Feels Like Home by the Sea||||After reading some of the ratings and reviews, I was a bit skeptical at first. ||||However, once we arrived and settled in, we discovered the true charm of this family-run hotel that instantly makes you feel at home.||||Breakfast is served buffet-style, with high-quality ingredients: always fresh fruit, buttery croissants, homemade cakes, and a fine selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Dinner is à la carte, with a daily menu offering two types of warm starters, main courses, and desserts – all prepared in a genuine, homemade style.||||The kindness and hospitality of the staff are truly outstanding. Special thanks to Ivan and Josip, whose warm service and attention made our stay even more enjoyable.||||Our children had a wonderful time, even without kids’ entertainment programs – proof that the relaxed, homely atmosphere itself is more than enough.||||The pool and surrounding area are spotless, while the beach is only a few steps away. The sea is crystal clear, and nearby bars with live music add to the authentic seaside atmosphere. ||||Just next to the hotel, there is a self-service spot where you can freely rent kayak or sup if needed, and a small tourist train departs every hour for Malinska. ||Since the hotel is the first stop, you always have a guaranteed place.||||The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. The room furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but this does not affect the overall experience. ||A small recommendation would be to replace the mattresses for extra comfort.||||Overall – thanks to the wonderful hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, and the charm of its surroundings, we would gladly return.

Excellent hotel with an amazing wellness section, a beatiful view on the sea and a very friendly staff!

What an amazing place; wonderful location, superb care and attention from all staff/owners, lovely apportioned and very clean rooms; great food. Plenty of parking, never feels busy (but lots of people there) no shortage of sunbeds and literally on the beach (and a very nice one - yeas pebbles/rocks this is the Adriatic.

This is close to a perfect place to relax. Calm and smooth working family run hotel in nice surroundings with direct access to the beach or the spa area where the indoor pool is. Food is excellent and especially breakfast buffet was a positive surprise, and probably one of the best we've ever had in Croatia. Staff is friendly, funny and really do their utmost to cater for your needs. |Rooms were large and comfy even if furniture seem a bit dated it doesn't take the feel of a classy resort away.||Located in Porat near Malinska, you have a number of cultural and natural possibilities to suit your needs. We did some hiking in the area which was really beautiful. |We will come again.

The service at this place was on another level, absolutely incredible! We felt like royalty and friends at the same time, the staff is attentive (we told them our room number once and from then on everyone knew), fast, discreet but also fun (started joking with us when they realized they could). Dinner and breakfast on the terrasse were accompanied by a breathtaking view. The room was nice, nothing special, but clean and with a sizeable balcony.

First of all I want to thank the whole staff of the hotel for making our stay an amazing experience starting from the first minute! The building is very nice located, very clean with enough parking space outside. We had a room with the sea view, but to our luck additionally to this we got an amazing view to the fireworks that happened during our stay. My main huge bonus is that a/c is not in the ceiling as I used to but stays on the floor which is on my opinion is much better as it doesn’t blow all the northern winds to the head 😅 We took the half-pension which consists of breakfast buffet with an option to have an egg dish and a later meal on choose - either lunch or dinner. I would recommend to take a dinner option as there is a salad bar included. The food is of a good quality and very tasty! The pool and the sauna space is very cozy and offers an amazing relaxing room with the see view. If to come to Croatia again to spend some time on the see which is by the way just marvelous - I would choose again Hotel Pinia and I would strongly recommend it to the ones who are thinking of a nice vacation on Krk island

surprisingly friendly staff, very nice saunas!

When a hotel guest is checking in, usually is the first face to face service encounter with the hotel, which makes it important, the first Impression that a guest receives can be often the last impression, so if the first impression is good, the more likely the customer will also leave the hotel feeling satisfied!! So upon check in i face a very unwelcoming person, Paola, she was there like she didint wanna be there, Like she was doing me a favor, except for that my stay turn out to very good, very clean room, also public area were very clean, breakfast was super ! the pool and the spa were great ! A big thanks to Sandra , that works in the spa, she was very friendly and we really enjoy her massage, big thanks also to Mark/or maybe marco,( not sure anymore , from the restaurant! And also to Nate from the Night Shift!! Overall a very good hotel.
