Check-in was fast and easy with the hotel location brilliant. Just opposite the main Wroclaw Train Station which has all the usual fast food outlets inside. Rooms are quite compact but adequate and the en-suite bathrooms are very well presented. The standard of room presentation is excellent for this rating of property. Breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold foods and included speciality coffees and cake. A very nice and well maintained centrally located hotel.

I arrived at the hotel well before official check-in at 1400 hours. The girl at reception was not welcoming and simply said the room would be ready then.||Needing change for the tram ticket machine as it would only accept PLN10 notes or coins, I had to twice ask her plus a male. The young man later on was friendly.||The hotel has renovations underway but is very dated.||My room incurred some noise from turning trams. That was expected. What was not expected was drilling and tapping on the hotel walls from 2245 to 2330 hours. Next morning another hotel receptionist could not explain why this occurred.||The bedroom was small and dated. The two chairs and the desk were dated. Lighting was fairly poor with no bedside reading lamps. WiFi however worked well.||The bed was reasonable and curtains fine.||Tea, sugar, a kettle and two bottles of water were provided.||The hotel room had a suitcase shelf but the only safety deposit box facilities were at reception.||The bathroom had been renovated in recent years. The power shower delivered good amounts of hot water. Towels were OK.||Location opposite the main railway station is great but tge hotel facilities were disappointing.

Just in front of main train station. 15-20 min walk to city center. I asked for an upper floor room and they changed it nicely. Breakfast is Poland average, ok. Good coffee. Room was nice, mattress just ok

Great location for the station, not too far from the city. Reception was friendly, room had what we needed and was clean. Modern bathroom, could have some extra amenities like a fridge or coffee (only had tea).

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times, the rooms were very clean. I usually wipe around the switches, bathroom, and bedside table in every hotel I visit. Hotel Piast is one of the very few hotels where the wipe stays perfectly white. The bed is comfortable, and the service is very friendly. However, the last time I was there, it smelled like there were some plumbing issues in the morning.

it was very dirty to stay due to lots of dust on all around the closet, desk, shelves in the bedroom and bathroom. besides, as you see the pictures, 2 bugs appeared and i had to kill all of them. plus, i could see the light coming outside via window so it was hard to fall asleep for the first few hours. only location was the pros. and there is no shampoo in the shower booth but you can use hand wash. it has coconut smell and not good for hair. so my hair got drier after use. furthermore, the hair dryer in the room stopped working continuously when i set the wind the maximum. such a weird hair dryer.

Great location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. They offered fruit and dessert. An assortment of coffee and tea.

first of all, every single staff is very kind and helpful. they always pay attention to what you speak and easy to contact at any time. secondly, the room was not good. the first room i was provided had a problem on the window because it did not close fully so i could feel the strong wind and all traffic sounds. so one of the kind receptionists changed the room which was the right next one from the first one. at first, i thought it was nice but as time goes by, i realized it was not that clean. as you see the pictures i am attaching, there were 2 bugs - 1 spider, 1 moth. 😵‍💫 as they are not productive and harmful, i sent the spider out of the window with toilet paper and i missed catching a moth since it kept flying....🤯 i found them at night 1 day before i checked out but i did not tell it to any staff because i was too exhausted to go down to the ground floor. besides, i found a black raggedy old male shirt deep in the closet. and when i asked for room cleaning service on my first day, the cleaning staff only removed used towels on the bathroom floor and changed toilet towers. that is all. so now i see it is why there was a small web made by a spider at the very corner of the room, which i had to remove by myself. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 third, i do not like the door is too heavy. i have to pull it hard and there is a noise closing and opening the door so it is good when you want to stay quietly. and it is not good for those who have lots of luggage on hands because of the heavy door. fourth, there was a group of young polish people who had a party, turning on music and talking out loud on my 3rd day. and in spite of my advice to be more quiet at night time - 11:00 pm to 1:00 am, they were making lots of noise such as banging the walls, moving out and in the room with noise of opening and closing the door, as well as chatting and giggling each other with louder voices. it means the walls are not soundproof so you can hear everything. fifth, the hair dryer was not working properly. thanks to kind staff, i was able to get a spare one but the original one seemed nice for the first 3~5 minutes if it is set as maximum mode, but suddenly it stops and idk why 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ and sixth, i still cannot believe that there is no black out curtain in a hotel. so it was quite bright in the room after turning off all light and i had to cover my eyes with my hankerchief. :-( the staff were trying to change the curtain but they said no it was not available so only thing they could was CHANGING THE ROOM AGAIN. the only good things were location, nice view and the staff kindness in my opinion.
