The hotel was very clean, great staff and location. The rooms are very small. I stayed there about 2 weeks with my cousin. The room was too small to share for 2 weeks, however the price is so reasonable that you can’t really complain. The outlay of the room was very smart using the small space incredibly well. I stayed few more days on my own after my cousin left and the space was perfect for one person. The area is super convenient with the airport bus stop in front of the hotel, subway station next to the hotel and it seems literally every bus line. The staff were very friendly and let us check in much earlier. I was not impressed with the restaurant, but there are so many restaurants around the area that it doesn’t matter. It was also great that there was a laundry facility since we were traveling for few weeks.

Nice hotel. Excellent location, right in front of bus stop, and 5 minutes from Subway/Metro in Seoul. Rooms are decent, clean, modern. Complete amenities, including small refrigerator. Toilet with electric bidet and warmer. Multiple electric outlet makes us easy to charge our phones after full day activities. There are restaurants nearby, also convenience store. All less than 5 minutes walking. This hotel also have gym, ice machine, lounge with microwave to heat foods.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a great shower and enough space to fit both our suitcases after a minor furniture shuffle. The staff were consistently efficient and friendly, and the location was convenient, with several convenience stores just a short walk away. We often grabbed late-night snacks before returning to the hotel. Overall, a solid stay that complemented our trip.||Here's a short story to tell about one of the hotel staff we met during our stay. On the night before leaving Korea, we realised we still hadn’t tried Korean fried chicken and wanted to order delivery. However the local apps were all in Korean so we we did not know how. We turned to the hotel reception for help and Tony did not hesitate at all with trying to help us make the order. He even thoughtfully suggested several options, including sweet corn. Thanks to Tony’s assistance, we were able to enjoy a delicious meal in our room and had a truly enjoyable final evening.

It’s ridiculous for a hotel to not allow anyone to eat anything in the lobby. Even on B1, where the lounge and microwave is, you’re not allowed to eat there. Furthermore, cleaners are SUPER inconsiderate of neighbouring rooms when they’re cleaning. It sounds like they think their job is being a percussionist. This is paired with very thin walls where I can hear the person in the next room SNORE! The good thing about this place is that it’s a convenient location, it at least has a microwave, and cleanliness is acceptable.

Stay away from this hotel if you are A. Having plastic surgery or beauty treatments B. People who are on medication and the medicine needs cold storage C. People who breastfeed and need to pump and freeze the milk to bring back to home country.||||I have stayed at many hotels and freezes my stuff at the front desk freezer with zero problems. When I checked in the hotel the front desk staff told me their freezer is out of order but she could help me freeze in their private freezer. I’m someone who is on medication that needs cold storage so I need ice packs for travelling. I’m also undergoing some beauty treatments in Seoul and I need ice packs for swelling.||||First of all, most of the time there is only one staff at the front desk and they said to me they have absolutely no one to get my ice packs, for example, I would need to collect my ice packs at 7am because if I miss that, the next time I can collect them would be 12nn! Although it was extremely inconvenient I was okay with it as long as the staff are helpful.||||However on the last day when I checked out, the front desk staff gave me back my ice packs, gave me dirty look and told me to remember this is not part of their hotel service. I cannot believe this and I will definitely not stay here again.

The location is good and near by the airport bus station and nearby the subway station, the opposite is a big department store and shopping mall.|The room needs to improve the cleanliness but the staff was very helpful and nice, especially the girl named Mina, she was very helpful and nice.

Nice hotel, very clean. The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was a bit cool. The staff was excellent and helped us at every request.

Hotel is at the Exit 2 of Yangjae Station but as I came by metro from another hotel and have a big luggage, I took the lift at Exit 1. Upon exiting exit 1, turn to your right and you will see Exit 2 and keep walking (there is a small manageable slope), the hotel is the left. At Yangjae Station, there’s another way to the Shinbundang Line and you will find eateries, bakery, Mega Coffee, Olive Young etc. Do note that this Shinbundang Line charges more than the usual subway (according to Naver map) and have express train that skips stops. Kkanbu Chicken is near Exit 2 and the fried chicken is really nice. Next to the hotel you can find Ssada Gimbab which serve very good local food. There is also a Emart next to it and Paris Baguette is nearby too. Cleanliness was ok on the first day but on the second night when I was about to sleep, I saw that the changed bedsheet was torn. I am really surprised that the housekeeping staff did not see such a big hole (not 1 but 2) when they are doing the change. Feedback to the reception the next morning as I don’t want them to mistook me for damaging it. The reception apologise and ask the housekeeping to do a change since I am going out. Upon my return, I was even shocked. There are 2 brownish red dots on the bedsheet….not sure what are those but as I was really tired and was checking out the next day, I did not bother to inform the reception. PROS:Very near to Yangjae StationAirport Limo 6009 is just at doorstep. Takes about 1-1.5 hour to reach T1Luggage weighing machine in the lobby for guest to useCONS:Pillow is super bad quality. Flatten with 2 seconds…shoulder ache after sleeping for 2 nights Cleanliness is not up to standardWater dripping sound in the shower ceiling (room 1703)
