This hotel is an excellent choice for tourists. Its unbeatable location makes it perfect for exploring the city. The facilities are spotless, well-maintained, and strike a balance between modern comfort and cozy charm. The staff is outstanding—helpful, friendly, and attentive. A delightful touch during our New Year’s Eve stay was being treated to a delicious chocolate shaped like Vesuvius, a thoughtful and creative gesture. Breakfast was satisfying, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay for both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

A very helpful front desk staff - always very accommodating with any requests and questions. Breakfast selection is vast and the staff makes a great cappuccino. Modern decor, reading room with library and a beautiful courtyard -- where you can sit and order an apertivo in the evening. We had a wonderful six-night stay in the heart of Naples and highly recommend.

We stayed for four nights at the end of September and enjoyed every minute. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, even when my Italian failed me when I was asking for the room key! We arrived in the evening and got off to a great start with campari spritzes, snacks and a plate of cold meat and cheese in the lovely courtyard. Breakfast next morning was even better with a marvellous selection of fresh food including fabulous cornettos. Cappuchino was made to order and there were different cakes each day.||Our room was a good size with very comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The little balcony meant we could look out over the square. The layout of the hotel meant that we had some walking up and down stairs even when using the lift for part of the journey. This wasn't a problem for us, but guests with accessibility issues should discuss their needs with the staff when booking. ||The hotel is right in the centre of the Centro Storico so very convenient for walking as well as for the metro, ideal for a trip to Herculaneum. The only downside in central Naples is trying to cross the roads so we only did this when essential, for instance to get to the National Museum. In the evening we were very happy to eat and drink locally. We particularly liked the Ristorante a Casa R' a Signora in the piazza and the Libreria Berisio in Via Port'Alba. Musicians in the piazza provided the entertainment.||We thought this hotel ticked all the boxes and was excellent value. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful Courtyard. Most amazing breakfast included in your stay. Great location in the center of everything - Easy to get to/from. Helpful 24 hour staff. Clean but small rooms. No microwave but there is a mini fridge (stocked if you want to purchase items) or keep some small items cold. Great shower. Fairly comfortable bed. Private terrace. Internet room. Strong wifi throughout the hotel. They also say they have a bar/restaurant which is in the courtyard. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. The taxi to the NAP Airport is only a 15 minute ride. No complaints. We were very happy with our stay here and would stay here again.

Walking into the hotel's beautiful inner courtyard always makes me exhale a happy sigh after walking around in the heat all day. The location couldn't be better, right off Piazza Bellini, a bustling spot full of great cafes/bars, and has a great nightlife. It's close to all the major sites in the city and around the corner from a metro stop.||Standard rooms are simple but comfortable, many with views overlooking the inner courtyard. Air conditioning works great but also the building is built to be naturally cool. The hotel has an elevator which is a huge relief. Breakfast is provided adjacent to the courtyard and its buffet has many savory and sweet options. Staff are easy to communicate with and always helpful, including getting me gluten-free food options.||My only complaint is that the room soundproofing should be better for this price point. It's my favorite hotel in the city and everything else about it makes for a luxurious and relaxing stay, so it's disappointing to sleep poorly. I am admittedly sensitive to sound and some rooms are louder/quieter, but it's still an issue for me.

I loved staying at the Hotel Piazza Bellini! This hotel is right in the middle of the lively and picturesque old town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and beautiful sightseeing spots. Easy walking distance to the Archaeological Museum, and a moderate walk or fast taxi to the central train station. The hotel is modern and clean, with a beautiful courtyard where we ate breakfast everyday. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, it even had Napoli's signature pastry, sfogliatella, and excellent espresso and cappuccino everyday. The staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your time in Napoli and I sure hope to return.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and had a great experience. The hotel is in part of an old grand palazzo you enter in through the courtyard. As you walk in, look to your left and you will see where at one time was an entrance to a chapel. You can have breakfast in the courtyard or inside and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, shower good, and room quiet. The staff were very helpful and they hold your keys when you go out. We were close to metros, lots of food, the historic center, and the archeological museum. In the morning you could hear students practicing from the large music school nearby off of Piazza Bellini. Naples is a crowded, bustling city but we really enjoyed our time there.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of vibrant Naples because of the entire staff that work here treat you like favored family. The rooms are spotless and well equipped. The elevator is modern and functional. The location is terrific! Within walking distance to many places. I especially enjoyed Giuseppe and Elena and another woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) they were sooo nice, polite and truly interested in making our stay memorable. The breakfast alone is worth the stay! Love the little courtyard setting, so charming, quiet and perfect place to sit for a while. I highly recommend Bellini hotel and apartments.

Yelp
This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. You get so much space, you can even get an apartment and prices are very reasonable. Air conditioning, breakfast, and great staff. Love the courtyard, it's a nice place to have a drink in the evenings. The place is clean and modern but still has that Italian charm. A hidden gem.

Yelp
For a European hotel the room have a decent size, beds are very comfortable, the breakfast really nice, but best of all was the staff. Always ready to help and making sure the guest are well taken care of. Definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
This hotel gave us a great suite with a loft during our two-night stay in Naples. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel had a wonderful street-level courtyard, as well as a cool reading area on our floor. The staff was friendly, and the neighborhood was nice with kind of a Bohemian vibe. We'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
At the excellent advice of a local expert (thanks Veronica V!) I booked a one-night stay for myself and three of my teammates at this extremely central, totally well-priced hotel. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish without a single glitch along the way. The staff was friendly, accommodating and spoke perfect English. Check-in and check out were super fast and the booking process was a cinch too. But the real star of the show was my bedroom. Spacious, tastefully decorated, fully-equipped, with a gigantic bathroom and a terrace with a gorgeous view of the mountains, all for a ridiculously low price of 80E. Couldn't beat that! One of the best cost/price ratios I've ever encountered in a hotel. Definitely going back here the next time I have a chance to visit the city, be that for work or pleasure, or both!

Yelp
Now, I know 5 stars is a lot of stars. Are the beds at Bellini as good as those at Sofitel? No. Are the bathrooms expansive with shower rooms and under-floor heating? Well, no. Are you greeted with free champagne and a white-gloved porter who takes your bags to the room? Um...not really. Then how can you give this place 5 stars, Jim? Simple. All things being relative, we found Bellini to be perfect for us. It has the right combination of friendliness and privacy; class and whimsy; urban chic and classical comfort. Add a great location and truly charitable prices by UK standards and you get the best place imaginable from which to explore Naples and to which you can return for a peaceful drink in the courtyard before going next door for a great meal at La Stanza del Gusto (see review). We love Naples and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we go. 5 stars it is.

Yelp
Very nice breakfast, lots to choose from, also, they will make coffee to order for you. Our bed was not very comfortable at all, my wife woke up with a bad back and had to take 4 advail for it. The pillows were sad to say the least, flat! No drawers for clothes! If you're a large person, good luck getting into the shower, very small, like 3x3. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Restaurants close by.

Yelp
Loved the graphics and the cool branding, the many hooks on the walls, and the bathroom and the entire physical space. I also got upgraded to a room with a terrace, which was super cool.

Yelp
We absolutely loved the Bellini hotel. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The place is immaculate and the breakfasts are excellent. Every day they have fabulous homemade cakes from the adjacent restaurant, yummy! The location is perfect. So many of the things we wanted to see are in walking distance (we are walkers). It is also located in a very safe and lively area adjacent to several universities. We had room 111 - a wonderfully quite and very large room. I highly recommend the Bellini.
