning.

This is our first time in this beautiful hotel. Before we arrive they have contacted us and ask if we need any help. When we arrive Elizabeth welcomed us, she was so helpful and than Marianna cane with big smile on her face 🥰 During our stay Elizabeth and Mariana tryed their best to confort us, thank you girls 🥰🥰 The hotel is very close to Duomo 10 min walk. But the best thing was breakfast, oh my good.. Every morning they have brought the breakfast to our room the time which we have picked and they have prepared the table like we were staying in real palace. We will definitely come back. First of all, Eva and Elisabetta!! Then location and room comfort, then value! They have it all. So warm, welcoming, great English, great direction, recommendations. After staying on the coast, I feared the city would be cold and impersonal- as it was at the airport, but not at this hotel. They’ve got it locked. Don’t hesitate to book! Loved my stay - Thank you!

Had a lovely stay here. Reception and housekeeping were friendly and reliable. The lobby and room environment is special but comfortable for all kinds of travelers. Our accommodations were perfect - spacious (two wardrobes and multiple seating areas were useful), warm, and well-appointed. There was a street noise for our particular room on the first floor, and the shower is indeed small, but everything else about the property made up for those inconveniences. I was able to walk, Uber, and tram all over Milan from this location. I also felt very safe during my stay. Through conversations with my friends who have stayed in Milan, I believe this is a lovely experience at excellent value.

Very old and tired furniture, the room had a stench of cigarette (and we don’t smoke) we ask 2 times in reception to change us room and they didn’t do anything. Omar the manager was very rude and unhelpful. |The shower had problems with the hot water … we complain the first day and they didn’t do anything. |DO NOT GO THERE.

This place is a dump, everything is outdated and the bathroom floor was so warped that the door wouldn't close. I'm 220 lbs and my body could barely fit in the bathtub/shower. The desk clerk wasn't willing to help at all with directions or transport, other than call his buddy with a taxi for too many euros.

Reasonably priced rooms, especially on Expedia. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed though service wasn't wonderful. Don't pay for breakfast as there are incredible walking distance options.
