We had a great 7 night stay at this hotel. We were in room 111 overlooking the courtyard. large, quirky room with excellent facilities and bathroom with large walk in shower. Comfortable bed and all you need for a city break stay. Fantastic location within walking distance of pretty much everything you'd want to see in the city. Staff were great - friendly and helpful - particularly Erika and Federica. Good breakfast selection of the 'colder' variety to include buffalo mozzarella. On site café serving hot food and beverages. Would recommend if staying in Naples.

We loved this hotel. It was in a very nice location in Naples -- we enjoyed drinks on the piazza right next to the hotel in the evening. It was a 5-min walk to the Archaeological Museum, which was incredible and very helpful to see before visiting Pompeii. The room itself was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel common spaces were ample and welcoming, and we very much enjoyed the garden. The hotel breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was perfectly adequate, and the garden setting improved it. The staff was helpful to get us get around Naples and was very very welcoming to our children. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again when we return to Naples.

This is the place to stay in Naples. Location is unbeatable. The staff fall over themselves to be helpful and accommodating The breakfasts are superb When you need some quiet time the courtyard can’t be beat. A glass of wine or an espresso to make it better The rooms are thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable If you miss it, it’s your own fault

We stayed at Piazza Bellini Hotel and Apartments for a week in October, and were generally very pleased with the experience. We opted for a terrace room and really loved the view across the city of Castel Sant'Elmo and the fireworks display almost every evening. Our room was spacious for a double, and the mattress was great. No problems with noise when the doors to the terrace were closed, but the room did not face the street. Naples is LOUD, so be aware.|Excellent location near the archaeological museum and Piazza Bellini. We walked to all of the major sights, and took the funicular up to the Castle. Don't miss it -- the views are incredible. The harborside promenade, on the other hand, can be skipped right now in our opinion -- they're re-doing the street and the views (and many sidewalks) were all blocked by fencing. Not a pleasant walk, although we did go down for lunch one afternoon.|My only (minor) complaints: We had been traveling for a few days already and I wanted to have some laundry washed, a service the hotel doesn't provide. The staff did try to find a place, but it took a while to lcate one and then the return period was several days so I skipped it. Second, after our hotel in Rome, the breakfast buffet seemed a bit lacking in terms of product quality, especially the coffee (not what you would expect in Italy). Otherwise good.|We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The Piazza Bellini earns every one of the 5 stars: location is perfect for walking to metro, port, and good restaurants. We upgraded to an apartment which had a roof terrace and balcony; it was spacious and sunny with 2 bathrooms! On our return a week later, we stayed in a standard room which also had great views. It was compact and well organized. The desk staff are very helpful with booking taxis (the appeal is a fixed price and super prompt service), directions and one night a restaurant reservation. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied with excellent cappucino served by a friendly and efficient staff with an option to eat in the comfortable outdoor courtyard area I would definitely stay at the Piazza Bellini again; I might even return to Naples solely for the stay!

Arrived early and received a free upgrade to an apartment, its in the same building but kept separate from the hotels. The apartment was huge with a living room, dining area, bedroom, & kitchen which was fully stocked with kitchen equipment & a dishwasher. The room was very clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the street, the soundproofing on the windows and doors was perfect and I did not hear a single thing all night considering its right off a busy street in the middle of Naples. Staff are very friendly, they have a courtyard with comfortable chairs you can relax in and order food & drinks, its slightly pricey compared to other places in the area but they have a very nice peaceful atmosphere and treat you well with snacks and a good service. Breakfast was very busy but also really good, they had a wide selection of foods, from salad, meats, cheese, cereal, jams & spreads, breads, cakes & fruit along with free coffee made properly on request. Overall its a great hotel and I really enjoyed it, even without the free upgrade I still feel I would be giving it a 5*

We stayed here for three nights for a long weekend from London. It's a good three star standard and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The two best aspects are its very central location - there are lots of bars and restaurants very close by and Piazza Dante is a few minutes away - and the helpful staff on reception. |We followed their advice on their website and called reception from the airport once we were through and they ordered a taxi for us which was meant to take six minutes to arrive but was quicker than that and they helpfully provided the taxi's number (on the side of the door) so we knew which one was for us. The taxi charged us the fixed fee of 24 euros despite the meter showing more than that as we arrived during rush hour and some roads were closed. The reception team were also very helpful when we wanted to move a restaurant reservation because we'd eaten too much on a food tour(!).|We had a nice view from our balcony (we were on the sixth floor) and had good service for drinks and snacks in the courtyard. Room was serviced well. Would happily return.

