Hotel Peyto Samseong

The front desk staff are friendly, positive, and easy to communicate with. Their service feels well balanced—not over the top, but never lacking—which made the stay very comfortable. It’s a calm, thoughtful style of hospitality that feels different from the sometimes overly formal Japanese-style omotenashi.||Housekeeping is also excellent. The rooms are always clean, neatly organized, and feel fresh every time. I originally booked this hotel just for its convenient location, but the quality of service was an unexpected bonus. It honestly felt like a lucky find, and I would definitely stay here again.

For the folks have plan to leave luggage for 2nd city, they don’t accept to store it for more than one day. We stayed there for 3 nights and still no. It would be 5 stars otherwise. Room is ok, clean but a bit old. Service is good. The reception guy explained to me politely why they can’t keep my luggages.

Stayed for 2 nights for a conference in coex. Check in was easy, staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was okay, bed was a bit small, but modern and clean. Bathroom was okay, it was decent. Great location, it was just across the coex mall and very near to airport limousine bus terminal. Minimarkets are plenty nearby, also many options for food. Public transportation is everywhere, its very easy to move around from here

My stay at Hotel Peyto Samseong during my visit to Seoul for the 3rd meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Korea, as well as the Azerbaijan–Korea Business Forum, was excellent from start to finish. The hotel’s location is ideal for business travel. Being within walking distance of COEX and the Gangnam business district made daily schedules and meetings exceptionally convenient. The room was modern, spotless and very well designed, with everything needed for a comfortable and productive stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the workspace was practical and well lit — perfect after long days of meetings and events. The staff were consistently professional, polite and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which is always appreciated during a busy business trip. Overall, Hotel Peyto Samseong offers outstanding value, comfort and convenience for travellers visiting Seoul for business or leisure. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect across from Coex mall. You can easily take a direct bus to the airport too! The room was a little small and laundry charges were additional, but apart from that I had a great stay!

Good Stay Overall, But “Do Not Disturb” Sign Is IneffectiveOverall, my stay at Hotel Peyto Samseong was good. The location is convenient, and the staff are polite and helpful, making the experience comfortable.However, there is one concern with housekeeping. Even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on the door, housekeeping still enters the room using their key card. It appears they are required to do so to log or prove that housekeeping duties have been completed, which makes the “Do Not Disturb” sign essentially ineffective.Aside from this issue, the overall experience was very positive, and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a prime location - very close to Samseong Station which was conveniently on Line 2, so it was very easy to get to many Seoul hotspots. Next door was also Coex Hyundai, which boasted many restaurants and delicious food stalls. The staff were also very accomodating and understanding. When my initial room was a bit dirty, they happily switched my room for another one. However, the price paid (which wasn’t cheap) was only worth it for the location. The walls of the rooms were very thin and I could hear a very passionate couple next door 😟 the rooms also felt old and not kept in the best conditions over the years.

He went above and beyond to help with check-in, offered clear explanations about hotel amenities, and even gave thoughtful local recommendations that made my stay so much more enjoyable.||Tony’s kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work.
