A very relaxing stay. Beautiful location with wonderful hotel facilities to enjoy the scenic surrounds. Lots of lovely areas to walk and relax in the grounds of the hotel. Many different activities organized for those who would like to participate. The food in the hotel is amazing. Fresh, healthy with great variety. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful setting, extremely friendly and good healthy food. One of the few places where you really feel like you are valued as a guest. We will definitely come back. Professional Hoteliers!

We were warmly welcomed and the excellent hospitality never stopped. Staff took excellent care of our family. Wait staff were fantastic. First we had the friendly Mikhail and then the lovely Lea who ensured our dining experience and even our bread making class went perfectly. She was able excel in her position even though English isn't her first language. The facility has had a major update and is comfortable and interesting. The spa offering and activities are expensive. We also enjoyed our donkey hike with Heike. I would highly recommend this getaway for couples and families in any season looking for an all inclusive package with good value.

I got the maximum aesthetic and emotional pleasure from my stay at your hotel. It is extremely beautiful and cozy here. I am a photographer, and the aesthetic component is very important to me! The staff here is very kind and friendly, provides comprehensive information on all issues. There is daily cleaning, all the necessary amenities are in the room. I was fascinated by the incredibly beautiful views that you can enjoy endlessly. I really liked the outdoor pool. And in the pool area it was very calm and pleasant, that I was even able to meditate. I also enjoyed the sauna and massage. The masseuse did everything very professionally. The buffet deserves special attention - a huge number of variations of breakfast for every taste. Everything is fresh and with a homely taste! The restaurant service is also at the highest level! I enjoyed working in the recreation area near the reception. I found a free outlet for my laptop and enjoyed the calm atmosphere while working. I highly recommend this place for relaxation!!! And I will definitely come back here again.

I didn’t have good experience, the hotel was not up to the mark…the food was absolutely pathetic and the service wasn’t good. I am sure not coming back again and not recommending to anyone

Definitely, a perfect place for hideaway with your loved ones.

We had an amazing week jn Hotel Pfosl; the hotel is really beautiful and the room, restaurant, spa, swimming pool and gardens are in perfect condition.||We did some great guided e-bike/hiking trips and all staff are very friendly.||The vegeterian menu is absolutely top level and we loved all the courses served but we were very surprised to see that the alternative (meat) menu was exactly the same for the full week. I think the focus on vegetarian food should be communicated more clearly to avoid misunderstanding. ||The breakfast was really amazing; so much choice from the buffet and the egg dishes from the menu were delicious as well.||||Our room was beautiful with a really large bathroom (we had suite 1375) but very warm. There is no airco and just sliding doors, which we felt uncomfortable to leave open all night as we were on the ground floor. ||We were planning to book several spa treatments but after the first one (silverquartz detox) we were quite disappointed as it was more stroking than “intense/targeted massage” as described. We had a discussion about it at reception which we felt we were not really taken seriously but they made up the next day with a present/card in our room.||Overall we had a really great and relaxing time and we thank the team for their hospitality!

Pros: delicious and high selection of dishes at dinner. All perfectly presented and tasted. Spa with various opportunities, |clean and cozy. Indisputable amazing Dolomites view from all room.Shuttle service free hugely appreciated. Staff at reception and table service extremely helpful and kind.|Againsts: Afternoon break reasonable. Standard plus room not worth the price, very small bathroom, minimal items , shower and dustbin suitable for two star Garni. Hand soap dispenser empty , (not refilled in two day). Maybe the most negative aspect was the absurdity of charging 5 euros for natural tap water at the table. That 's spoils a little the overall good impression we had. As to breakfast, we visited many similar class hotel in the area and we can assure is absolutely in the average.|B| |