We had an exceptional experience during our recent stay at Hotel Piazza Bellini. From the very beginning, communication with the staff was excellent—every question was answered promptly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Assistance with the ZTL passes was especially appreciated, as it allowed us to enter the centre of Naples smoothly and without any issues. We stayed in two apartments, accommodating six guests, and both were perfect for our needs. The rooftop terraces were a particular highlight, offering beautiful views of Naples where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere of this amazing city. What impressed us most was how accommodating and attentive the team was to every request, a special mention to Federica, nothing was too much trouble, thank you! We would be delighted to return in the future and highly recommend Hotel Piazza Bellini!

Yelp
This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. You get so much space, you can even get an apartment and prices are very reasonable. Air conditioning, breakfast, and great staff. Love the courtyard, it's a nice place to have a drink in the evenings. The place is clean and modern but still has that Italian charm. A hidden gem.

Yelp
For a European hotel the room have a decent size, beds are very comfortable, the breakfast really nice, but best of all was the staff. Always ready to help and making sure the guest are well taken care of. Definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
This hotel gave us a great suite with a loft during our two-night stay in Naples. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel had a wonderful street-level courtyard, as well as a cool reading area on our floor. The staff was friendly, and the neighborhood was nice with kind of a Bohemian vibe. We'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
At the excellent advice of a local expert (thanks Veronica V!) I booked a one-night stay for myself and three of my teammates at this extremely central, totally well-priced hotel. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish without a single glitch along the way. The staff was friendly, accommodating and spoke perfect English. Check-in and check out were super fast and the booking process was a cinch too. But the real star of the show was my bedroom. Spacious, tastefully decorated, fully-equipped, with a gigantic bathroom and a terrace with a gorgeous view of the mountains, all for a ridiculously low price of 80E. Couldn't beat that! One of the best cost/price ratios I've ever encountered in a hotel. Definitely going back here the next time I have a chance to visit the city, be that for work or pleasure, or both!

Yelp
Now, I know 5 stars is a lot of stars. Are the beds at Bellini as good as those at Sofitel? No. Are the bathrooms expansive with shower rooms and under-floor heating? Well, no. Are you greeted with free champagne and a white-gloved porter who takes your bags to the room? Um...not really. Then how can you give this place 5 stars, Jim? Simple. All things being relative, we found Bellini to be perfect for us. It has the right combination of friendliness and privacy; class and whimsy; urban chic and classical comfort. Add a great location and truly charitable prices by UK standards and you get the best place imaginable from which to explore Naples and to which you can return for a peaceful drink in the courtyard before going next door for a great meal at La Stanza del Gusto (see review). We love Naples and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we go. 5 stars it is.

Yelp
Very nice breakfast, lots to choose from, also, they will make coffee to order for you. Our bed was not very comfortable at all, my wife woke up with a bad back and had to take 4 advail for it. The pillows were sad to say the least, flat! No drawers for clothes! If you're a large person, good luck getting into the shower, very small, like 3x3. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Restaurants close by.

Yelp
Loved the graphics and the cool branding, the many hooks on the walls, and the bathroom and the entire physical space. I also got upgraded to a room with a terrace, which was super cool.

Yelp
We absolutely loved the Bellini hotel. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The place is immaculate and the breakfasts are excellent. Every day they have fabulous homemade cakes from the adjacent restaurant, yummy! The location is perfect. So many of the things we wanted to see are in walking distance (we are walkers). It is also located in a very safe and lively area adjacent to several universities. We had room 111 - a wonderfully quite and very large room. I highly recommend the Bellini.
