For a 2 står Hotel is this good. They serve great food. There was a few dirty spots here and there but not as bad as others have reviewed.

My kids stayed at this hotel because of a camp they were in and they never cleaned their room or at least vacuum. It is something they should do everyday. They did not provide towels. The mattresses are from the 1800s...lol. Their tv doesn't work and the jacuzzi never worked the whole week.

We went to Poland on a hiking trip and slept in several hotels/ mountain cabins. Hotel Pieniny was terrible: at the reception, they did not speak one word English, the room was too small for te furniture (why putting 2 nightstands in the room if there is no room for it?) and it was not possible to go to the toilet without bumping your head. There was a group of children on summer camp there (we were the only other guests) and we had to take dinner before them, at 5 pm. Luckily we were already back from our hiking trip at 4 pm... We had to eat as quickly as possible: the 3 courses of the dinner were served at once - the ice cream was melting when we at our soup. The main course was microwave-prepared/ heated meat croquette. It was awful, we left and ate a delicious pizza in a restaurant by the castle. We were treated without respect. When we left the morning after, there was even nobody at the reception desk (to take our complaints - at least if they would have understood us). We would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sleep and eat somewhere else and better!

Went to this hotel as part of a bicycle tour. While it didn't matter in the context of our trip, this place is really lacking The only plus is that the hot water in the shower was hot. The beds were lumpy (I could feel the springs all night) and nothing worked in the room. Lamps by bedsides weren't plugged in and you couldn't plug them in due to the way bed frames fit the wall. Clock radio, ditto. Food marginal. Only 2 bottles of red wine in the entire hotel and our group finished them off and closed the place down at 9:30 (!) when we were asked to leave as restaurant closing down. Outside are ruined tennis courts, an abandoned, weedy, miniature golf course and heaven knows what else. I believe the sauna inside worked but we didn't feel like waiting our turn. Plus, location isn't good as you are a bit of a walk from the main little town.

Unfortunately the bathroom doors are too loud. Every doors are heard.|The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staff are very kind and helpfull. The breakfast is fine, enough and varied.|Thank you so much!!!

Loved spending time at the sauna and hot tub. Very friendly staff. Lovely spacious environment. There are many outdoor activities you can do over there.

Good English speaking Reception desk. Art deco bar with garden. Biker friendly, there is even the sand beach at the Kacwin river.

"We have stuff, but it is nice stuff. And it would make you feel nice to use it.So forget about the pool, the solarium, the jacuzzi or anything else. Those are for display only. Enjoy the mosquitos."
